Nelson *** and I am with Ava's Flowers Customer Service Management and I am reviewing complaints and replies to our company Avas Flowers prides itself on an extremely high level of customer service, support and most importantly customer satisfaction Our customer's opinion matters to us.Ms*** complaint was in reference to the value of the arrangement she had order Ms*** stated that she believed that the arrangement was not filled to value Unfortunately Ms*** is was not including the additional items in the cost of the arrangement such as the greeting card, bow/ribbon and rush order before 3:Pm and service fee which were outlined when the order was placed We received a call on 02/28/ from Ms.*** *** letting us she was not satisfied with what she received and we regret that she was unhappy with the arrangement We also saw that there was a delay in the delivery and immediately refunded her the charge for "rush" delivery At this point we had refunded Ms *** $and provided store credit. Ms*** complaint was in reference to receiving a full refund for the non-delivery of her order, We regret that we were not able to fulfill her order as we would have loved to have provided an excellent customer experience. We received a call from Ms*** Feburary 5th, 2017, letting us know that the order did not arrive We checked with delivery and contacted Ms***, informing her that the order is currently in transit and offered a credit and discount on the order which was refused.On 12th of February 12th, we received a call from Ms*** in reference to our request to process her refund.We requested that Ms*** contact us so that we could provide a refund back to her card *As a policy, we do not retain credit or bank card information for security purposes Unfortunately, she was not able to reach the correct department to process the refund and for that, we do apologize. We have made several attempts to contact Ms*** without success On March 25th we left a detailed voicemail in how to get in touch, directly wth myself so that I could process her refund An email was also sent with the information on how to contact me and the reason for the call.We made an additional attempt to contact with Ms.*** on March 28th The call was routed to voicemail We sent another email and a text message instructing how to get in contact with us so that we may get this resolved for her. At this point, we have a made multiple calls, sent multiple emails and texts in an attempt to resolve this issue We understand that Ms*** time is valuable and will continue to make ourselves available to her

This was an order that the customer placed via the Avas website,on line and he entered the delivery address without the help of a live agent. The florist delivered that arrangement as ordered, to that address provided and was not authorized to take it from the delivered address to another location, as requested by the customer. The florist delivered to [redacted] as requested by the customer. The arrangement was made and had to be disposed of since it was not accepted by the customer.

Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with the arrangement that was received and provided us with pictures of the order. This was reviewed and felt to be a match to what was ordered. Although Ms. [redacted] has since disputed the charges with her bank, as a measure of goodwill, we had refunded her a total of $24.97 prior to that.The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us, and our commitment to superior service is unwavering. To whom it may concern,Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding [redacted] recent order. We were shocked to hear the arrangement arrived in such poor condition. We were working with our designer to get a fresh arrangement delivered, but the notes indicate that was stopped...
when [redacted] said he would be contacting his financial provider and the Revdex.com. At this point, his order has been refunded in the full amount back to the card he used at the time of purchase. We cannot assist him further with this order. Thank you and have a great day.
