I am rejecting this response because: it was more than not being satisfied with the arrangementWe never reached any compromiseSpent well over three hours on the phone with them on Multiple occasions First on March 11th, 13th, and twice on March 14thThey finally said they would refund my money after a call on Monday the 20thIf my money comes through I will be happier but I think someone should look into their business practices

I am rejecting this response because: Instead of donating to the VNA hospice, per the family's suggestion, I decided to send flowers to her funeral. She loved flowers and this was my last gift to her. And I wanted it to be nice. It's not so much a matter of the money as a matter of principle. That being said, I am willing to compromise. I am rejecting this response because: My bank would not accept my dispute because I missed the bank's reply deadline because I was on vacation when they sent the notice of their non-acceptance.No matter how this is resolved between Avas Flowers, the bank and myself, the "bottom line" is that the arrangement that was sent did not at all look like the arrangement I selected on-line The arrangement had buds (non-blossomed flowers) What good are they for a funeral arrangement when they might blossom when the services are over?I wish I had looked at Revdex.com's record of Avas Flowers before I used them If I had, I never would have used them because of all the complaints that have been filed against Avas Flowers They are theives.

Avas resent flowers to my mother after many complaints and pictures to the companyThe flowers that were resent were much better than the first, however I will never purchase anything from this company again
