In this complaint, the customer rejected our efforts to resolve this The only issue is that there was a problem in the initial delivery but it was completed While there was some initial confusion with the date, it does seem that the shop delivered the correct itemThe customer ordered a Blooming Garden BasketWe requested "Handled basket with bright blooming and green plants" and the shop sent "WICKER HANDLED BASKET PALMS PEACE LILIES PRAYER PLANT PHILODENDRONS AND PINK KALANCHO BLOOMING PLANT WITH A PINK BOW"This seems perfectly correct. and it was completed in time for the service We called the customer, offered a discount and store credit as well as a free delivery from our Farm Fresh facility We do not want to get into an argument online but we do feel that we not only delivered the requested item, but tried to make up for the confusion as well as a store credit and a the extra delivery item. We feel we have made a gesture of good faith but the customer is still rejecting this

Please send a confirmation email to *** with a confirmation of the refundI was told that this would be sent for our accounting records. This states that the issue occurred because the order was placed at 2:pm and had to be moved to the next dayI cannot accept this response because the order was in fact not delivered the next dayI had to request the refund because it was never delivered and they told me every day for days that it would delivered the next day.

I am rejecting this response because:I have enclosed all of my communication with this business and I hope you can follow the files that I have sent you because they will speak for them selves As you can see out of over complaints, I only sent you a few that were very similar to mine I can also send you the file of the recording of the voice mail left for me that was confirmation of different party's name which their flower arrangement was atlas $less than minea $refund is a disgrace and disrespectful to me
