My apologizes for the issues mentioned.The customer gave delivery location as 'the conursing home' that they would know of location, being localThey provided an incorrect address which I couldn't verify but assumed they knew of itAt the time of the order being placed, the invoice is emailed for a customer review and at that time, Avas needs to be notified of any errorsA correct address was provided by ther customer after missing the original requested delivery dateThe florist confirmed delivery on Monday 5/before noon after trying to deliver to the incorrect address numerous timesAs shown within the Avas website for all users to view before placing their order; We are located in Mahwah, New Jersey, but we operate nationwide by working with local floristsWe also often use FedEx and UPS for deliveryCustomer must review company policies/guarantees: When is the deadline to place an order for it to arrive by a specified date or time? If something were to happen to your order, would you be able to receive a full refund or replacement? Read the company policies for returns/exchanges and the fine print associated with your order to understand your rights as a customer of the companyThis order was delivered and it is non refundable;If a delivery attempt is made to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the arrangement is refused by the recipient, the order will not be refunded We will offer a redelivery to a valid recipient or address if requested and provided by the customer

My name is [redacted] with Avas Flowers customer service management and I’m very sorry there was such trouble with this order I see that we had called you on 6/at 1:PM EST and received approval to change from the heart arrangement to the wreathThis order was then delivered on 6/and we did not receive a question about the quality of the order til 6/nor did we receive any pictures of the arrangementAt this point it is too late to question the designer on thisI have refunded $which is the difference between the heart and the oval wreaths

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not informed that the recipient did not like the arrangement Avas Flowers is confused over the person who ordered the arrangement and the recipient I am not the recipient, yet I am being addressed as such I cancelled the order two hours after I made the order Incredibly, not only did they ignore my cancellation, they delivered the flowers five days late, charged me a fee that they charge to insure on time delivery, and when the recipient questioned who they were from, that is when I learned they had been delivered five days late without a card, when I had cancelled them five days prior Then Avas flowers started changing the documents to say I asked for a delivery date of 12/28/ My initial order receipt proves that the original request for delivery was for 12/24/15, not 12/28/that they are trying to reflect So, now they are telling me that the recipient did not like her flowers, and I find this new information to be very upsettingSomehow this continues to worsen as we progress Regards, [redacted]

We have requested for a re delivery of the arrangement delivered with another florist for Wednesday

To whom it may concern,We have reviewed the order for [redacted] and after reviewing the photo we have seen that the arrangement was not filled to value and had offered the customer a refund for a total of $60.92, Since we were not able to retrieve the arrangement no further discount will be processed as the cost of goods was sent to our designers

I am very sorry but, since there was no order placed, there is no documentation for this orderAs it shows on our website, the 45% discount is already listed on the items and there is a 10% discount for first time orders

As mentioned by the customer to a customer service representative:Since the customer has contacted her bank to dispute the charges, we will not respond to this complaint until we are contacted by the customers bankThank you for your understanding

On 2/11/2016, $vs Transaction [redacted] was refunded and additional $was refunded on 2/17/for a total of $toward the total of the arrangement of $89.99.The custometr needs to check with the bank for those transactions since they were issued as shown
