The florist used:They had to substitute the color of the Gerber daisies to a Hot pink. 5 Gerber daisies, 3 pink matsumotos asters, 3 stems of pink spray roses and purple statcie which were arranged tightly in a clear vase with a hot pink ribbon attached and filled to value. It was delivered around noon on April 8, 2015 in time for the service. As a courtesy and in good faith, a refund in the amount of $9.99 was issued on 4/10/15 vs Transaction [redacted] along with $20.00 in store credits:Current Reward Points @46299 which are worth  $23.15 and do not have an expiration date either. Consumer must review company policies/guarantees: When is the deadline to place an order for it to arrive by a specified date? If something were to happen to your online order, would you be able to receive a full refund or replacement? Read the company policies for returns/exchanges and the fine print associated with your order to understand your rights as a customer of the company.

My apologizes for the issues mentionedA a courtesy, a partial refund of $15.98 will be issued, when the customer calls customer service to provide the credit card information, which is not retained, and more than 30 days has passed.

I disputed with my credit card company and received a credit back on 2-17-16, however on 3-30-16 I was recharged the money.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the arrangement for a refund, request an exchange of products, or receive store credit.I notified them the day of delivery and 3 times after that.

I am rejecting this response because: I had no choice but to file a dispute. I asked the agent at the end of the evening when the flowers did not arrive for a refund and she said there would be no refund given because they have to contact the florist. No offer for a call back or other resolution was given. My family was grieving and hurt that my uncle had no casket spray for his viewing for family and friends. Why should I keep calling back and begging for a refund after being on the phone several times that evening. If the agents would have been truthful with me instead of twice telling me the flowers were on the way I wouldn't be so upset because I appreciate honesty even though I may not always like it. I could have spent my evening moving on to other things. I apparently have no other choice nor did I ever except to dispute with my credit card.

different colors of carnationss. The designer put in hot pink Carnations and hot pink mini carnations, Baby's Breathe Salal for greens and put a hot pink ribbon around the neck of the vase. In checking at the school, the office people said it was absolutely beautiful and the little girl was thrilled with it when they gave it to her in the office. We did our level best to fulfill your order as quickly and nice as was possible.  A a courtesy, a partial refund was issued in the amount of $9.99 vs Transaction [redacted]ON LINE ORDER PROCESSING:In order for a website order to be processed, the customer "MUST" check our TERMS of SERVICE prior to placing the order. I am rejecting this response because:This is a different excuse than I was given.  I live in the area and I certainly know about the snow.  I was in the neighborhood and the roads were passable and plowed.  I was also told by the girl who took the order that delivery would not be a problem even with the snow.  She said she spoke directly to the designer.  I cancelled the order and was  credited most of my money back (all except $20), so delivery was not necessary.  I did have to called 4 or 5 times to get this resolved.  But it is resolved, and the case can be closed.  They are still not a reputable company.

However, it should be noted that when same day delivery is purchased, next day delivery does not constitute "successful delivery." If the delivery cannot be completed on same day because receipient is not home, then how can you state that next day delivery when receipient is not home is "successful"?

However, they were not truthful in the response in regards to trying to make contact with me.  They simply issued a refund on 8/30 without any form of apology.
