I have been a customer since When I signed up for the Internet service at home, I was given webspace for a website I have had files on this site since then Recently, the files no longer showed upI called customer service to ask why (and also to find out why my bill has gone up $in one month) and was told they "no longer offered" webspace and hadn't for or years -- even though my files worked fine until just recently Since I am no longer receiving the service I signed up for, I should get a reduction in my bill for the reduced service and trouble of having to find a new host

Wow sent a technician to my house on 11/to install new cable serviceThe techno asked me where I wanted my lines run and pulled out my entertainment hutch and we agreed upon a location behind the hutch which would run through the wall outside of the house where all other cable lines etc areHe did not do this and I did not authorize where he ran my cableHe put the cable line feet further and right above our outside water hoseAnd inside the line is sticking way out from the hutchI have been told this can be corrected but have yet to hear when or how as a supervisor still has not contacted meI'm very dissatisfied with this service and am looking for resolution

I called wow on 10/20/to inquire about a cable card for a [redacted] system I was thinking about purchasingThe representative ove the the phone told me that it wouldn’t be an issue that all I needed to do was go to the store front location in [redacted] to pick up the actual cable cardI then drove over to the store frontExplained the situation about me getting a [redacted] and needing a cable cardThe representative verified my account information and gave me a cable cardOnce I got home with my new cablecard & [redacted] system I couldn’t get the system to connect to the cablecard I decided to call wow to find out what the issue wasThe representative over the phone tells me that the [redacted] system is not compatible with the account servicesThat I would need to downgrade my service package and pay to have the downgraded system installed for the [redacted] and cacle card would workI asked why I wasn’t informed of this information when I called the [redacted]  number or when I went to

I cancelled my WOW cable in At the time I was told by an associate that I did not need to return my (year old router) Unbeknownst to me, I did, as a result I was charged $and turned over to a collection agency (***) Although, I paid any balance in full and ultimately returned my router, the negative collection account still shows on my credit report My credit score dropped over points as a result and now I'm fining it hard to renew my homeowners policy due to the negative entry I don't thinks it's fair that WOW would not stand behind an employees direction and still place me in collections for a router that was so old

On 2/11/17, my wife and I met with a WOW salespersonWe were told specifically by the salesperson [redacted] that we were not signing a contractWe asked if we could cancel at any time and he stressed to us that yes, we couldWithin months of service, we had several service calls including new gateway boxesEach time we would be without all services, phone, TV and internetFinally, we had enough and called and cancelled the service and went to [redacted] We were never told by the final service technician whom we told we were going to cancel or the customer service representative who took our cancellation request that there would be an early termination feeIt was not until we received the final bill that we were aware of this chargeOur daughter, [redacted] , is an authorized representative on the accountShe called to request that the early termination fee be credited as we were sold services under pretensesShe had to call different times over approximately

Wireless Modem Rental was added to my bill while I have my own wireless modem

I have been having trouble with my intranet, video and phone service since March Our phones have no dial tone, you try to use the intranet and there is no connectionThe video freezes while you are watching TV and then you get an error message that it cannot read the cable card and you have to call for assistance and you have to wait on hold for over twenty five minutes A technician came in September and re wired our home and we were told we have an old system so they gave us a newer box and said that should fix the issues Well it didn't! Scheduled for another technician to come out on 10/13/between the hours of 1pm and 4pm EST but they never showed up or called I called WOW at 4:15pm to get the status of the technician and they could not give me an estimated time it is now 6:23pm and they are still not here and no phone call from the technician Called WOW and the five minute wait that they stated has now been over ftwenty minutes to speak with a representative

I came back to WOW! two months ago after a brief and bad experience with Comcast Xfinity I have yet to get a correct bill and every time I contact them, they say they will fix the bill and the next comes in wrong againNow they have the nerve to have an automated call say that if I don't pay my bill, they will shut off the serviceI sent my payment a week ago They are penalizing me for doing their job and trying to get a correct billI talked to a CS manager and she said that I will have to wait until the interruption of service and then call in for an extension Again, penalizing me for their mistake and now a late payment notice may get put on my credit report because they couldn't get their billing straight I am very frustrated and angry with their lack of customer serviceThey want to sign you up, and then forget you

We have had a horrible issue I have my bedroom was destroyed during install and my service has only got worse I'm on my 4th cable box and I have gotten text messages with physical threats and wow won't discuss my insurance claim I need help I keep getting stone walled and to make things worse they have a exclusive contract where I live so I can't get internet anywhere else and I have two children who take online classes I have been to the wow office in [redacted] on numerous occasions with proof of messages and they don't care not to mention they signed us up for $a month and charge us another $a month for equipment and we was never told this

The internet service offered by this company is extremely poor for the price that is charged Every night around PM EST the connection becomes unstable and almost unusable WOW! I was a customer of WOW and sold my home. I moved only 7 miles away and wanted to stay a customer of WOW. WOW however does not service the area where my new home is located yet they still insist on charging an early cancellation fee of $180. This is in my is unfair business practices. I cannot base a decision to sell my home on whether my internet company services the area of my future address. I moved only 7 miles away yet WOW does not service this area. I recently stopped my service. At the time I stopped service I was informed that I could return my WOW equipment to the locale warehouse. The customer service representative stated that there was a dropbox at the warehouse so I could return the equipment at my convenience. I returned the equipment over a month ago. I just recently received a bill stating I did not return the equipment. I called customer service and they sent a request to the warehouse to search for the equipment. After a week I received a phone call from a customer service representative stating the warehouse could not locate the equipment. The representative ask me if I had a receipt for returning the equipment which I replied that I had used the dropbox. I ask if there was anything else that could be done to resolve the issue. The representative said there was nothing else that could be done and if I refused to pay the invoice it would be sent to a collections agency.

I was tricked into having WOW installed in my homeThe Salesman who signed up promised me services that I found out two hours after the installation and began calling customer service and for four hours I repeated my struggle time and time againI spoke with the supervisor then the supervisors supervisor [redacted] ID# [redacted] who explained there would be a huge investigation that would take up to hours to complete and then he personally would call me to fix my problemThat was June 28th the same day I had WOW installedIt is now days later and no call form [redacted] or anyone else at WOW So I called WOW only to be told there is no investigation in my files and [redacted] ID# [redacted] is on vacation Although there were many mistakes on WOW's behalf my main issue started out with the services I signed up for over the phone included my phone services internet and medium cable that I could control by pausing rewinding ect for $monthly before taxesI immediately discove
