I am rejecting this response because:They are flat out lying I received a robo-call The robo-caller transferred me to this company When I began to question them, they hung up on me I saw this same response given to several other complainers on the Revdex.com site.This company is using unethical and possibly illegal tactics to drum up business They said they put me on the DNC list for their company But they said nothing about asking their marketing partners (robo-callers) to do the same And they subtly THREATENED me with legal action To the Revdex.com:I insist that you consider the other complaints on your site and LOWER their rating to an F, until they agree to use only ethical direct marketing tactics

Capital Advance Solutions robodialed me illegally on my personal cell phoneMy phone is on the National do not call listThey appear to be us using a third party to do the actual robodial to initiate the sales leadI was so sick of getting robo dialed that I downloaded an app called TapeACall and used it to start recording the call after getting robo dialedThe recording includes "Jonny I***" the sales rep from Capital Advance Solutions based in New Jersey accepting inbound calls from the robodialing firmThis is a scam and they are breaking the lawThey have purchased an A rating from the NJ Revdex.com, but the NJ Revdex.com defended Capital Advance Solutions when I called rather than made the assessment based on reviews and complaints Revdex.com NJ, please do the right thing

This company uses off-shore marketing companies to subvert the US laws pertaining to the National Do Not Call List? I have received calls from three separate US based numbers with individuals with strong Indian accents, when following their sales pitch, all transfers lead to this company? The US based numbers are fictitious and are likely used to deceive US recipients into thinking they are receiving a US based call? Stating below that they did not contact me is completely false, as after receiving a call and following the transfers, I was directed to and spoke with a specific individual at this company and received a definitive email pushing their services with links to signup for their business loans? I have documented and preserved this email and my incoming phone records for litigation and investigative purposes sand have made direct contact with the company's CEO for resolution? I have also filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will be pursuing resolution legally
