Our substitution policy explains that we will try to make the arrangement as similar as possible, but reserve the right no make substitutions in order to maintain freshness of the arrangement and to ensure it is delivered in a timely mannerDespite this fact, we proceeded with a $refund back

At Avas Flowers, we take these matters very seriously and do make every attempt to resolve any issues with our customers In this regards to Ms***, we have attempted to call the number that was provided us but have received a messages that the voice mail is full On 4/14/17, we have also attempted to contact Ms*** via email at the email address provided but have not heard back from her As previously stated, we are looking to resolve this issue but this can only be done if we can reach Ms*** We can be contacted either by email or by phone at *** We look forward to speaking with Ms***

I am rejecting this response because:I feel that the amount I paid was to much for the cheap vase & carnations with one piece of greenery that was delivered to my friendAva's photo of the Christmas Carnations was 100% not accurate, what was delivered was a very cheap arrangement of white carnations, did not resemble any holiday arrangement & I feel that I was "TAKEN" by Avas FlowersWhat a scam, they should definitely not be in the flower business!!!
