I have not used the *** *** electronic giftcard & greatly appreciate their willingness to give me the refund I had origingally requested. If they need anything futher to issue the refund please let me know

These were sent on 1/and I apologize that the customer didn't get themPerhaps they went to spam.I just resent them

We paid this a while back and I believe it was resent to the customer againI just resent it once more

What I wrote was that we can accept the return of the *** *** gift card for a full refund if the customer still hasn't used it

I am rejecting this response because: 1.) I sent CardCash ordersIn the first order (***), I had ***, ***, and *** cards valued at $The second order (***) was a *** card valued at $2.) Cardcash rejected the transactions and sent an email indicating that the cards were going to be returnedI only received the larger order (***) backI re-checked the values of the ***, ***, and *** cardsAll of the cards had value except for the *** cards, which were all at a zero balanceThis is probably why Cardcash rejected the transactionsAfter I got them back, I contacted *** and they thought that because I had ordered so many *** cards all at once, that it was fraud, so they canceled themI corrected them and told them that it really was me, so I received new ones laterI never received my second order back from Cardcash (***) for the $*** cardIt was not in the envelope with the other orderThey only sent order *** backI AM STILL MISSING MY *** CARD!!!
