I am rejecting this response because: I agreed to the refund of monies offered by the companySince agreeing to there settlement offer, they have not communicated or refunded the money Same old thingCan we escalate this case in any manner, this is just plain terrible business in every wayplease adviseI only agreed to settle because I believed they would actually do a prompt refundThey have done nothing but apologize
