The only thing I want is the money back for the shipping and tax that they charged me ($28.02).  This was a [redacted]...

[redacted] deal. Once, [redacted] learned Cautivadora was not fulfilling the orders, they credited everyone's money.  So, the only thing outstanding is the $28.02 that Cautivadora charged. I received several emails ranging from "your order has shipped" to "we are negociating a new shipping contract with FedEx" to "we are sorry that [redacted] cancelled your order for the hammock, if you would like your hammock, please pay X and we will ship it to you." But, never did they reply to say they would be crediting the $28.02 charged.  The original email addresses and phone numbers given have been disconnected. Everytime I call I get a recording and leave a message w/o anyone returning the call.

I continue to send emails to Cautivadora and no response...

ever.  I forward the email stating that they shipped my item on December ** and never a response.  Phone number not in service.    I am sure this company is a fraud!  I did contact Social Living which had originally offered the folding hammock through Cautivadora  then stopped dealing with Cautivadora and credited my money through PayPal.  Then Cautivadora contacted me directly and offered the product directly from them but did not accept Visa.  I paid shipping chg (16.01) through money order.  My hammock payment of 49.99 I believe was paid through PayPal and I will contact them also.
Please help to stop this company as they are still offering this item as I have received emails stating so.

Review: I purchased a Living Social deal for a Cautivador foldable travel hammock and used the voucher (#[redacted]) on July [redacted], 2013 (marked as redeemed by merchant on July [redacted], 2013). I received an email confirmation that my purchase was processed on July [redacted], 2013 and shipped August [redacted], 2013. However, when no package arrived after 2 weeks, I sent an inquiry email for the tracking number to see if it had been lost. Below is the response to my inquiry, received August [redacted], 2013.

Dear Living Social Customers,

Please be advised that we are using Federal Express to ship your orders. You will be receiving an e-mail confirmation that comes direct from Federal Express with your tracking number, in addition to an e-mail that comes from Cautivadora noting that your order shipped. The Cautivadora e-mail may not include the tracking information. If for some reason, you do not receive the Federal Express e-mail please contact customer service, at the Living Social Hotline at Cautivadora ###-###-#### and we will be able to provide you with this information.

I had not received an email from Federal Express, but upon trying to reach customer service to resolve the matter (both emails and voicemails), I have had no response. My emails go unanswered. The phone number listed by the customer service representative from the email above is no longer in service. The Cautivadora phone number listed on their website sends all inquiries to voicemail (all options on the animated system lead to unanswered phones and the voicemail system). The Cautivadora website "live support" chat feature lists agents as "offline" and unavailable.

I have purchased a product and paid for shipping, but have not received it. It has been a month from the time Cautivadora sent notification that my product was shipped, and customer service has not responded to this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my product (green foldable travel hammock) without further delay.

Review: This company charged my credit card 3 months ago and since I never received my order (#[redacted]), I cancelled it. However, they have yet to refund me my money despite several emails and phone calls. I would like for this company to refund me my money as they have promised. I have not received anything from them and no longer wish to do business with them.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund the $16.79 they charged my credit card knowing the hammock was never shipped.

Review: I purchased a $59.99 [redacted] voucher for a travel hammock from Cautivadora Ltd on July*, 2013. On July **, 2013, I used the voucher to order the travel hammock from the Cautivadora website (www.cautivadora.com) and paid a $19.49 shipping fee directly to Cautivadora. Due to a dispute between [redacted] and Cautivadora, on September *, 2013 (52 days later) [redacted] cancelled all the travel hammock transactions and refunded my $59.99. After 4 requests made to Cautivadora for a refund of the $19.49 shipping fee and having made clear that at this point I do not wish to purchase a travel hammock, I have not heard back from them, nor has the $19.49 been credited back to me.Desired Settlement: Return of the $19.49 shipping fee paid to them for a subsequently-cancelled order.

Review: I was charged shipping expense for a [redacted] Deal. It was for a travel/foldable hammock that I purchased from Cautivadora using a [redacted] offer. Cautivadora cancelled the order on 9/**/13 and has not refunded my shipping charges. I have tried calling, emailing and the online chat with no success. The phone number now says it is temporarily disconnected. I cannot get a response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $35.40 for the shipping expense I was charged for 2 orders.

Review: I ordered two hammocks July [redacted](paid 3rd party for deal and paid Cautivadora through Paypal for the $46.98 shipping of two separate orders). I had subsequently gotten notice of the cancellation around September 10 but never saw a refund for the shipping. I had tried to go through Paypal to no avail and they had already paid Cautivadora the shipping for a product I never received.

I have tried to contact Cautivadora but their email address does not work, their phone number is disabled and I have no way of contacting them to get my refund. After finally figuring out to check the Revdex.com, I saw other complaints and saw prompt responses from the company.

This is my last resort and I am submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com in hopes of getting a response from Cautivadora that they will be issuing me a full refund for the two shipping charges for two hammocks I never received.

My two order numbers were [redacted]and [redacted] and I had received confirmation of those cancellation orders on November [redacted].Desired Settlement: Full refund of the two $23.49 shipping charges that paypal paid directly to them and paypal directly took money from my bank checking account. Paypal does not need to be involved since they just handled the payment. Cautivadora has my $46.98 and I demand it back!
