To whom it may concern,I have reviewed the order number provided and was able to find that this order was sent from [redacted] to [redacted] for a delivery on the 6th.Our designers have informed us that they have attempted delivery on the 6th but the recipient Ms [redacted] was not home, They were able to leave a tag on the door so she may contact them when she is home and available to receive the arrangement.In these cases where the delivery was attempt we wait for the person receiving the arrangement to contact us for a schedule delivery date and time which will best suit them.With the door tagged and calls made left we were still not able to locate the recipient and then it came to a point where we were not able to leave messages on her phone as her voicemail will not accept messages.To assure the delivery on this order the designers then delivered the arrangement in front door and let us know that they also tagged the garage door.We have also received a confirmation of delivery which states they confirmed delivery on 02-09-at 02:Pm.-Nv
