[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Should this company engage in future fraudulent marketing attempts or engage in purchasing leads from third parties whose marketing policies to acquire said leads are fraudulent, I will open a new complaint and reference this complaint ID.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I am already on the do not call and have been for years. The company you hire to make your robocalls is ignoring the list.
That is the problem.
If you receive leads from a company that makes millions of robocalls (and ignores the do not call list) then you are responsible for the calls. You are the reason they are making the calls.
I expect better integrity from a company whose founder used to work at [redacted]

Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They appear to be claiming they don't hire 3rd parties to make these calls.  I find that very hard to believe since they transfer you directly to the company in question.  Why would a 3rd party call center make calls on behalf of the company in question if they're not being compensated for their time and efforts?  The simple answer is the wouldn't and that makes Capital Advance Solutions LLC responsible for the actions of their contractor.  They're trying to hide behind the illusion of 'we didn't call you so we're not responsible' but conspiracy to harass people is just as bad as the actual harassment.

Notice also they claimed from another complaint back in April that they'd stopped this practice and yet it obviously continues to this day.  That makes their response back in April void too.  The Revdex.com of New Jersey should reject any response from this company that does not include the guarantee that 100% of numbers on the National DNC list will be blocked from unsolicited phone calls and that anyone not on the DNC who asks to be removed is permanently and immediately removed.  Short of that the Revdex.com of New Jersey should invalidate their accreditation.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The phone call was made to a private cell phone located on the do not call list and not to a business number.  This is in violation of the law.  The "Third party" claims to work on behalf for the company listed so they are one in the same to the victims of the cold calls.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This company suggests that they did not directly call me.  And they may be technically correct.  However, they are clearly empowering or encouraging call centers to cold call folks and then transfer them once qualified.  This clearly violates the sprit and intent of DO NOT CALL.
Companies should not be allowed to call numbers on the Do Not Call list AND they should NOT accept transfers or leads from companies that don't EXPLICITLY adhere to Do Not Call rules.  This practice is especially harmful to senior citizens who may not completely understand what they are being sold.
The fact that they have plenty of complaints in their file AND continue to have an A rating puzzles me.  Obviously, these complaints are the tip of the iceberg.
What does a company have to do to get a lower Revdex.com rating?  What is the purpose of the Revdex.com?  Am I just wasting my time?
Regards,
[redacted]

We do not do outbound sales calls and we do not do business with consumers. We are strictly business to business. We did not call you and you are not a customer of ours. We don't do robocalling and don't have equipment capable of robocalling.
But somebody did call you, and you were able to...

get them to transfer your call to us by pretending interest in a business loan. [redacted], the number you gave to the Revdex.com, is clearly not your real number. We respectfully ask that you edit your response with your real phone number so we can respect your wishes. The telemarketer already has your real number. You have nothing to lose, and it should be obvious that we take these complaints seriously. We will not call you, we will only stop others from calling you.
We live in a world with telemarketers and robocallers. This is legal activity. We strongly recommend you add your phone number to the national Do Not Call registry. They don't ask you for any personal information, just your name and number. Once you are registered, it becomes unlawful to call auto-dial or cold call you, which cuts down on unwanted calls dramatically.
National Do Not Call registry: donotcall.gov
Please don't use any other portal to get to the National Do Not Call registry. All others are scams. Note the ".gov" on the end of the real website. That's a government website, completely legit.

As you pointed out, we did not call you. We don't have anything to do with consumers, we are strictly Business to Business. We don't do outbound telemarketing or cold calling.
That said, the Revdex.com still holds us responsible for any complaints that ultimately can be traced to us, and we have...

come to take this very seriously. It sounds like an unrelated party got carried away and called you. You reported that you are on the National DNC registry, so the call center that called you either made an error or they are falling off the wagon. We have already requested that all call centers DNC Do Not Call you, a request they are sure to grant.
Additionally, the possibility that these unrelated parties are backsliding concerns us. This will be vigorously investigated.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your personal situation is corrected, and rest assured we will pro-actively hunt down and eliminate any possibility that this vendor is bypassing the controls that have been imposed.

Telemarketer called my business. I'm actually in the market for a business line of credit so I took the call and began to get the description. They base their cash advance on your gross revenue over the last six months. So if you grossed 25k average over the last six months they will advance you 25k to your account in a few days. However when I asked what the terms of the advance were he became sketchy and didn't want to disclose them. He kept attempting to get my last six months of banking records. When I finally flat asked him the terms of the loan he said we don't have terms just a flat fee. I said "which is?" and he hung up on me. They originally used an outside company to break the Do Not Call Registry guidelines and also the Revdex.com Guidelines then hang up when you want details of the funding? I would not use this company. Very shady practices.

[redacted] - We did not call you. We did add you onto several business marketing Do Not Call lists that are outside of the National Do Not Call Registry's sphere of influence. Hopefully this will help you sleep easier; working nights is difficult.
We investigated and found that we didn't call...

you, nor did our usual suspects. Any third party that might have called you is completely independent of us. We researched and did not find your name or your phone number in any of our systems. The fact that you are being called by different numbers every time suggests that you are being called by different people. We will do everything in our power to restore peace and uninterrupted sleep to your life. But you may want to invest in an app that blocks all callers other than those you white-list, especially during the time when you're trying to sleep.
Thank you for being polite about this, you're obviously a good guy. We really did add you to a lot of Do Not Call Lists. Hope it helps.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This is a cookie cutter reply and blatantly false. Capital Advance Solutions, LLC. contracts with 3rd party telemarketers and in long established law and FCC rulings are vicariously liable for the conduct of their telemarketers. Sorry.. wrong answer.
Regards,
[redacted]

We do not interact with consumers at all, we are strictly B2B. We do not do robocalling or any other type of telemarketing. We do not own or control any telemarketing company or individual. We did not call you.
Additionally, we are highly ethical and 100% legal. We are the good guys that...

save businesses from disasters, fund growth, create jobs. Consistent with that good will, we have placed you on every Do Not Call list that we have access to.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
they do apparently do outbound calls. I have the phone records to prove it. If by chance they are being represented by some other source I expect them to file a criminal complaint today to that affect. If not perhaps I should since their name MUST be being used for nefarious reasons. HIGHLY unlikely. I spoke to them directly today and was treated as I was. I am not satisfied with the lack of responsibility. they show toward the instances of harassing calls. I have little faith this will be shown on the Revdex.com site so I will have no choice but to continue to voice my experience with this company via outside means.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: Capital Advance Solutions was authorized to draft $20,655 from our checking account. They drafted $21,455. That is $800 more than what our contract states. I've attempted multiple times to obtain our refund, but I keep getting bounced around from one person to the next, speaking with voice mails, etc. Our refund is still outstanding, and it has been nearly two weeks, as of 8/25/2015.Desired Settlement: $800

Response:

We discovered that the the core difficulty was a misunderstanding over a fee for creating financial reports and documentation. This was necessary work, work that paid off. We got [redacted] funded and got him a positive credit history. We accomplished the (almost) impossible. Regardless, we respect [redacted] and we understand his feelings. We refunded the fee; the money will be present in [redacted]'s account on September 15. Documentation of the successful transfer of funds to [redacted] is attached to this message. We love what we do, helping businesses grow and helping them through emergencies. [redacted]: If you need us, you can count on us. We will treat you fairly and get you back on your feet.

For every single Revdex.com complaint there are thousands more people that never file a complaint yet still have to deal with this company's unending Robo-Calls all day, every day, all year long, every year.... They claim they make 'no outbound calls' but they pay a proxy to do so just so they can skirt the laws on predatory robo calls. They praise the Revdex.com for being a perfect forum and then claim ZERO responsibility. Nonsense. If I filed a lawsuit I could list both Capital and their marketing proxy as defendants... Legally. They need to stop feigning ignorance and take responsibility for their questionable practices. Furthermore, I asked them "Is this a loan you are offering?", they said "No, it’s a cash advance for your business with interest and fees that you pay back daily Monday - Friday". I said "What is the difference between that and a loan?”. As you can imagine, the line went silent. To avoid banking laws they cannot call it a "Loan". Stay away from this place. No matter how bad your situation is, they will only make it worse. They have purchased hundreds of domains that help drive traffic to their business through another proxy called ‘Firm Attorneys’. This business is registered to a private home in New Jersey with no other trace. Every website points paints them in a positive light with a convenient link to their loan application. This is called ‘Black Hat SEO’ and is against Google policy. They have been reported to google. Even their websites all end in the word 'Loan'... How can this business be 'Accredited' by the Revdex.com? The first thing they said on the call was “We are a Revdex.com Accredited Business!” And before Capital replies with “There are no laws governing calling businesses for marketing purposes”, you are calling my personal phone number and I do not own a business.. And why would you even make that statement since you "don't make any outbound calls"??? Ooops....

Review: I have my phone number on the Do Not Call Registry. I have attempted many times to have them remove my phone number from their robo dialer service. They keep calling every week and no matter how many times you ask them to remove your phone number as I am not a business. They continue to call.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be contacted by this company.

Business

Response:

Revdex.com please note: This is a problem we can help with, due to our extensive contacts. We do not do any outbound calling, and we do not possess anything capable of robo-dialing. We do not employ robo-dialing vendors. However, in reality the problem here is that the complainant has been classified somewhere as a business. We would gladly email all of our contacts to add this individual to every Do Not Call list, if we only had the phone number! Revdex.com please get us the number so we can help this poor fellow. We promise we will use the number only to reduce the number of sales calls. This is the high road: Not only do we want to avoid harm, but we sincerely want to help people with problems like this one. Please ask if we can have the phone number so we can ease the pain. Thank you.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: While I understand that the business in question claims they have no part in the process. It doesn't make sense while they would be the person answering the phone after pre qualifying questions are answered by their 3rd party. Obviously, they have contracted this 3rd party to robo dial people so they can claim deniability. This practice of utilizing such discreditable methods to contact people is why this company really needs to be reported to the Revdex.com. They do not provide any information on who is doing this nor do they provide any knowledge of why this is occurring. They just answer the phone after a person is pre qualified and take an application if it is a business. However, they do not stop in the process or respect the do not call registry for people who do not have a business. This is an ugly and disgusting way to affect so many people and that is why I reject this response. In addition, if they want to have my phone number to take off the registry. I call back every time they call and say take me off. They have yet to do this and thus why do they even offer this service.

Regards,

Review: I keep getting a robocall from [redacted] offering me a loan for my business. I have pressed 2 for "add me to our do not call list" about 7 times. Today I pressed 1 to speak with a representative that is most likely in a call center in India and answered all the questions properly to be transferred to the American business behind the calls. Once I spoke to "Randy" he said he didn;t know who was initiating the calls to my phone that is on the do not call list.

I questioned further to say "So some random company is sending you leads out of the goodness of their heart with no expectation of financial remuneration?" He said no, but that he didn't know who was calling me. He transferred me to a supervisor that then insisted that I called them. So I just hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like them to discontinue usuing robocalls to illegally solicit business from people on the Do Not Call List. Maybe a little fine just to enforce the message.

Response:

I can reduce the likelihood of your receiving sales calls. What I have done is forwarded your number to every vendor I am aware of and asked them to remove you from their call systems. That said, there are a number of facts that you will find useful.First, Capital Advance Solutions does not do outbound calling. At all. We didn't call you.Second, we only deal with businesses. If someone forwarded your call to us, you must have told them you were a business. Businesses do not get DNC protection, only individuals. There are state-by-state restrictions, but there are no restrictions on business to business calls in your home state, [redacted]Third, you are not a customer. This is a customer complaint forum. I checked every database I had access to, which is considerable, and you have never done business with us. Therefore you aren't supposed to complain in this forum.Still, you are a human, worthy of respect. And a good one, based on your coherence and savvy. It's my pleasure to do what I can to cut down on the number of calls you get, since that is your wish. Just don't be too disappointed if you are called by a vendor outside my sphere of influence. Best wishes,CAS

Review: This company contracts other companies that use robocalling to solicit business for them. I have requested to be removed, both through the contracted company's automated service and Capital Advance Solutions, numerous times over the past twelve months.

My number is on the do-not-call list.

While the company does not directly call me, their contractor DOES, and transfers me directly to Capital Advance Solutions. I was transferred directly to Vicente S[redacted] on the most previous call, during which I only asked for information for their "loan" so that I could gather information abut the business, since past calls where I have given my identity and said I was not interested and to stop calling me were met with immediate hangups.

I am not a business. I had never told any party (with exception to the most recent call, after already having received calls for a period over one year) that I was a buisiness prior to receiving these calls.

My current cellphone number was, four years ago, the registered number for a clinic in Florida. This company failing to differentiate between current and expired listings is not my problem, it is theirs. Since I am not a business, I do get DNC protection. The validity of that protection does not change upon an individual's number having previously belonged to a business.

No, I am not a customer. Nor is the Revdex.com limited to customer complaints. It is for giving feedback on businesses, and their relationships with people, customers and "potential customers" alike.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this issue resolved amicably. The company has admitted in past complaints that they do,in fact, have contact with the businesses that forward calls to them.

Capital Advance Solutions needs to contact them, and have my number removed from their listings. I am not, nor will I ever be, interested in their funding. Using a proxy does not take away their liability, and I will gladly mark this issue as resolved if they can provide proof that action was taken.

Business

Response:

This is clearly a reasonable guy who understands the industry. He's right in that a vendor with an avatar failed to filter his number out due to out of date filters. This is something that can't be permitted. It is a pleasure to restore a portion of sanity to his life by requesting every vendor we can to Do Not Call his phone number. We will also attempt to coerce the replacement of the out of date filter. NOTE: We use few outsourced leads because our leads are mostly SEO and direct mail (which generate their share of complaints). We handle all these complaints because we care, not because we are responsible for all this phone traffic. We use our influence to help people like the very good guy that is complaining here. Please don't revile us for being the one that stands up for your peace of mind and reasonable phone bill. And don't forget the incredible benefit that Revdex.com provides our society by making this possible.

Review: Robocalling 3- 4x a week from a different number. requested multiple times to be removed from list. same robocall weekly. If asked to remove from list will hang up on you. if asked business name, will hang up on you. finally had to play along like I was interested, then I was given the actual name of the company. trying to give me a business loan but I don't have a business. I'm registered on the national do not call registry and they still call me excessively. I work nights and leave my phone on for emergencies, and these calls wake me up unnecessarily.Desired Settlement: Take me off you robocall list. i'm on the national do not call registry.

Business

Response:

[redacted] - We did not call you. We did add you onto several business marketing Do Not Call lists that are outside of the National Do Not Call Registry's sphere of influence. Hopefully this will help you sleep easier; working nights is difficult. We investigated and found that we didn't call you, nor did our usual suspects. Any third party that might have called you is completely independent of us. We researched and did not find your name or your phone number in any of our systems. The fact that you are being called by different numbers every time suggests that you are being called by different people. Review: The business calls my cell phone using a fictitious number. A number of people have complained online about using phone numbers on the do-not-call list.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be contacted by this company again.

Business

Response:

Capital Advance Solutions does not make outbound calls. We do not do business with individuals, only other businesses. We do not use fictitious numbers. [redacted] is not, and has never been a customer of ours. We have had absolutely zero contact with [redacted], in any form.

Review: This company calls me 10 times a week soliciting me to take out a loan with them. I have requested to be removed from their call list no less than 5 times but, the calls keep coming.Desired Settlement: This company is relentless with their contact and shouldn't be allowed to hassle business owners with their calls.

Business

Response:

Dear [redacted]We deeply regret your bad experience with a vendor that occasionally works with us, or used to work with us. We were able to identify the vendor, and we have fired them. They signed a document promising to uphold our image, and this incident proves they did not take that document seriously.Additionally, we have requested that all telephone marketers we are aware of add your phone number, which was provided in the complaint, to their Do Not Call lists. These vendors seldom if ever work with us, but we have some pull and we used it on your behalf. You should notice that you receive fewer unwanted calls. We realize this incident does not put us in a very good light, but if you ever do need financing we will try to make it up to you in that arena, as well. We try very hard to be the best.Every success to you in the New Year!
