I am rejecting this response because: CAS has not released the name, address, telephone number, and web address of their call centerThe response is also materially in many factual aspectsI am a consumer, not a businessOther consumer websites like *** which identify telemarketers have postings about CAS also telemarketing them as consumers, not businessesIt was through *** that I was able to determine CAS' identity

I received a call from a "blocked Number" and with someone on the other end of the phone that sounded like they were from another countryWhen I asked what the name of his company was he gave me this company name I looked them up online and asked if I call the number listed online could I talk to him again and he said noI hung up with him and called the number and a lady answer the phone and said "executive offices may I help you" Did not say the company name…
I told her my experience and she said all you had to do was say Im not interested and asked for my number so she could remove my number from the list then she hung up on meWith all of the identity theft going on this is a really poor practice with rude employees I would not do business with them

I am rejecting this response because:They appear to be claiming they don't hire 3rd parties to make these calls I find that very hard to believe since they transfer you directly to the company in question Why would a 3rd party call center make calls on behalf of the company in question if they're not being compensated for their time and efforts? The simple answer is the wouldn't and that makes Capital Advance Solutions LLC responsible for the actions of their contractor They're trying to hide behind the illusion of 'we didn't call you so we're not responsible' but conspiracy to harass people is just as bad as the actual harassment. Notice also they claimed from another complaint back in April that they'd stopped this practice and yet it obviously continues to this day That makes their response back in April void too The Revdex.com of New Jersey should reject any response from this company that does not include the guarantee that 100% of numbers on the National DNC list will be blocked from unsolicited phone calls and that anyone not on the DNC who asks to be removed is permanently and immediately removed Short of that the Revdex.com of New Jersey should invalidate their accreditation.

Capital Advance Solutons LLC Is an unethical company and I highly recommend you avoid any dealings with themThis business accepts referrals from a third party SPAM telemarketing company that likely operates outside the United StatesMy family received phone calls from a Washington DC phone number advising that my business could be eligible for a business loan or cash advanceWe received calls not only on our home VOIP line, but on both my cell phone and my wife's cell phoneWE DO NOT OWN A BUSINESSIt appears the telemarketer uses an auto-dialer that calls all possible number combinations in a given area codeThe Robocaller provides an option to be placed on a do not call listThe do not call list is obviously non-existent as I have chosen this option several times over the last few months but I still receive the harassing phone callsIf you select the option to be connected with an operator they ask a few screening questions and then forward your call to Capital Advance SolutionsDuring my conversation with the person at Capital Advance Solutions, he initially told me the name of the companyI asked if there was a phone number I could contact him atI was provided with the number that is associated with Capital Advance SolutionsI then asked for the name of the business and the male subject provided me with another business name: "Business Funding"I called him out on it and he then advised that it was Capital Advance once again
If this were truly a reputable company they would stop accepting referrals from third parties that repeatedly harass citizens

We recently disassociated with all of our prior lead vendors so that we could add consumer-level TCPA compliance to our Business to Business contractsAs always, we do not do outbound calling or interact with consumers at allWe are strictly business to business (B2B)So be aware that this
is a third-party interaction in the Business to Business arenaWe could not get our old vendors to accept TCPA on their B2B as TCPA far exceeds B2B legal requirementsThis is a new lead source under contract to comply with TCPAIn other words they must count businesses as consumers.The manager of the call center reported that he reached out to this B2B contact personally and corrected the DNC issueAdditionally, he told me:

This company uses off-shore marketing companies to subvert the US laws pertaining to the National Do Not Call List I have received calls from three separate US based numbers with individuals with strong Indian accents, when following their sales pitch, all transfers lead to this company The US based numbers are fictitious and are likely used to deceive US recipients into thinking they are receiving a US based call Stating below that they did not contact me is completely false, as after receiving a call and following the transfers, I was directed to and spoke with a specific individual at this company and received a definitive email pushing their services with links to signup for their business loans I have documented and preserved this email and my incoming phone records for litigation and investigative purposes sand have made direct contact with the company's CEO for resolution I have also filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will be pursuing resolution legally
