I am rejecting this response because: I did read that it may not be delivered on the next day but upon checking the status on their website, it was out for delivery I called customer service that night and they informed me the driver was still on his route so I waited the rest of the night and never received it The next morning I received a text stating that it had been delivered the prior night before Since I never actually received it I called customer service again and they called the florist who told them they delivered it So that's when we rescheduled it since they wouldn't refund me the money I asked specifically for it to be delivered in the morning to which the customer service lady said she would let the florist know I waited at home until 3pm and no one arrived, so believing no one was going to show again I went to a local florist and had an arrangement made When I got home the Avas florist had finally arrived with a pathetic looking arrangement that was NOT upgraded and when I told her it was suppose to be, she offered to take flowers out of other people's arrangements! Not wanting to ruin someone else's flowers I declined So I SIGNED for the flowers, which I find disturbing since they claimed to have delivered on the 14th and obviously didn't have a signature since they weren't I'm just appalled that I was lied to, spent dollars on some crappy looking arrangement that arrived a week too late and that an employee of theirs would actually suggest removing flowers from someone else's arrangements The flowers I got from the local place only cost dollars and were a thousand times more beautiful.

I just spoke to florist and they confirmed the the delivery was day late due to problems at the shopIt was delivered 6/24@6PM and for that I do apologize and the incorrect information toorefunded - Amount: $vs Transaction ***
