I am rejecting this response because:
They are flat out lying.  I received a robo-call.  The robo-caller transferred me to this company.  When I began to question them, they hung up on me.  I saw this same response given to several other complainers on the Revdex.com site.
This company is using unethical and possibly illegal tactics to drum up business.  They said they put me on the DNC list for their company.  But they said nothing about asking their marketing partners (robo-callers) to do the same.  And they subtly THREATENED me with legal action.  
To the Revdex.com:I insist that you consider the other complaints on your site and LOWER their rating to an F, until they agree to use only ethical direct marketing tactics.

We are strictly business to business, which technically is not subject to the National Do Not Call registry and generally is unregulated depending on the State. However, we don't do telemarketing for the simple reason that it does not work for us. We don't own or control any telemarketing companies.
That said, we are working to bring a new culture of sensitivity and TCPA compliance to the B2B telemarketing industry because that's what you want and what most people want.
Additionally, you personally should not have been called by anyone in the business to business community, because we put the word out they are not to call you. If anyone does call you, let us know--we will ramp up the pressure and get it taken care of.

more than that we take the high road. We take your complaint very seriously. In a world where nobody cares about the little guy, we care. We will do our utmost to clear this up. We put you on every Do Not Call list we have influence over. These are not State or Federal call lists, which are generally not applicable to business calls. Instead, these are private Do Not Call lists maintained by call centers. This has been done, and you will experience fewer telemarketing calls. Since you may be retired, and not an active business owner, we intend to dig deeper in our corrective action. For you to have been called, someone erred. This error probably means that whoever called you has an outdated database. We will attempt to identify the caller and get this database problem corrected. your unwanted calls.More proactively, we notice you're a consultant. It's obvious you don't need business funding. We will find out who messed up and get them to quit wasting our money and your time.
Just clarifying on accredited lenders: We cannot be an 'accredited lender' because we are not a lender. We arrange for future receivables to be purchased at a current value. There are specific tax and operational advantages to this structure, but the main advantage is quick turnaround and easier qualifying in comparison to a bank loan. Accredited lenders are compliant with Title 15 USC, which is as much about lending rationally to people likely to pay it back as it is about accurately reporting rates and fees. It's an interesting topic but not relevant here.

I am rejecting this response because: I am still receiving calls, but that does not solve the issue. When the "company you work with" spam calls people, they provide an automated response of users to unsubscribe to calls (which I never subscribed to in the first place) however, this function DOES NOT WORK and people continue to receive spam calls. Then, when I try to get to speak with an actual person and ask them to remove me from their spam call list, they just HANG UP ON ME. I had to complain to the Revdex.com about you guys to get you to do anything about this. Is that the company that you want to be? Do you think that continuing to spam call people will make them want to do business with you? If you think that the answer is yes, you are sorely mistaken. You need to 1) stop scraping phone numbers from webpages and spamming people who did not sign up for your service and 2) you need to have a way for people to opt out of the spam calls. Having to complain to the Revdex.com is not the proper way to go about business.

Revdex.com please get us the number so we can help this poor fellow. We promise we will use the number only to reduce the number of sales calls. acting within all applicable laws and regulations.Regarding the rates: Subprime advances have a 12% cost of capital and a 7% loss rate. So a funder would have to charge at least 20% to break even, and more if they want to be profitable and to cover additional risks. We are not a funder, and we don't set the rates. In order to get a better cost of capital, qualify for a better class of advance. Your sales representative will be able to help you with that.
There are too many of these complaints, and it is no longer possible for us to allow the confusion between legal B2B calls and TCPA-regulated consumer telemarketing to affect our good name. In cooperation with the Revdex.com, we will be extending TCPA protections to business owners, in fact everyone. This necessitated a new compliance vendor, and will take a few weeks to implement. In the meantime, please let us know if you would like to be placed on a lot of private Do Not Call lists to cut down on your telemarketing calls.

This is clearly a reasonable guy who understands the industry. He's right in that a vendor with an avatar failed to filter his number out due to out of date filters. This is something that can't be permitted. It is a pleasure to restore a portion of sanity to his life by requesting every vendor...

NOTE: We use few outsourced leads because our leads are mostly SEO and direct mail (which generate their share of complaints). We handle all these complaints because we care, not because we are responsible for all this phone traffic. We use our influence to help people like the very good guy that is complaining here. Please don't revile us for being the one that stands up for your peace of mind and reasonable phone bill. This is a telemarketer who seem not to care they are breaking the law. When you ask them why they are doing that, they just cuss at you, at least that is what Jared did to me. If you feel he did wrong, give him a call at [redacted] and let him know. I'm sure he would love to talk to you.

I am rejecting this response because: While I understand that the business in question claims they have no part in the process. It doesn't make sense while they would be the person answering the phone after pre qualifying questions are answered by their 3rd party. Obviously, they have contracted this 3rd party to robo dial people so they can claim deniability. This practice of utilizing such discreditable methods to contact people is why this company really needs to be reported to the Revdex.com. They do not provide any information on who is doing this nor do they provide any knowledge of why this is occurring. They just answer the phone after a person is pre qualified and take an application if it is a business. However, they do not stop in the process or respect the do not call registry for people who do not have a business. This is an ugly and disgusting way to affect so many people and that is why I reject this response. In addition, if they want to have my phone number to take off the registry. I call back every time they call and say take me off. They have yet to do this and thus why do they even offer this service.

This company is full of [redacted] It is a complete and total scam. They use a "third party" to robo call people without regard to donotcall.gov (third party probably is off-shore). They open the call by saying, "you have been approved for a cash advance", then proceed to ask your name and the name of your business. They have called me every day to try to loan me money. I have spoken to their employees [redacted] and [redacted]i. [redacted] hangs up when you ask him to please stop calling. [redacted] has said he will take care of it, but no response yet. I am glad to join the lawsuit against them, they are obviously a disreputable company and someone would have to be extremely to do business with a company that uses such tactics. Stay away!

This company uses a shady telemarketing company that will randomly dial every number in the phone book to get leads. The telemarketing company people barely speak english, and this company refused to give me the name of their telemarketing company so I can file a formal complaint with them. When I asked her for the name of the company, she just insisted I would no longer receive calls when she send them an email. I asked her to furnish the name of the domain she's sending them email to and she hung up. Very shady marketing.

These vendors seldom if ever work with us, but we have some pull and we used it on your behalf. You should notice that you receive fewer unwanted calls.
We realize this incident does not put us in a very good light, but if you ever do need financing we will try to make it up to you in that arena, as well. We try very hard to be the best.

For every single Revdex.com complaint there are thousands more people that never file a complaint yet still have to deal with this company's unending Robo-Calls all day, every day, all year long, every year.... They claim they make 'no outbound calls' but they pay a proxy to do so just so they can skirt the laws on predatory robo calls. They praise the Revdex.com for being a perfect forum and then claim ZERO responsibility. Nonsense. If I filed a lawsuit I could list both Capital and their marketing proxy as defendants... Legally. They need to stop feigning ignorance and take responsibility for their questionable practices. Furthermore, I asked them "Is this a loan you are offering?", they said "No, it’s a cash advance for your business with interest and fees that you pay back daily Monday - Friday". I said "What is the difference between that and a loan?”. As you can imagine, the line went silent. To avoid banking laws they cannot call it a "Loan". Stay away from this place. No matter how bad your situation is, they will only make it worse. They have purchased hundreds of domains that help drive traffic to their business through another proxy called ‘Firm Attorneys’. This business is registered to a private home in New Jersey with no other trace. Every website points paints them in a positive light with a convenient link to their loan application. This is called ‘Black Hat SEO’ and is against Google policy. They have been reported to google. Even their websites all end in the word 'Loan'... How can this business be 'Accredited' by the Revdex.com? The first thing they said on the call was “We are a Revdex.com Accredited Business!” And before Capital replies with “There are no laws governing calling businesses for marketing purposes”, you are calling my personal phone number and I do not own a business.. And why would you even make that statement since you "don't make any outbound calls"??? Ooops....

The reply from Capital Advance Solutions, LLC.  should insult the intelligence of the Revdex.com as it surely insults mine. As for their denial they possess no calling means and do not do so, well, the Federal Courts have ruled against them in [redacted] vs Capital Advance Solutions LLC. No longer can Capital Advance Solutions, LLC. deny their actions, the courts have ruled that they do and have done exactly what my complaint as well as all the others on this website claim. What surprises me is that the New Jersey Revdex.com continues to give them an A rating!

We do not do outbound telemarketing calls, but we reserve the right to make outbound calls for other purposes, such as investigating complaints. We do not interact with consumers as we are strictly business to business.
[redacted] complaint is about a third party calling business to business. When transferred to us, [redacted] the complainant, hung up on our call center immediately without a word spoken on either side. The cursing and offensive and threatening language claimed by [redacted] did not happen. [redacted] did not interact with us, he simply hung up. This is proven, recorded fact.
If anyone complains about an unrelated vendor who happens to transfer a call to us, we will investigate. In this case, we called to investigate and make amends. We did express regret for the incident, even though we knew it was embellished, and we stopped the unrelated third party from making perfectly legal business to business sales calls to this individual out of respect and goodwill.
We regret any inconvenience caused be the unrelated third party, and we have made sure that vendor will not call again. There is nothing further to do.
