The site in and of itself seems too good to be true, but I never received one of my checks nor did a referral result in the promised bonusSo, I emailed customer service, they got back to me within a few hours (late in the evening) and not only did they correct the issue by sending me a replacement check, but they informed me that there were previous checks I never cashed years back and they’re resending me those as wellAdditionally, they would credit my account for the referral within the coming days simply by providing the email address of the person I referred“Impressed” doesn’t begin to express my responseTheir customer service was prompt, thorough, and courteousI will continue to use them every time I shop and continue to recommend them to others
