The customer ordered a Pastel Sympathy Vase@$The on-line description was as follows:Extend your sincerest sympathy to someone with gentle hues in this Pastel Sympathy Vase arrangementFresh roses, Gerber daisies and lilies are among some of the beautiful flowers that make this bouquet so specialThe pastel colors offer a sense of calm and comfort during a difficult time.Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feelThe florist filled the arrangement to its value using the on line photo for referenceThe customer service representative requested for a photo of the arrangement be emailed but was never provided and a partial refund was issued as shown:Amount: $vs Transaction [redacted] on 1/22/The customer claims that she ordered a large lavender vase of flowers but the description mentions, Pastel Sympathy colors using roses, Gerber daisies, and lilies with no indication of the amount of flowers that are to be used but it would be filled to value, which it was.The Avas website contains:Consumer must review company policies/guarantees: When is the deadline to place an order for it to arrive by a specified date? If something were to happen to your order, would you be able to receive a full refund or replacement? Read the company policies for returns/exchanges and the fine print associated with your order to understand your rights as a customer of the company

Please mark this as "resolved" as I don't want to have anything more to do with this companyI had to order a new arrangement (from a different florist) to be sent to my friend to mark her special event properly as I intendedAvas Flowers refunded me the "service charge" and I don't want to send any more time with them and thisissue despite not having a fair resolutionI will make sure to contact your site for reviews before dealing with any future businesses of any kind!

I am rejecting this response because: I paid $for a wreath, and got a totally different flower arrangement, and I stipulated that the wreath had to be at the funeral home before the viewing, giving a specific day and time, it was notSo - I didn't get what I ordered, and what was delivered was not there in time for the viewingI want a full refund, not $I paid over $and didn't receive what I ordered

I am rejecting this response because: I am still unsatisfiedI was never told that the fruit basket would be in replacement of my flowersI was told that it was for the inconvenienceWhen it was said that the flowers were in the wrong room, they should have been placed in the correct roomWhen your delivery driver went to the funeral home, he never said anything to the funeral directorThe funeral director told me when I went back for the evening viewing that no one had said anything to him and that if it was placed in the wrong room, as I said to him based upon what I was told, it was due in error to the fact that the flowers were not labeled properlyI can not even confirm that the flowers were actually there and that I would have been in fact satisfied with my purchaseI have seen numerous complaints on Revdex.com.org and numerous other websites that sometimes what was ordered and what was delivered have ended up being two different things, and that in some cases they were not filled to what they should have been for the price that was chargedI also can not confirm that the fruit basket was in fact the value of flowersAccording to your website, the most expensive gift basket is $I was supposed to receive a phone call or email confirmation that they had been delivered, which I have notI am just assuming that they were based upon what was written hereI would hate to make assumptions with this company, since last time I was told I was wrongThe bottom line is, I did not get what I orderedI was never told that I would not be given a refund or that the fruit basket would be in place of my flowersIf that was the case, I should have been told thatI would not have agreed to the fruit basketHad the flowers been moved into the correct room or new flowers, for the evening viewing and a fruit basket sent for the "inconvenience" as I was told, we would not even be having this discussion
