Excellent customer service-missing credits are researched within a day stars because the one drawback is you can not use AARP discounts in conjunction with Ebates, only coupons they list as available

I first learned about ebates on 12/06/so I am not a long term customer YET but I am a very satisfied customer who will continue to use ebates As always I was more than a little reserved about trying ebates at first, especially about adding the extension But because the advise came from a trusted friend I gave it a shot I did the majority of my Christmas shopping online this year and have eared $already Very impressive My first check in the amount of $is already on its way Now keep in mind I have not been at this long...so occasionally I mess up and do not get credited of my shopping So all I have to do is call customer service (love these people...the most friendly customer service I have ever encountered) and give them my order number and date...next thing you know my account is credited with the cash back I even made a large order on *** (not knowing you only get cash back on certain days for certain items) when contacted customer service the emailed me instructions on what to do as far as sending them the invoice so they could see if the ordered should have earned cash back..unfortunately it did not but they showed me a few tricks of the trade to use each time I visited amazon I am telling you this is a wonderful thing,,,shop and get paid You may say its not much but in today's world anything is better than nothing and it does really add up fast Not only can you use this online but you can use it in-store as well Thank you ebates for being a honest, truthful, dedicated, business And thanks for hiring the best customer service team...you could certainly teach other companies how to do it *** ** *** a very satisfied customer

I have now sent emails about the refer a friend issueI have referred people & they have made the $25- purchase & it shows my account is $0- & I have not gotten any reply back as to why my account is $0- in the first place because I have made purchases & now everything is gone & where is my refer a friend bonus for the two people on top of that?? I know one of my friends have sent a message also asking about her gift card and she has gotten no reply also

I purchased an item from *** *** *** when Ebates had a 20% cashbackEbates has advertised in their cash back term for *** *** *** that "Cash Back will be automatically added to your Ebates account tomorrow." Now my problem is so far I had experienced that anytime the cashback amounts to over $1000, the cashback is not reflected to my account tomorrow as promisedThe first time when I had a purchased with over $cashback, it took Ebates days to provide me with the cashbackNow I have a second order that has over $cashback and Ebates has once again failed to provide me with the cashback the next day as advertised on the websiteI contacted the online customer service and every time I was just told to wait while they try to contact *** *** *** to verify my purchaseI do not understand this because obviously my purchase and shopping trip is tracked in my account and Ebates can see clearly I made the shopping trip and I had sent over

Ebates is SHADY and DISHONEST!!! I purchased a $15,vehicle from Ebay and was supposed to get - a measly 1% rebate which would have been $ All along it showed it was there until the day it was time to pay and then all of the sudden - my purchase was reduced to $leaving me a $rebate That is such a crappy and shady move When I copied and pasted my purchase to them - I get NO response Like I don't even exist I doubt I'll even get my check now I should have waited to get the check first and then confronted them Especially after all of the reviews I've read Apparently they don't like to honor their "refer friends" rewards either.....watch out for them!!!

Ebates advertised a receiving 62% cash back when purchasing a SIM card with a phone under $through straighttalk.comI only made the purchase due to this offerI should have received 62% cashback on a subtotal of $for $306.90, however I only received $I need the remaining amount sent to my link paypal account ASAPI have contact them and tried to resolved the issueTheir only response on Nov 29th was the cashback has been added to my accountThey closed out the ticket without adding the correct amount

VERY unhappy customer! Bought a new Samsung 75" TV for $from Dell consumer on November 24th and received it from Dell on December 1st Ebates had 12% cash back promotion on their website at that time After I received my TV on December 1st 2016, I've send numerous emails to Ebates asking where is my cash back which is 12% My emails included a proof from Dell that the TV was purchased and received All my emails were answered in the same manner: we have to verify the purchase with Dell I called Dell to find out if Ebates did any verification of my purchase, but Dell's answer was - no, Ebates had never contacted us It's a biggest scam - when they owe you such a big amount, they never pay back I was really hoping that I've made a good deal on Thanksgiving, but it was a complete scam People beware!

I went through ebate s when I bought a I phone through *** I was supposed to get cash backI've had this account over a year .when I was supposed to get the rebate on the they said there was a problem with my accountThen later emailing back and forth they told me I committed fraud because I had another account years ago and they accused me of referring myself for other accounts which was not true I think they received my refund from at&t and kept the money .this was the first time ever that I was supposed to get a rebate on this account I've had for over a yearI was going to use the money to help pay for the phone

I have been an active member of Ebates*** for several years nowI have countless issues with receiving my cash rebates due to their unwillingness to accept my purchases when these purchases are continuously made through their application and/or websiteThey refuse to pay what they agreed to and, even after sending countless items including copies of receipts as well as their own emails stating they’ve received the purchase and card information, refuse to issue payment and credit dueIf they do not want to pay out what is offered then they should rescind the offersI’m aware that I am not the only customer with these ongoing issues and would like this matter resolved in a timely and professional manner

On 11/11/I made a purchase from *** subtotaling $The reason I made this purchase is because Ebates flashed up a notification that they were running a Veteran's Day 11% back special at ***After reading the fine print, it appeared my order had no restrictions in qualifying for the ebate refund of about $(based on the subtotal)I made certain my shopping trip was active before I completed the processing of payment for the order through ***Generally, I will receive a notification via email that my ebates shopping trip at "such and such a store" is pending in the amount of (whatever the percentage is at any given time)This time I never received such an emailOn 11/13/I made an inquiry about the status of my ebates for the above referenced purchase (providing the store I made the purchase at, order number, date of purchase, subtotal, and text received stating my order was indeed placed and processed)I received an auto-generated email
