Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they were never able to give a photocopy of the check issued or agreed to send it by fed ex at my expense at my cost they had promised payment in a day or two but finally took almost weeks they should have a clear honest mechanism of sending checks via a trackable service like certified tracking mail or ups or fed ex and provide that details to the customer within days as promised They can charge extra for that and inform the customer I will never again use them or ever tell anyone I know to,use them till honesty and clear deliverables which can be tracked by the customer are implemented Sincerely,Bhagwan Malkani

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive the gift card on 02/13/ I did not receive any response until 02/17/when my bank notified the business that a dispute was filed and the charge to my Visa was reversed I indicated in my emails to Cardpool Support that the gift card was ordered as a gift for someone else & I needed to receive it within the hour guaranteed delivery as stated on their website Because it was not received, I replaced it with another gift card directly from the Merchant Business Website.Sincerely, [redacted]
