My name is [redacted] with Avas Flowers customer service management and I’m very sorry there was such trouble with this order I would like to address your two order separately [redacted] - This order was entered with a delivery date of 'Before 12' and an invoice was sent for reviewYou did review this and made a correction to the card message but did not let us know that the time was incorrect so delivery was made after but before This was delivered on 6/and we did not receive a notice of quality complaint till 7/ [redacted] - We normally do not issue any refund for a refused delivery An exception was made to refund $of the $that was chargedWe did need to keep the remainder to cover delivery cost and cost of goods for the designer$of store credit was also issued

After phone calls and a total of hours on the phone I have been issued a refund and the order canceled
