I am rejecting this response because: There is nothing that Avas is saying which I have not already mentioned except some truth like: I did not refuse the flowers I told the driver that they needed to go to the funeral home which is why I said funeral home when starting the order I said we need to correct this and he called his supervisor and the the driver came back and said, "You need to take this up with Avas, I have a lot of deliveries to make and need to leave," and drove offThey NEVER ATTEMPTED to resolve my issue which is I needed flowers to go to a funeral home!!!! I said to the person how do we correct this, and she said we can't it's too late!! That's IT??? I got off the phone with them and called another flower shop and got flowers delivered NO PROBLEM!!!! Better Flowers and Less Money!!!!If you care about your reputation whatsoever, which obviously by your 1,complaints and an F Rating you don't, then please refund my money otherwise I will make sure anyone and everyone who I know (FaceBook, LinkedIn, Yelp and Twitter) will know what kind of horrible shop you are running!'

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A picture of what was received was sent and the number of flowers received is NOT what this man is stating My phone calls are recorded and with the last call that I made to Avas, the representative stated that what I ordered is not what was delivered and there was an error Avas website also states that a full refund will given if you are unsatisfied Contact within hrswhich I did and the item will need to be picked up I told them that this was fine, its not what I ordered anyway and they chose to not honor their "satisfaction guarantee." This company is built on deception and advertising and I am not the only person who has ever had a problem There are many, many complaints with this company doing the exact same thing and offering the same pathetic store credit that they know nobody will use I do thank you for admitting error on your part and stating it was incorrect That will greatly aid the chargeback I have filed with my CC company Its unfortunate that you did not simply issue a refund and now the CC company will and you will also be charged with a $chargeback fee Poor financial decision in my opinion to rather pay to issue a refund Regards, [redacted] ***
