This business is stating that they do not utilize telemarketing to market their business yet has eight separate complaints against them in the last year for this very reason Obviously their response is not truthful and is an attempt to subvert the negative aspects of this complaint Bottom line is that I am NOT a business owner, my number is on the Do Not Call List, and I did receive multiple calls, all leading to Capital Advance Solutions A subpeoena requesting all contracts and affiliations with telemarketing companies will shed light on this as I am moving forward with legal action here in *** if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction by the end of the month In consultation with an attorney, this may result in a class-action lawsuit against the organization

I received a call from a man showing an unknown number, offering me a loan of over $10,He asked me several questionsHe told me that he was in the State of CaliforniaThen he transferred me to a lady that stated she was in the State of PennsylvaniaShe requested 6-months of my bank statementsWhen I requested a fiscal address with a telephone number, she hung upI would never do business with a company that calls using blocked numbers and then deny calling peopleAlso, I would never do business with a company where the employees will not give out the company address and telephoneI am asking the Capital Advance Solutions LLC please remove my telephone from their calling list

I am rejecting this response because: I am still receiving calls, but that does not solve the issueWhen the "company you work with" spam calls people, they provide an automated response of users to unsubscribe to calls (which I never subscribed to in the first place) however, this function DOES NOT WORK and people continue to receive spam callsThen, when I try to get to speak with an actual person and ask them to remove me from their spam call list, they just HANG UP ON MEI had to complain to the Revdex.com about you guys to get you to do anything about thisIs that the company that you want to be? Do you think that continuing to spam call people will make them want to do business with you? If you think that the answer is yes, you are sorely mistakenYou need to 1) stop scraping phone numbers from webpages and spamming people who did not sign up for your service and 2) you need to have a way for people to opt out of the spam callsHaving to complain to the Revdex.com is not the proper way to go about business.
