We have a 45-day guarantee on all of our cards but this claim is from more than months agoI would ask for more specifics before moving forward as to what the message received when trying to use the card isChecking on the history of the card there's no reason the card shouldn't workWe ask the customer to make sure they are entering the information correctly, using the gift card number that includes digits and letters
