Cardpool has NOT refunded any money to my credit card as of today's date 9/22/I called my financial institution today to confirm that factCardpool has also supplied inconsistent responses to Revdex.com and myselfThey stated to Revdex.com that $was refunded on 9/15/(Not true)They stated to me in an email that $was refunded on 9/16/(Not true)The only accurate statement was that I received a $Cardpool gift card, which I have not tried to redeem yet and does not cover my loss due to Cardpool's multiple credit card charges

There are three notices stating that electronic gift cards cannot be returned on our website:
This is an Electronic Gift CardWhat's this? If you click on the "What's this?" link, a window will pop up and say "* We cannot accept returns for electronic gift cards."
At the Checkout page, right before you enter your payment information, a yellow text box appears and says "Your order includes electronic gift cards, which cannot be physically shipped to youThese electronic gift cards will be typically emailed to you within one business dayIn some cases we may ask for additional verification and your order will remain pending until we receive the necessary documentation requestedElectronic gift cards can only be used onlineIf you no longer want them, please remove them from your shopping cart by clicking here."
Before submitting your order, you had to click a box, which says "I understand my order includes electronic gift cards, which cannot be physically shipped to me and cannot be returnedI understand electronic gift cards are emailed within one business day and can only be used onlineIf I no longer want them, I'll remove them by clicking here."

I have

Our records indicate the customer placed a transaction on 01/28/and an Amazon payment was emailed to the customer immediately the same day

My complaint is not that they did not send payment, but that they still have failed to take what they purchased from me, all the while threatening me if something should happen to their property that they would charge my credit card
I insisted that I would not be spending the payment they sent until they had secured their property by one of the two ways they claim to do so on their websiteOne take the funds of my gift card electronically since I gave them all of the information required to do so, or two send me a shipping label to send it to them
I feel as if I am being baited to spend the payment they sent only to have them tell me I was responsible for the gift card I sold them and it was no longer valid even though it could be they themselves who redeemed it because they have all the means to do so
I care not for their payment that was not the issueI want them to complete the transaction and take my gift card so they no longer have a threat over my head to charge my credit cardI want the transaction completed with proof of them accepting my gift card.Sincerely,*** ***
