Review: This company has been robocalling my cell phone in violation of at least 5 provisions of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act:

1. Hiding their real number

2. Calling a cell phone

3. Not honoring requests to stop

4. Violating the Do Not Call List

5. Automated Robocall for proffit

Once I got a human on the phone they represented themselves as a legitimate lender but all my calls to the FBI, Secret Service, Office of the Comptroller of the currency and other regulatory bodies that police and regulate financial institutions have informed me that they are not and three have begun a criminal investigation into their practices. This person, Lenny T[redacted], stated that they were in the Inc. 5000 list and that he needed my banking information in oder to determine what interest rate they qualified for. They refused to address the fact that they were breaking laws to generate leads.Desired Settlement: Stop illegal customer generation and business practices

Dear [redacted]We do not have equipment capable of robocalling, and we only make outbound calls under specific circumstances such as to follow up on documents and the like. This is why you didn't see our number, it was not us. We also do not call cell phones except when authorized by clients. The fact pattern in the complaint suggests you were called by several independent vendors, and one of those vendors apparently gave you our name. I did not find any record of you, which means you never actually got through to us and you certainly are not a customer. Regarding the FBI, Secret Service, etc: You may want to google these agencies. Regardless, we are not being investigated by anyone, not criminally or for any reason whatsoever. These matters are not criminal, and the source of the activity you report is not us, but completely unrelated parties. That said, you are clearly frustrated, and we can and will help reduce your pain. Your phone number was provided on your complaint, so we added that number to every Do Not Call list that we have any influence over.We truly hope this helps you, [redacted]. Be well.

This company called me three times in the space of one hour. I picked up on the fourth call and a pre-recorded message immediately started. When I connected with a real person, I asked him how his company had gotten my number. He said [redacted] and hung up. Then I received SEVEN more calls from this number before blocking it. I understand from reading other customer reviews that this company is running a scam, but my experience crossed the line to outright harassment.
