I am rejecting this response because:I have NEVER told Ava's flowers that I was dropping this case!! I simply responded to their e-mail, stating that I work hour days, which I do, and am unable to speak with anyone on the phone during their business hoursThe one time that I was able to speak to someone on the phone, that person, was completely and utterly uncooperativeSaid they'd credit me $on my $70-some orderUnacceptableI haggled with him, but he would not budgeI do NOT want to drop this case! If Ava's Flower's is unable to accommodate my schedule and speak with me during the times I am available, or via e-mail, then I do not believe they want to resolve this caseThey state that it is "Not their fault" that UPS did not deliver during the stated time frame, then they should not do business with them or else do not promise their customers that it will be done! In their response, they stated ...once again...that their deliveries should be delivered by 7:p.mI MUST RE-STATE that the delivery was NOT made until 8:p.mBy this time, my recipient had left her residence for work travel for a weekWhen she returned, there the flowers and candy sat on her porch, wilted and melted!

I am rejecting this response because: I sent two pictures of the flowers that were delivered to the funeral home within ten minutes of arrivalI called and spoke to a representative of the florist who requested the picture be sent to the email address which I did immediatelyI had no recourse as there was NO address on the card that was in the flowers of where it was sent from so I had no place to return it toI had since called back numerous times and never received a call back when I left my phone numberI read the policy and proceedures and it said if flowers were returned in original state full refundI certainly WOULD have gladly returned them but if you have NO return address to an unknown florist there is no where to return them tooEspecially when YOU are unable to get through to a LIVE person when you call your phone number at Avas. My original order was placed with ALICE WHO GUARANTEED ME a BOUQUET OF ALL LAVANDER FLOWERS WITH WHITE AND ORCHIDS > IF YOU LOOKED AT THE PICTURE I SENT YOU OR ONLINE AT "YOUR " SITE YOU WILL SEE THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS SENTI DID NOT GET ANY OF THESE COLORS NONE NONE NONEYOU ARE CRIMINALSYOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE THE MOST VULNERABLE AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.
