This number is not associated with any business line, and therefore your presumption is incorrect and this activity falls within the three federal statutes which were violated? If you do not make telemarketing calls, then you purchased the information illegally obtained from those calls, which I would caution as it opens your company up for liability? Not only this, but three separate people I spoke to at your company hung up the phone when I politely asked for my information to be removed? They neglected to even request the phone number for which I contacted them to remove.If you are claiming to have received and purchased this information from a third party, please inform me as to appropriate contact information for this company.? This company is full of [redacted] It is a complete and total scamThey use a "third party" to robo call people without regard to donotcall.gov (third party probably is off-shore)They open the call by saying, "you have been approved for a cash advance", then proceed to ask your name and the name of your businessThey have called me every day to try to loan me moneyI have spoken to their employees [redacted] and [redacted] I [redacted] hangs up when you ask him to please stop calling [redacted] has said he will take care of it, but no response yetI am glad to join the lawsuit against them, they are obviously a disreputable company and someone would have to be extremely to do business with a company that uses such tacticsStay away!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company suggests that they did not directly call me And they may be technically correct However, they are clearly empowering or encouraging call centers to cold call folks and then transfer them once qualified This clearly violates the sprit and intent of DO NOT CALL.Companies should not be allowed to call numbers on the Do Not Call list AND they should NOT accept transfers or leads from companies that don't EXPLICITLY adhere to Do Not Call rules This practice is especially harmful to senior citizens who may not completely understand what they are being sold The fact that they have plenty of complaints in their file AND continue to have an A rating puzzles me Obviously, these complaints are the tip of the iceberg.What does a company have to do to get a lower Revdex.com rating? We recently disassociated with all of our prior lead vendors so that we could add consumer-level TCPA compliance to our Business to Business contractsAs always, we do not do outbound calling or interact with consumers at allWe are strictly business to business (B2B)So be aware that this is a third-party interaction in the Business to Business arenaWe could not get our old vendors to accept TCPA on their B2B as TCPA far exceeds B2B legal requirementsThis is a new lead source under contract to comply with TCPAIn other words they must count businesses as consumers.The manager of the call center reported that he reached out to this B2B contact personally and corrected the DNC issueAdditionally, he told me: We are speaking with each rep to confirm that we will not tolerate any negative, vulgar, or inappropriate verbiage being used towards anyone under any circumstancesIt should be obvious that we have taken third-party marketing very seriouslyThis particular vendor has an outstanding reputation in the B2B arena, and it is hoped and expected that this issue will not arise again

We don't have any record of talking to youYour complaint has nothing to do with usWe don't do telemarketing, we don't do business with individuals, and we didn't call youIf you were contacted by a third party and got them to transfer you specifically to us, then that third party was acting within all applicable laws and regulations.Regarding the rates: Subprime advances have a 12% cost of capital and a 7% loss rateSo a funder would have to charge at least 20% to break even, and more if they want to be profitable and to cover additional risksWe are not a funder, and we don't set the ratesIn order to get a better cost of capital, qualify for a better class of advanceYour sales representative will be able to help you with that.There are too many of these complaints, and it is no longer possible for us to allow the confusion between legal B2B calls and TCPA-regulated consumer telemarketing to affect our good nameIn cooperation with the Revdex.com, we will be extending TCPA protections to business owners, in fact everyoneThis necessitated a new compliance vendor, and will take a few weeks to implementIn the meantime, please let us know if you would like to be placed on a lot of private Do Not Call lists to cut down on your telemarketing calls

Telemarketer called my business. I'm actually in the market for a business line of credit so I took the call and began to get the description. They base their cash advance on your gross revenue over the last six months. So if you grossed 25k average over the last six months they will advance you 25k to your account in a few days. However when I asked what the terms of the advance were he became sketchy and didn't want to disclose them. He kept attempting to get my last six months of banking records. When I finally flat asked him the terms of the loan he said we don't have terms just a flat fee. I said "which is?" and he hung up on me. They originally used an outside company to break the Do Not Call Registry guidelines and also the BBB Guidelines then hang up when you want details of the funding? I would not use this company. Very shady practices.
