you had receivedYou also informed us that the sales rep had informed you this would contain more flowers and that is why we issued a partial refund as an apology. We can not offer a further refund as we delivered what is on the invoice

My name is Chris with Avas Flowers customer service management and I understand there was a question about your recent orderWe have reached out to the local designer and they advised The Funeral Director does remember this easel.We had major problems with this arr because it was extremely
heavy and we had to replace the easel twice in the shop because the orig easel shipment was defective and kept coming apartWe had to use two easels wired together to support the weight of the arrWhen I told the FD that the easel was a double easel and very heavy, he remembered it wellHe also remembered that it did go to the *** serviceHe also went to the cemetary this afternoon where he found the double easel with the heart, the pink bow and the dead flowers and sent me a pic on my cell phoneHope this settles the matter
