[redacted] As you can see there are two of the same items for my car they do not give you details about the item also they charge me for a restocking fee of over half of the money that I sent,The company wants to penalize me for their mistake.

We are more than willing to warranty the AC compressor. As stated, we have received proper documentation and can proceed with the warranty. the warranty policy. The warranty consists of taking said defective part back, and replacing it with a new one. We have two ways we can go about replacing the part. 1) The customer ships the part back to us. Once the part is received and checked in, we would collect freight costs and ship the new part out. 2) We can take a temporary deposit + shipping cost and send the part out same day. Once the defective part has been shipped back and received in our warehouse, we will refund the temporary deposit.

I do not want an in-store credit.  I would like a refund.  I think I stated that pretty clearly in my complaint.  If the business policy is a 15% restocking fee then so be it.  Perhaps the person who responded ([redacted].) could go ahead an do that for me?  I would prefer not to talk with the BuyAutoParts.com customer service, they are not very nice.

the automotive industry, core prices fluctuate. We have already had to move on and purchase cores elsewhere to replace the part you did not send back. With that being said, we would like to come to a resolution with you. You purchased this part on 7/25/2012 and are well past the 90 day core return period. At this time, if you ship your core back to us, we will issue you a $100 core refund.

This customer agreed to our warranty prior to purchasing any parts from us.
We sell BRAND NEW parts, which makes it extremely hard to believe two brand new parts failed one after the other.
Our warranty policy is stated below, which the customer agreed to prior to purchase.

We stand by our warranty 100% and will warranty this part again, but we do not refund on installed parts, nor do we cover labor charges or any other charges incurred with said parts.
Legal Version
We warranty all automotive parts to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. It begins from the date
purchased. This warranty does not apply to parts unless the installation
instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available
the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.
This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the
removal and / or reinstallation of the auto part. Specifically, this warranty
does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not
purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers fixing or replacing
the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the
part. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the auto part sold
has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it
has been repaired by anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and
void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the auto part sold
should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period,
return the auto part to us, postage prepaid, along with your sales invoice. Your
dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. We will, at our
option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage
prepaid.
If the terms of a warranty
which are agreed upon between a customer and a representative of
BuyAutoParts.com for an order placed over the phone differ from the
standard warranties available for a part for purchase on
BuyAutoParts.com, then the terms agreed upon during that phone
conversation,
documented in the internal
customer file, and included in the original order invoice are binding.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY
KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY

This company cannot be trusted to refund money. Their adds state they "guarantee the parts they send you will fit your vehicle" That was not the case for me. Not only did they send the wrong part, (causing 6 additional days of the vehicle being down) they would not refund my payment until I threatened a lawsuit. I was told "give it a couple of days" several times, days became weeks, finally, they did refund my money.

Thank you for your reply.  I have checked both my spam and gmail  and did not find a 2nd response from the Revdex.com.  I do not want to rehash what happened  so I will be brief.  Less than 5 months after having parts purchased from Buyautoparts.com  the parts failed.  They as stated have this best warranty in the business 1 full year.  My [redacted] broke down 2 days after Christmas in [redacted].   We were on  [redacted] when my car died.  There was a burning smell.  This was on Sunday.  [redacted] told the car on Monday to the nearest [redacted] dealer who replaced the AC compressor and clutch.  These were the parts bought under warranty.  The company at first said they would give me a new AC compressor and clutch when I returned the old one.  I was 7 and ½ hours from home when the car broke down.  The cost to me was 2,168.00 for which I have proof of payment and a statement from [redacted] in [redacted]. That the AC looked newer  but had a major compressor failure tearing up all the AC parts and breaking the serpentine belt.  After contacting the Revdex.com they said they would give me the 289.00 I ask for if I returned the old part.  As I told them from the beginning the Old part at [redacted]  in [redacted].  I called [redacted] the day they ask for the part but it had been sent for recycle.  I was hundreds of miles from home with my wife and 3 children one of which is mentally challenged as was in distress because of the stress of the breakdown.  I know what hw was going through.  I have ask only for what I paid.  I have  all documentation and when purchased there was no mention of part return.  While the rep believes tat should have been first on my mind it was not.  I  would like you if you could to contact them.  Thanks again for responding.
