purchased a warranty with carshield that the sales rep. stated clearly that the policy covers 100 percent of cost of approved repairs. when I contacted the customer service line, that rep stated that the warranty only covers a percent of the kelly blue book value of the car at that time. this completely makes no sense to me. this is clearly a bait and switch operation and the sales reps are willfully misleading prospective customers. when I opted to cancel the account and stop payment immediately, I asked for a conformation letter and email. I was told they don't do that. what legitimate company refuses to send confirmations on any transactions. after requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager ( who by the way never spoke to me because they were too busy} I did get a confirmation email of our conversation and cancelling of my contract/agreement. this company is criminal. they use celebrity endorsements to sell a scam. I think a lawsuit should be file against carshield and every celebrity assotiated with them.
During the initial sales call you were told that this month to month Powertrain Extended Service Contract would pay for covered repairs up to the average retail value of your vehicle. This is also stated on the second page of your service contract, DECLARATION PAGE, "The aggregate limit of liability for each one month contract term of all claims and benefits shall never exceed the NADA Average Retail Value ...of your vehicle".
Your service contract has been cancelled as you requested and one monthly payment is being refunded to you.

I notice that on the Revdex.com their credit was very poorly, so I decided to give them a call and cancel my membership on time. They say please don’t believe everything that is on the Revdex.com. I said how could I not they are more professional then anyone. They basically gave me the rundown and run around said okay your money will be refunded. Now mined you I was on a recorded lined on both end. Now I have a federal bank so if my money is not in my bank by tomorrow it will be a problem because my bank will handle the problem. People don’t trust CARSHIELD NEVER, EVER. They are a rep off.
Your service contract has been cancelled as you requested and you have been refunded your down payment back to your *** Card as of March 13, 2019. *** generally takes 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Extremely poor customer service for a car warranty program. I had my car in the shop from early December until now, it is still not fixed, and this is largely due to the extremely limited customer service available through Carshield and ***, which are the same company. Both myself and my mechanic tried multiple times to contact the company to authorize repairs. The only way you can get repair authorization is by speaking with an adjustor on the phone. This was nearly impossible due to long wait times on hold - an hour or more, and often three or more hours, to try and get a person to speak with. I began documenting calls and wait times since I believed it was unreasonable to expect the customer or shop to dedicate hours and hours per day on hold trying to speak with someone. Once I finally got the adjustor on the phone, the man was rude, condescending, and telling me over and over that I could 'just drop my coverage.' This lead me to believe they were never interested in actually covering any of these repairs, but instead just taking my money every month. I have looked at ***, and the Revdex.com website, and I see many people with the same experience. This company held my vehicle hostage for three months, with no way to get approval for repairs, while collecting my monthly fee, and not providing the services they advertise. I am giving up on this company and facing repairs totaling thousands of dollars because I can no longer stand to deal with the long wait times or the poor attitude of their staff once they are on the phone. I did receive customer service email replies stating that the company was sorry for long wait times, but these did not result in any movement on fixing my vehicle. None of the links on their website work for submitting files, following up on claims, etc. It all says 'coming soon.'
We do apologize for the long hold times you experienced while the claims administrator was repairing and replacing downed phone lines.
We hate to lose you as a customer, but understand your frustration with the recent hold times.
We have cancelled your service contract and refunded you in full. Your down payment will be refunded to your *** ending in 43009. The remaining balance of your refund will be mailed to you. You should receive it within 7-10 business days.
We would love the chance to earn your business again in the future if the need arises for an extended service contract on any of your vehicles.

Greeting,
One of the greatest experiences in the owning a car is, being able to secure a warrantee that will cover unforeseen repairs that you think will be covered. I used the word think because of the issues, difficulties and frustrations that I have been and am presently encountering. I *** purchased a “Powertain Gold” warranty Plan with Car Shield, Obligor to ***, for my 2007 Mercedes CL 550. (Contract number - ***).
Understanding the contract and the logic, when I purchased the warranty, I was told that I could take my car to ANY mechanic of my choosing (also advertised on the CarShield website).
While driving my car on December 15, 2018, it would only move forward at 30 mph. The car would not switch gears and began stalling. Rather than risk additional damage, I had my car towed (at my expense) to ***. Per *** diagnostic (at my expense) “my car needs a new transmission”. I then contacted *** and after being on hold for over 3 hours was advised to email my vehicle service history. I emailed the information as requested from *** and *** both of which service my vehicle. After much frustration going back and forth with extended hold times and with little to no response, *** did not want to deal with ***.
I then had my car towed to Q Auto (at my expense), who also gave me the same diagnostic (at my expense), “my car needs a transmission”. The same thing happened. Repeated calls with extremely long hold times to ***, lack of response and no follow up. After having my car for several weeks Q Auto also decided that they did not want to deal with the unresponsiveness of ***.
I then decided to go ahead and take my car to the dealer. I had my car towed (at my expense) for the third time to ***, where they ran a diagnostic (at my expense) and stated that same thing “my car needs a transmission”.
After having my car towed to three different repair shops one being a dealer paying for diagnostic tests (at my expense) and continuing to contact *** Claims Department, the last person that I spoke with was Byron and he told me that I needed to take my car to ***. As of today, my car is still not repaired, which means, I have been without my car for a total of 87 days and out of pocket for thousands of dollars.
I have repeatedly contacted *** regarding my car repair in the last 3 months, only to be put on hold for hours (I have a phone log that shows the extended wait times) being discounted and placed on hold, still no resolution. Not to mention, my having incurred the expense of having my car towed to three different repair shops. I am severely disappointed with the lack of interest I am receiving regarding this issue. After sales support in a product is extremely important for a customer and is not something I, as a Consumer, wish to be forced to dispute. This incident has left me with a strong, negative brand image of ***, which, is only highlighted by the fact that I don't feel my request is one out of the ordinary. This issue should be included as a minimum when purchasing a Warranty.
I would like for you to know that I really took pride in choosing Car Shield (obligor to ***) as my auto warranty provider. I must say this has been a nightmare. I feel like I have exalted all communications and I am going to take this to the next level. I am escalating this matter as I have stated numerous times over the phone. I am also reporting this matter to the Revdex.com and to Consumer Affairs.
I look forward to hearing from you within the next week.
Sincerely
We contacted the administrator of your Powertrain Service contract, American Auto Shield, and asked them to get in touch with you regarding this matter. They stated that they have contacted you by phone and resolved this matter with you.

I dropped my 2010 Cadillac Escalade off at Germain Cadillac Dealership at 4200 Morse Crossing on Monday 3/4/19 to be inspected and discovered the sway bar that is connected to the suspension system needed to be repaired. I have a warranty with Carshield and both my repair contact *** and myself tried to call CarShield at the number provided to us on my warranty contract and we were on hold for over two hours each time we tried to call in to get assistance. When we did get a representative we would continue to get bounced around and experience longer hold times. After my claim was being started and was advised that repair was covered under the warranty, we tried to get through to an adjuster for two days straight. Each time experiencing long hold times. The first adjuster that took our call informed me he would call my repair guy and he placed me on hold. After being placed on hold for more than 30 minutes they disconnected my call without ever getting back to me. When I called my repair contact *** he advised no one ever called him about the repair claim. I tried calling again and had to be on hold for over an hour before getting in touch with someone. When I was put in contact with another adjuster, I conferenced in my repair contact so him and the adjuster could speak. The adjuster confirmed again the repair was covered under the warranty. He asked my repair contact to email him pictures of the repair that was needed so he could verify and get processed for it to be paid so they could do the work required. The adjuster advised he would get back with my repair contact in less than an hour which never happened. They cannot provide call back numbers to be reached just in case they do not call you back or the call disconnects. Every time we would call we would get the run around or be on hold waiting for someone to get back to us. We never got resolution so it resulted in me paying for the repair out of pocket since I did not get any help as I should have. This company has taken my money every month to pay for the warranty coverage I requested, however when it was time for them to come through and provide the service I am paying for they failed. After I got my vehicle back out of the shop from the dealership I called Carshield on 3/6/19 to cancel the policy because I was very upset and unhappy with the overall very poor and dissatisfying service/experience. I requested a refund for this months payment that was taken out on 3/5/19 and they informed me they could not refund me and they could cancel it but would have to be effective 4/1/19. This is the worst customer service ever. I never want to deal with them again. No one should have to go through what I went though.
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your complaint and help in the resolution of this matter.
We contacted *** on your behalf to check on the disposition of your repair claim. ***, as the administrator/obligor or your service contract, has full authority over claims procedures, approvals and denials.
*** stated that they spoke to you a few times on March 5th and you were transferred to a claims adjuster. The adjuster also spoke to the repair facility on March 5th to obtain their diagnosis of the failed components. You stated that you thought you might have hit a pothole on Sunday, March 3rd and then heard a clunking noise. Also on March 5th, the claim adjuster asked the repair facility to email pictures of the damage to him. Adjuster received photos on March 8th.
*** stated the pictures received showed excessive rust on the sway bar links. There is no coverage when rust is the cause of failure.
If you hit a pothole and this collision caused damage to your vehicle; this may be covered by your auto insurance.
Your service contract has been cancelled as you requested and you will be refunded the last payment you have made.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I wanted to share the first adjuster I spoke to on March 4th placed me advised he would place me on hold and contact my repair guy, however that did not happen. On March 5th the adjuster my repair guy and I finally got to talk to when asked my adjuster to send the pictures he sent them within minutes on Mrach 5th. Not sure why the adjuster did not get them until March 8th also never got back to us to advise that after being informed the repair would be covered it would be denied after they got the pictures. I will be satisfied however to receive the refund of my last payment they are now stating I will receive after cancelling my warranty plan. Can you please advise how I will receive my refund and how soon I shall get it? Will it be deposited back into my account or will I receive a check in the mail?
Sincerely
You will be receiving your refund check by mail, as the card we have on file shows an expiration date of 01/19.
You should be receiving your refund check in 7-10 business days.
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I thought I would be receiving a refund for the 2 policy's I had with the company since I cancelled both of them on March 6th and the money for these policy's were paid for on March 5th due to auto deduction. It would be $77 times 2 for a total of $154.00 however I am being advised the refund will only be for the policy for my 2010 Escalade that had the claim filed but not for the policy for my 2006 Cadillac DTS.
Sincerely
I had Carshield previously but recently signed up with them again 2 months ago. I took my 2005 BMW 525i in to *** to have it diagnosed and they told me it was the transmission. I did not want *** to submit a claim to Carshield because I wanted to get a second opinion. I think they sent the claim anyway. I went to the BMW dealer and they told me it was not the transmission it was a problem with the valve body. I filed a claim with Carshield. They are denying my claim saying it is pre-existing which is not the case. I never once was told this was an issue and it was just found the other day. They never answer the phone when I try to call them, I am always on hold forever. No one ever helps me.
You purchased monthly powertrain coverage for your 2005 BMW with 203,287 miles on it on February 1, 2019. You were told at the time of purchase that there was a 20 day waiting period and that no pre-existing mechanical failures with your vehicle would be covered. This is also outlined in the service contract you received.
You called back into our office 13 days later and asked when the policy would become effective. The representative asked you at that time, on February 14, 2019, if something was wrong with your vehicle. You said yes. The representative let you know that you were still in the 20 day waiting period and this problem would not be covered because it is pre-existing the effective date of coverage.
Your repair facility called in to submit a repair claim on February 21, 2019. The 20th day after you purchased the service contract. Fact remains, your vehicle had a mechanical failure pre-existing the effective date of coverage. The claim was denied as pre-existing.
If you have any further questions regarding claims procedures, please contact the administrator/obligor of your service contract, ***. They will be able to fully address any claims related questions or concerns you may have.

This is false advertising. Had Carshield since November and when I purchased, they made it sound so easy. Well I finally needed to use it. As I need a transmission. Took it to my mechanic and he spent 1 hour on hold and when he finally got through, the customer service rep hung up on him. I tried calling and I talked to two different women because I called twice. They were both rude and they would not refund my money back. It's more of a hassle to have this than not to. I canceled and asked for my money back and they refused to refund me. This is false advertising.
There have been no repair claims submitted to the administrator of your service contract to date.
You purchased a month to month powertrain service contract for your 2005 Grand Caravan. This coverage is pay as you go and renews each month you choose to keep the coverage. We have noted that you called into our office and requested cancellation of your service contract on March 6, 2019. Your contract has been cancelled as you requested and no further payments are due.
This company continues to call my home daily, they are trying to sell an extended warranty I do not want or need. I have asked them to stop calling and they never do, and are now also sending offer by mail.
We show no incoming or outgoing calls to the number you have listed in this complaint from our company. We have no other sister companies.
Often times a consumer is receiving calls from one of the many other marketing companies out there, then receives one of our mailed advertisements and assumes the calls are coming from our company as well. That is not the case.

3 payments from my checking account from *** accounts: $143, $119 and $119. I also sent money order for $95.00 but then I sent it late. I sent it on 1st of February. They said they received it on the 11th of February.
We have collected no money from ***. The down payment made returned and both monthly payments returned due to non sufficient funds. The money order that was sent to ***, the payment processing center, has also been sent back to him.

I signed for coverage with Carshield six months ago. Recently I problem with the car, with the transmission, and they wouldn't cover the repair. I had paid $600 over the last six months. I will be cancelling my account with them. I have tried to call them, and have been on hold for as long as 2.5 hours and then disconnected. They are saying that I didn't have enough maintenance records--they wanted them for 12 months. They told me to have the transmission torn down ($400) and now they won't pay for that either. The dealership is now charging me for storing the car.
We contacted the administrator of your service contract, ***, on your behalf to check on the disposition of your repair claim. *** stated that they requested you submit verifiable service records. They cannot move forward with the claim without service records to verify regularly scheduled maintenance and to verify mileage at or around the purchase date of your service contract.
*** also shows that your vehicle was driven in to the repair facility with the clutches in the 3-4 drum melted and the drum is nearly black from heat showing continued operation. The
3-4 clutches are worn to the point of emulsifying the clutch material.
Please contact *** if you are able to provide verifiable service records. They can be reached at ***

This company advertises how they cover repairs on older cars for a nominal monthly fee. I joined this service in November 2018 and the company withdrew money from my account every month. Recently I turned on my air conditioner and the air was warm. I took the car to the dealership. The mechanics there told me that I needed a new condenser. Since I live in South Carolina and suffer from health conditions I can not ride around in a car, in this humidity, without air. My mechanic was on hold with this company for an hour and a half on Monday March 4. I was on hold with this company on Monday March 4 for two and a half hours at which point I told the mechanic to fix the vehicle. I then called the company back on Tuesday March 5 and I was on hold for an hour and a half and Wednesday March 6 for two hours only to be told that the company does not reimburse without prior authorization.
This is some kind of wonderful scam. They take your money and then when you need to file a claim their adjusters never answer the phone, so that the customers can't get pre authorization. Since the customers can't get pre authorization, but need their vehicle, they fix their cars only to be told by this unscrupulous company that they are not going to pay because the customer didn't get pre authorization. They are a bunch of scoundrels who should be put out of business.
I just wanted to file the complaint and let someone know about this company's practices. If there is a way to recover the monthly premiums I paid that would be great, but I don't expect it.
We apologize for the long hold times during the time frame you have mentioned. Your service contract administrator had problems with their phone lines being damaged due to a storm during that time frame; causing some longer than expected hold times.
Your service contract has cancelled for non payment on 4/12/2019. We will certainly refund all payments you have made into your service contract in a good faith effort to resolve your complaint.

This company is deceitful & extremely misleading. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!!! I purchased a policy from this company and was left with nothing but scripted apologies when all claims were denied, for specific services I was told would be covered. They would not refund any payments that I made & left me with a bill at the mechanics for their assessment & a loaner vehicle. Companies like this should not exist!!! People work hard to produce an income & companies like CarShield should not be allowed to hoodwink them so they can continue to flourish while stealing from a hardworking individual or family!!!
We contacted the administrator of your service contract to obtain information on the repair claim you have referenced. Inspection found the failure of your engine mounts to be long term and pre-existing the effective date of your service contract.
Your service contract has been cancelled as you requested and you have been refunded as a gesture of good will.
Interesting to me that they only addressed the denial of the motor mounts. When I initially inquired about coverage I was informed by the sales representative that coverage was for everything under the hood which included the motor mounts. In true sales form, he reassured me that this was the best policy they had to offer me & the motor mounts would be covered along with several other items that were also denied by Car Shield for coverage.
Furthermore, the representative that I chatted with today, Haley, re refunding what I had paid for this fraudulent policy, informed me that I was not eligible for a refund. I asked to speak with her supervisor to discuss this further, I was placed on hold & was simply told again by Haley that her supervisor had reviewed my account & confirmed that I was not eligible for refund because it was past a certain amount of days. I initiated the cancellation because Car Shield is deceitful. They wouldn’t even email me confirmation of the cancellation.
My one mistake here was not looking into the other reviews that were posted on the Revdex.com regarding Car Shield. They are frauds and every consumer in the market for extended warranty coverage should be made aware of this!
I could choose more than one issue above...
I signed up with Car Shield in October after listening to those wonderful commercials for months, but did not need their assistance until last month (February) when my 'Check Engine' light came on. I needed repairs so my car would pass smog because the registration was due.
I started calling before I even took the car in and could not reach a soul. I stayed on hold forever, then received the message that I could leave my number and not lose my place. Well, I did that 2 different days and never a call back. I then called Customer Service to complain and was transferred to the same number that I had been calling and still no answer! (2 separate times) By this time, I had been trying to reach them for 4 days and the only people I spoke with was Customer Service only to be transferred to lines that were never answered. I probably spent a good 5 hours on hold over the course of 4 days.
By now I had lost hope and patience and opted for a loan through my mechanic. I then began calling just to speak with Customer Service to cancel. The first rep that I spoke with gave me this huge runaround about trying to reach the adjusters due to a snow storm months ago… in Colorado! Really?? And that they’re still trying to get caught up. Whatever… I needed help then, that is what I signed up for. I started calling the next day to cancel with no luck. As soon as they heard that "word" I was transferred again to another line that was never answered.
I need that money back so I can pay this loan within 100 days to avoid interest. $99.00 for 5 months.
Also, I have a very hard time believing most of these reviews…
We do apologize for the trouble with the claims department's long hold times during the time you were calling to submit your repair claim. They did have damaged phone lines during a storm which greatly diminished their working phone lines. They had to have new phone lines installed, which took longer than they would have liked. We certainly understand your frustration and are sorry for those delays.
We are sorry to lose you as a customer and will refund all monies you have paid into your service contract, due to the issues described above. You should receive your full refund within 7-10 business days.
We'd love to earn your business back at a later date, if you are still interested in having an extended service contract for your vehicle going forward.

I had a problem with my vehicle that car shield said was covered under my warranty that I brought in September 2018, so the auto shop proceeded with fixing the problem and now car shield is saying that they are not going to cover the problem after the shop took my vehicle apart. Basically sticking me with the cost. I feel that , it was wrong because I dnt have the money for the cost. I told car shield that I wanted refunded for all my payments that I had made and they told me no..they was no help to me and actually caused me money that I do not have.
The repair facility you used stated that the hoses going to the heater core from under the hood are damaged and cut and the heater core lines are bypassed together. Corrosive coolant has eaten through the heater core. Shop states all of these issues were found during removal of the dash and that another shop has caused this damage.
The administrator of your service contract, American Auto Shield, stated the repair claim was denied due to previous repairs and damage caused by another repair facility. Inspection also showed lack of maintenance and corrosion. If another repair facility caused this damage to occur, they should be responsible for this repair.
As a gesture of good will and in as a good faith effort to resolve your complaint, we will refund the payments you have made into your service contract.

Hello again, I just received a email for Car shield, saying that they are refunding me $79.00. Whereas that is only one payment that I made. I been paying them $79.00 since September 2018. They also said that they would refund me the money that I put in to the contract which would be $395.00 not $79.00. So l do not agree with the decision if they are not refunding my $395.00. So can someone please find out what's going on. Thank you
My mother has dementia and Carshield took advantage of her. She has a brand new car with a dealership warranty. Therefore, she doesn't need a warranty. They talked her into getting another warranty and billed her for it. I called them to explain that she has dementia and gets confused. They said that she will only receive a pro-rated amount back. She has only had the account for 35 days and never used it. They took complete advantage of an elderly woman with dementia!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your mother's service contract has been cancelled and she will be refunded in full.

I have a policy with this company, and had to take my car to the shop for repairs. I called this company and so did the shop manager, we were both left on hold for most of the day. I waited the entire day and still do not have approval for my repair.
We contacted the administrator of your vehicle service contract, ***, on your behalf to check the status of your repair claim. *** stated that a claim was called in for a blown wiper fuse. Fuses are not listed as covered components in the terms of the powertrain service contract you purchased. *** also states that you had requested reimbursement for a tow. I purchase policy with car shield for my car auto warranty. I have had the policy since November. I recently submitted a claim on the vehicle and it after 3 weeks of trying to get the claim resolve they cancel my policy and I was only refunded for 1 month of services(131.00). I never utilize the service prior to now. They cancel the policy saying incorrect miles. But not until now was the issue discovered. Now I am out of 3 month worth of service payments for a service I never serviced.
The administrator of your vehicle service contract voided your contract due to misrepresentation of starting mileage.
All monies you have paid into your service contract are being refunded in full.

I took out an extended warrant for tw,o car with car shield and a few months later when I made a claim they state suspension is not covered and oil leaks are not covered cause it's too close to when the policy was opened. I am looking at perusing a law suit against them for false claims

I am rejecting this response because:This company is a scam and they need to be exposed as a company that cheats clients. I opened two policies for two different cars with them and both were cancelled last week as I do not want to work with a dishonest company. They think just by refunding my money its all ok, I fell for their TV scam and changed from *** with whom I was very happy, the only reason I changed was because these scamsters claimed they were much cheaper and had better coverage. Turns out they will never pay your claim. I was on the phone with them for hours so were the guys from my car repair facility. The reasons they gave for not paying my claim varied from the 101 people you get transferred to on the phone.
Reason 1. You are a new client to car shield and have not been with us long enough for us to pay your claim. My policy was started with them in Dec 2018, my claim was in March 2019.
Reason 2. The struts and ABS are not covered but their policy states suspension is covered but no specific mention about struts or ABS system.
Reason 3. The oil pan had a leak but they state it was a pre existing condition so it's not covered. My car is always maintained by the dealer and if it was a pre existing condition I would have known cause I have all the records of maintenance done on the car plus this is a Mercedes the warning lights would have come on.
This company needs to cover the expenses I incurred if not I will take legal action against them.
Sincerely
When I got to the end of this to post this-it would NOT let me unless I left a STAR Rating and that is why it is there, NOT because they deserve any. If you read the others-most say the same.

I received a letter from Car Shield on Friday, 3-1-2019. "Our records indicate, blah-blah-blan..." well 3-weeks ago, I received a phone call from another Extended Warranty Contract Company, that I thought was the one I had been getting letters in the mail from for the past 6-8 weeks at the time. (There is so many of these and I'm getting TOTALLY Convinced-NOT ONE is any good).
Anyway, the one that called, on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma, after several different people, and I kept telling him-I was stuck at a road closure-I want to research his Company online before I agree to a Contract-they agreed to allow me to cancel up 30-days. Well, they've sent me 3-Contracts and Booklets so far and still don't have the ($) figures in them correct. I called them back 2-27-2019 and said well, if the next one you send me is NOT correct, my next phone call WILL BE TO CANCEL, cause we are getting close to the 30-days deadline. Oh no, it'll be right....
Back to these***when I got there letter 3-1-2019, I red it and thought well, I'll call them-cause I think I'll be cancelling the other one I signed up for. Well, these guys offered a down payment (a couple different amounts throughout the call) and (started like $139./month I said oh hell no, went down to) JUST $79./Month Forever, keep it as long as I like, and cancel anytime I'd like. VERY AGGRESSIVE, won't take no-later-I want to research your company first-I had some Customers waiting to talk to me, I told the Rep I have to take care of these Guys, call me back in 15-minutes-goodbye, he called back IMMEDIATELY. I didn't answer of course and he left a message that those discounted prices he quoted me was only good for "today".
They want ALL the Customers they can get cause:
1. That's why they will let you *** them down to ANY AMOUNT, cause they will only take in
Money n NEVER pay out any.
2. As soon as you need a repair, here's your money back-IF you raise hell for it.
3. The people that don't, FREE Money to them.
4. People that the car gets in an accident and gets Junked, ALL FREE MONEY from the contract.
5. People that trade in/sell their Car-Money to them.
My 8-Year Bumper to Bumper, Extended Warranty I had on my Truck just ran out the end of January. I have had "SO" many of these Companies Contact me, it isn't funny. And the more I research everyone-the more I read the same on EVERYONE! As soon as it's time to pay for a Repair-here is your money back. NONE of them are any good, that I've looked into, and I've looked in to many in the last 2-months. I do not understand WHY-there is NOT LAWS made to stop these kind of Rip offs! ALL the POOR OLD PEOPLE that get sucked into these contracts n don't know how to get out n just get robbed! These ***make Millions Robbing them!
THEY REALLY NEED STOPPED!!!!
DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME READING THEIR LIES WHEN U GET THEM IN THE MAIL-U MAY START TO BELIEVE THEM!
