Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is 100% incorrect information. I submitted two photos (for TWO separate bouquets) on behalf of the flowers that were delivered via AvasFlowers.net. I sent this complaint with BOTH photos to Avas Flowers on February 3rd, 2017 at 9:52PM after receiving the photographs from the recipients. It is NO surprise to me that Ava's flowers is a florist aggregator. With that being said, BOTH florists that worked on BEHALF of Avas Flowers did NOT supply what I had purchased. Firstly, I did NOT purchase "Titanic Roses". I DID purchase "Pink Bouquet" which is evident in BOTH receipts that were sent to my email address on February 3rd 2017 at 11:00AM. That explains the claim "they do not carry the roses" because I ordered a COMPLETELY different bouquet. I continuously tried to contact Avas Flowers and CONTINUOUSLY had issues with the service. NEVER ONCE during the MANY conversations with Avas FLowers employees, did they ask for me to send ANOTHER photograph of "the complete bouquet." The latest issue I have was after I sent the last complaint I sent to BBB. If whatever issues I experienced prior to this last response was not unfathomable enough, the florist (ON BEHALF OF AVAS FLOWERS) showed up at one of the recipients houses AGAIN and demanded to take the horrific flowers away without replacing or trying to compensate the issue. 100% unacceptable service on SO many levels. I stand by my original claim wondering "how in the WORLD can Avas Flowers still be in business" if this is how they handle their customers? You can CLEARLY see just by the incorrect response Avas Flowers submitted, that there are no other words to describe the service I have experienced with Avas Flowers other than ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. While most of our items are hand delivered from a local shop, anything marked as “Next Day Only” or “Farm Fresh” are delivered directly from the farm via UPS/FedEx. This was... under UPS tracking number [redacted] and their website showsDelivered On:Friday, 11/18/2016 at 12:57 P.M.According to UPS this was delayed due to an incorrect address. I do understand the customer statements but we do have a confirmation of delivery from the florist who claimed that on 4/@11AM [redacted] @ the church signed for the plantThe date provided on the website does not indicate the correct time or date since it is not always updated when the delivery was done and may reflect the next day entry

I am rejecting this response because: They are showing pictures of what the item will look like, show and have descriptions of what the item will be like and then in small print somewhere on the page or in their company terms of agreement they say the complete opposite of what the pictures and description states! They are with total disregard taking advantage of customers by mid representing their products and using fancy words and legal wording to get away with it! Not to mention the horrible customer service they are blatantly providing to keep from having to pick up the arrangement from the customers home and either re sending a new arrangement or providing any type of refund! They know they have days to have to do this and even though I called and did everything they asked of me they instructed me to email pictures of the arrangement and when they received the photos they would contact me immediately! No one ever called me, I had to keep calling them over and over again! One agent told me they could re send the flowers ( the correct flowers) again and I asked if they could send them on the 8th of May for Mother's Day and she told me yes, that it would be no problem! She told me that she wAs going to call the florists who actually made the arrangement and have them add the arrangement to their delivery schedule and after waiting minutes, she came back to tell me that wasn't going to be an option! That's when I was transferred to a manager named Spencer who was very rude and disrespectful! From the time he got on the call he was basically giving me one option and repeatedly asking me if I would accept it no matter what I said! I don't accept what this company has to say, even though they obviously left clicked, copied, and pasted a beautiful legal buttocks covering response!

Yes, I accepted their resolution of the token amount of $13.95 but they have not credited my account as of this date. As far as "minor" substitutions, that was not the case Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I phoned customer service and voiced my dissatisfaction with the product and was not offered redelivery if a new product or a refund after retrieval of the item. I would like this business to either pick up the dead flowers and issue a full refund or re-deliver a new, fresh product. I called customer service within hours of delivery and it is still less than 7 days of product possession.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not satisfied with getting the "reward points" as I don't want to order flowers from your company again! We spent around $and the arrangement (picture attached) was maybe a $bouquet of flowers!!!!!! We wanted a really nice arrangement for our friend that past away, spent the money to do so and it was maybe a $arrangement! Take your points, I don't want them! I would like some of my money back! You are a family owned business and I would expect for you to treat this issue as tho it mattered! I lost my friend in a terrible car accident and the flower arrangement had close to the color scheme but was very badly put together I would like some of my money back - keep your "reward points"!
