I am rejecting this response because: Until I see the refund, I have no proof it was actually made as they claim
Also, since Revdex.com gives this business an F and actually cites promised refunds that never come through, I cannot accept this as resolved It also does not rectify the fact that they lie about being able to deliver flowers to loved ones on holidays and then don't The customer service rep who called me back said that a week later (as their email stated to me) was unacceptable, but they usually deliver the DAY AFTER the holiday I'm flabbergasted that the company believes the day after a holiday is acceptable Again, in Revdex.com's own F rating on Ava's Flowers, you mention that they often promise to rectify a delivery and never do; that their flowers often arrive dead, wilted or completely different from what was ordered and most often late Revdex.com needs to do more They should do a free delivery for me They should try to make it right My sick mother got no flowers on Mother's Day When I found them on the internet, they claimed to be "Leesburg, Florida's top florist." They are lying about being a local flower shop At least with *** ***, you know you're getting a national go-between How can Ava's be allowed to continue advertising? How can they be allowed to promise day-before holiday delivery only to find out their policy is the day after, or in undisputed cases, the week after a holiday? Revdex.com needs to shut this business down Do you ever get involved with your state attorney general? Are you aware of the change.org petition that has hundreds of angry customers wanting to have this company investigated?

I am rejecting this response because:
In addition to my initial complaint after receiving an email on the morning of February 14, I received an email from your company that the roses had been delivered I contacted my girlfriend and she had not received the roses Therefore the whole element of surprise had been ruined Your company falsely sent me a delivery confirmation of the flowers being delivered on the 14th The next day on the 15th of February the flowers were delivered to her work She was not at work until the 16th which once again ruined the whole Valentine's Day Holiday flower delivery On your website you advertise delivering flowers on Valentine's Day That is the whole reason I used your company Once I called and spoke with a customer service rep from your company she advised me the company you guys contracted out to deliver the flowers was closed on Valentine's Day Then to add to my complaint I paid for the second best package that was supposed to have rose delivered and only roses were delivered I also paid for a pink vase because it's her favorite color and my girl friend received a red vase Either give me my money back or I'm contacting a law firm You are a horrible business that doesn't keep up with your end of the deal and I will see to it that this is made public on the Revdex.com website for everyone to see and pursue further action I have the receipt saying roses and pink vase That is not the product my girlfriend received well after Valentine's Day!!!!
