This is clearly a reasonable guy who understands the industryHe's right in that a vendor with an avatar failed to filter his number out due to out of date filtersThis is something that can't be permittedIt is a pleasure to restore a portion of sanity to his life by requesting every vendor we can to Do Not Call his phone numberWe will also attempt to coerce the replacement of the out of date filterNOTE: We use few outsourced leads because our leads are mostly SEO and direct mail (which generate their share of complaints)We handle all these complaints because we care, not because we are responsible for all this phone trafficWe use our influence to help people like the very good guy that is complaining herePlease don't revile us for being the one that stands up for your peace of mind and reasonable phone billAnd don't forget the incredible benefit that Revdex.com provides our society by making this possible

This 'customer complaint' is from a non-customer who was called by an unrelated third partyProbably several unrelated third partiesWe are not involved except to the extent that one of the third parties eventually forwarded his call to us in good faith when ***expressed interest in being fundedWhoever it was that connected him to us is required to maintain outside compliance expertise and was operating within the lawBecause ***provided information, we are unable to identify this third party or even verify that he contacted usHowever, the main points here are that we did not call him and whoever did call him, if they connected him to us, was calling lawfullyNotably, ***is a business owner and there are no restrictions on B2B telemarketing at the Federal level or in his home state.That said, it is obvious that ***is a good person who does not wish to be contacted by telemarketersIt is within our capability to greatly reduce the amount of telemarketing he experiences and it is our pleasure to add him to every Do Not Call list we have access toThis has been done; it is our sincere desire that ***enjoy the enhanced peace and quiet that will follow

When I began to question them, they hung up on me? I saw this same response given to several other complainers on the Revdex.com site.This company is using unethical and possibly illegal tactics to drum up business? They said they put me on the DNC list for their company? But they said nothing about asking their marketing partners (robo-callers) to do the same? And they subtly THREATENED me with legal action? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company suggests that they did not directly call me And they may be technically correct However, they are clearly empowering or encouraging call centers to cold call folks and then transfer them once qualified This clearly violates the sprit and intent of DO NOT CALLCompanies should not be allowed to call numbers on the Do Not Call list AND they should NOT accept transfers or leads from companies that don't EXPLICITLY adhere to Do Not Call rules This practice is especially harmful to senior citizens who may not completely understand what they are being sold The fact that they have plenty of complaints in their file AND continue to have an A rating puzzles me Obviously, these complaints are the tip of the icebergWhat does a company have to do to get a lower Revdex.com rating? This company uses a shady telemarketing company that will randomly dial every number in the phone book to get leads The telemarketing company people barely speak english, and this company refused to give me the name of their telemarketing company so I can file a formal complaint with them When I asked her for the name of the company, she just insisted I would no longer receive calls when she send them an email I asked her to furnish the name of the domain she's sending them email to and she hung up Very shady marketing
