Ms***, placed an order on our website on 5/4/at 10:22PM for a delivery on 5/8/ She order flowers and chocolates for a 60th Birthday. In review of the complaint, we have made several attempts to contact Ms*** by phone and email. We did get a reply back to our email stating that she was not interested in speaking with us any further. She is requesting a full refund We believe that we were making an attempt to resolve this complaint. Our policy does allow us to send a re-delivery and or discount the current delivery, which she agreed to, when she placed the order but Ms*** is now refusing. Ms*** chose to have the flowers delivered by UPS. We do see that she designated that the order should be delivered by 7:00PM. However, our website does have a disclaimer that we cannot make any time guarantee on UPS ordersUPS does not allow timed deliveriesThe allowable designation of "Before 7pm: is there for UPS to see that all deliveries to schools and business receive top priority. Again, no time guarantee to residences.We do not believe that Avas Flowers did anything wrong and tried to still stratify the customerWe have already made an offer to redeliver the flowers, provided a partial refund and store credit which is beyond our posted policy. We were attempting to even provide a 50% refund and a re-delivery when the only issue was that she chose UPS to deliver the arrangement. I believe that we have made a good faith effort to resolve this but as stated, Ms*** is refusing any contact from us

small box of chocolates does contain 8-pieces of chocolates, not the amount that the recipient has claimedThe arrangement that the designer delivered to the recipient is the exact arrangement as requested by the customer for the Fabulous Fall Roses, standard for $The customer did not purchase and arrangement for $as claimed above as well as the customer was refunded for the missing latex balloons, and greeting cardWe have even went above and beyond to satisfy the recipient, whom we are not obligated to speak to since they are not the card holder and have set up for an upgraded arrangement from our farm fresh facility to be delivered on the 23rd, as well as issued a partial refund of $back to the customers card:"The order has been refunded - Amount: $vs Transaction ***"
