My internet service was extremely slow and/or completely dead over the course of two months Repeated calls did not fix the problem, WOW stated it was a problem with my equipment (I even purchased a second modem to prove to them it was not my equipment) I exceeded my mobile data plan because of the lack of connectivity in my household during the month of July I was also lied to repeatedly about the arrival of a technician at my home over the course of hours The original appointment window was 11:00am to 2:00pm on June 26th I called at 2:30, 3:and 4:pm and EACH TIME was told that a technician would arrive in less than minutes I finally left my house at 5:and, of course, that's when a technician finally called to tell me he was going to my home So I missed 1/day of work, and had to interrupt my evening when they finally decided to show up A technician finally arrived, didn't fix my problem, and left the property having disconnected my DVR - i.eI was in

After tens years with WOW, I final switched to [redacted] Over the years WOW has upgraded equipment, swapped equipment and finally convinced me to switch to the mb internet I paid more money for this internet and was lucky to have mb speeds Their service man did not show up in the time frame that he was suppose to I did not wait any longer for him and left He had the audacity to first charge me a dollar missed appointment fee and he records the call as he came into my house and fixed my issue by resetting my internet They did not solve my problems, even some of there customer reps said I would never attain those speeds After days of service calls and equipment being swapped out, I stopped my service with WOW I returned all equipment as they instructed at he drop box in Madison Heights They send me a final bill of a dollar credit, today they send a unreturned equipment bill WOW, you have all of your equipment I can not help you have incompetent

I discontinued my cable internet service with WoWUpon returning the cable equipment, I was informed I would receive a bill for any remaining balanceI received my first notification of the remaining balance of $in the mail in June I paid the balance on July 13, As I had discontinued my service, there was no way for me to access my account to check the outstanding balance until I received the notification in the mail Unfortunately, I just received a notice that WoW had already sent the outstanding balance to [redacted] for collection I am appalled

I have been a wow customer since October, During my time as a WOW! customer I have experienced unreliable Internet service constantlyI have had numerous technicians (different techs, different occasions) come to my residence to find the issue of the horrible internet serviceThey take the money for the call, and do not fix or solve ANYTHINGThis last recent visit (6/29/16) I had a Supervisor and lead technicians come to my residence to fix the internet issue after numerous complaints and hours of customer service callsThey did not fix the internet issue, and blamed the cause on [redacted] SIGNAL COMMAND! They told me the only thing I can do is moveThis is an absolute lie, the issue is there poor serviceNothing else I purchased my home in October 2013, which is when I found out about the contract the city of [redacted] has with WOW! which states that they're to be the only internet/cable provider in the citySo due to this contract we are forced to pay outra

I have been a customer with this WOW Internet company over three years for high speed internet I was out of country from September to December I called them and put my service under vacation plan ($per month), when I did that nobody informed me that when I return all my discounts would be eliminated and I would be paying the full monthly rate of $/ month I was also not informed that the vacation plan is applicable only once a year When I saw my bill for January ($105) I was told the only option to lower the monthly rate was to go under a month contract At that time also nobody informed me that under contract the vacation plan would not be applicable when I wanted to go out of country in March Now this company wants me to pay the early termination fee of $inorder to come out of the contract This company has extremely dishonest business practice and want to scam customers with half given information which suits their business policies

Called to cancel my service with this company and they wanted to charge me $to cancel even after finding out the cancellation reason is their faultI am paying $44.99/month for 30mb of wireless internet but after running speed tests, I found out that I was getting mb and not my My [redacted] or television would not connect as well as my fiancé and I had to disconnect from the wifi on our cell phones because it couldn't load anything

I accidentally paid my bill twice WOW could NOT immediately refund me Rather it has taken three days for a very rude Customer Service representative to tell me that my credit will be mailed to me in the form of a check 'some time next week' This is NOT acceptable In this age of technology WOW should have processed the credit on Monday, same day that I called in the morning notifying them of the error, and an automated bank credit taking to bank business days In addition, the Customer Service Representative that I spoke with on Wednesday morning was horrible; rude, would not provide his name and transferred me to a Customer Service Region outside of [redacted] ***, the Customer Service Rep that I spoke with after the horrible rep stated she had no idea why he transferred me to her department
