Our policies do state that we need to speak with the local designer first, but that does not mean a refund can not be givenPlease contact your bank to end the dispute then call us for a refund as we can not process one while this is being contested

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was absolutely no attempt to deliver on February 6th as I had requested, these flowers were for my moms birthday and I went through several phone calls back and forth with this company for several days regarding getting my money refunded and I was tossed around and even hung up on! The flowers were not delivered until AFTER I filed a complaint with my bank and the Revdex.comAnd, an order that was supposed to be delivered ON FEBRUARY 6TH was not delivered until FEBRUARY 9THThe only recourse I was offered after them NOT delivering my order was 15% off my next order, no refunds of any kind, so I paid them for no service!
