Hello, I received a response from Avas Flowers today, and they've written me and told me they'll refund my moneyThank you very much for your help in this matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business responded that they are deeply sorry about the situation; however, they have never once reached out to apologize directly to me I understand that mistakes do happen but when they occur I feel that a good business will reach out to the customer and at minimum give an apology and in some cases offer something for their mistakeAdditionally, this was not just a mistake but there was dishonesty with text messages to me stating that the flowers were delivered when they were not I would hope that this information (the company's total lack of contrition) would be added to the complaint for consumers to see and consider before doing business with this company Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is incorrectWhat was delivered to me was not the correct Ficus THEIR customer service representative told me over the telephone that I would be recieving a 7foot tall tree...what was delivered was hardly feet tall What I ordered and recieved were two very different things I also online ordered and paid for a LARGE ficus tree which was more expensive and which I DID indicate online No only did I order an LARGE ficus tree online, I also SPOKE TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and was assured the tree would be at least feet tall but the shop owner told them it was feet After looking online I see this company has a history or defrauding customers and sending products that are incorrect They need to be stopped Regards, [redacted]

Our records indicate that the customer has already disputed this charge with their credit card companyDue to this, we can not offer any resolutions until that is settled

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My ordered was to be delivered 11-21-! If the arrangement was not able to be delivered by close of business on 11-21-the order was to be cancelled ! After several calls this was made VERY clearThe customer service experts lied to me from the beginning stating that my order was out on the truck for delivery ! It makes no difference that the nurses signed for a delivery on 11-22-I had already arrived at the hospital and taken care of the flowers from another sourceOn 11-22-afternoon when a pitiful arrangement arrived I called the designer and told them the order was cancelled on 11-21-due to non-delivery!They (Blossoms and Stems ) Refused to pick the flowers back upIt makes NO difference the nurses signed for them as they were not part of this transaction Regards, [redacted] ***
