Before you buy, call customer service! Very easy to get ahold of the sales department, but if they send you the wrong part (like they did for me), you are in for a very frustrating experience in dealing with the customer service departmentMost of the time you end up leaving a voicemail that goes unanswered

I bought a very expensive part from this company and used over nite shipping and it was here the next day ! The part was half the price of what I would have paid at the GM dealer Unfortunately, my mechanic messed the part up and it had to be re-ordered again The CSR arranged for me to have free next-day air, instead of having to wait or more days snail mail from Cali to Louisiana The part was genuine and I will definitely use this company again for any future parts !!! Thanks guys !!

The worst customer ever! I ordered my part,paid extra for it to be sent early, did not receive itI had to go to a parts shop and purchase the itemWhen I called to voice my concerns I was met with a very rude and obnoxious representativeHe would talk over me and interrupt me while I was speaking, he maliciously kept me on hold for an extremely long time when I asked to speak to his supervisorThe supervisor answered the phone and stated that I could return the item but I will NOT get reimbursed for the shipping AND I would have to pay a "RESTOCK FEE"I will never deal with this company again

When I placed order for my fuel pump I provided them with my VIN numberI paid extra $to have it overnightedWhen I received the part it was the wrong partI have called C.Sand spoken to them trying to get an exchange and refund of the $they refuse stating it was my error yet they sent the wrong fuel pump So not only do I have to pay for shipping back, I'm out the $ When you prove a point they get rude and go back to there notes and not the original sales persons notes

I want to warn you about my experience of this companyI purchased a product on February 25th around p.mI believe that the time that I was getting a good deal but I was able to find the same product on the different site at a cheaper price so I purchase that product alsoThe next day I called to cancel the item that I have purchased from buyautoparts.com early in the morning as soon as they openI spoke to the gentleman and gave him all my information needed to cancel the order keep in mind this is information that he requested I was assured that the order would be cancelledCouple days later I notice that I didn't receive a refund so I called them up to see if I could get an explanation to this issueI was told that no order was ever cancelled and if I wanted to return the product that I would just tell the UPS driver to send the box backAs you know you never know when the UPS driver is going to be there to drop off your package and just to my luck he dropped it off at my front door and I was unable to tell him anythingI call them back to let them know that I have the package and I I want to return it and I was told to ship it back to them which is not a problem until they told me that I would have to pay for shippingNow I find this being an issue which they could have help me out by informing ups to return their package since they are the senders of the package and I can't do that onlineOr have the courtesy to pay for return shipping knowing that I've called them before about this issueI just wanted to share this experience due to the fact that I don't want this happening to nobody else

I feel violated and robbed by this company I bought an AC compressor from their Ebay store that was delivered and did not fit my carI called and requested to replace for the correct part and was told that it would be a $more which I refused and decided to return the part, they issued a return email and I shipped and paid $for shipping The part was delivered on 8/24/and today 9/7/and after poking them with a couple of email they started a refund MINUS %restocking fee !!! $on top of the $shipping charges !!! Someone needs to call this company's dealings out as a broad day light thievery, a restocking fee for the wrong part shipped? if I paid another $then they would not have charged me restocking feethis is robbery

We are more than willing to warranty the AC compressorAs stated, we have received proper documentation and can proceed with the warrantyPer our policy, all international customers are responsible for shippingFurther, we can't exchange a part (AC Compressor) for another part (Condenser) under the warranty policyThe warranty consists of taking said defective part back, and replacing it with a new oneWe have two ways we can go about replacing the part1) The customer ships the part back to usOnce the part is received and checked in, we would collect freight costs and ship the new part out2) We can take a temporary deposit + shipping cost and send the part out same dayOnce the defective part has been shipped back and received in our warehouse, we will refund the temporary deposit Regards, [redacted] Customer Service Supervisor
