Review: Ordered 2 hammocks through a [redacted] deal on July **, 2013. Paid a total of $38.98 for s/h directly to Cautivadora. I understood that it would be 4-6 weeks for processing. Sept *, I emailed and tried to call only to get a voicemail saying they were closed for the holiday (it wasnt a holiday). I got an email from [redacted] stating that the deal had been cancelled and they refunded me for the charges that I paid them. This was the first I had heard of any issues with delivery of the products. I left a voicemail at Cautivadora to call me back. Never got a response. I have emailed 3 times since and called twice leaving voicemails. I have never received a response. I have been trying to get a response to get my shipping charges refunded by Cautivador numerous times now. I suggest this company go out of business. Their customer service is horrible. You can never get anyone to answer the phone or email you back. I just want my $38.98 refunded. I dont see why it is so difficult when [redacted] had no problem doing their part.Desired Settlement: just refund my shippping charges of $38.98

Review: I ordered a living social voucher from this company on July [redacted], 2013. I received an email on July [redacted], 2013 from Cautivadora with the information that it was processing and the shipment was being sent by UPS ground. The email didn't have a tracking number, only the information from their end. After 3 weeks of waiting I called the company to check on the status. When someone picked up, the background was so noisy and distorted that I couldn't hear them and they hung up on me. After 4 more calls they picked up again, and I struggled to understand what the person was saying due to the excessive background noise. The final result was the employee saying that it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It has been six weeks, and still no product. I called during their business hours and all I get is voice mail. I emailed them on their website about a week ago, and no reply. I messaged them on their [redacted] page, and nothing as well. I've been on yelp.com and so many other people are having this exact problem. It's not the wait that is the worst part of this, it's the lack of communication between consumer and business. Today, I called living social and they are processing my refund in 3-5business days. But, I also would like a refund on my $17.70 shipping which Cautivadora charged.Desired Settlement: I would like them to at least call me and tell me what the status is. If they're so backed up they should communicate with their customers that they are having a difficult time to meet the product demands.

Review: I initially purchased the [redacted] deal for the folding green hammock from Cauvitadora. After a few months, I received notificaiton that the deal was off. A few months after that, I was sent an email from online company that they could fulfill the order for the same price, if I wanted to order directly from them. I input my billing info and have waited almost 5 months. NO hammock and no reply to my email. They do not answer phones.Desired Settlement: I would love to get the hammoxk ASAP or I want my money back ASAP.

Review: Using my debit card, On 7/*/13 I ordered a foldable hammock from Cautivadora using a LivingSocial coupon for 59.95; all I needed to pay Cautivadora, if the coupon was honored, was shipping. Received email that my order was processed. Checked bank account and noted that I had been charged 153. 39 (the full normal amount of the hammock plus shipping). I called the Cautivadora customer service several times and could only leave a message. No return calls from Cautivadora. Called LivingSocial and they said they'd contact Cautivadora. Days later, LivingSocial sent me an email telling me to call Cautivadora customer service. Later I received email from Cautivadora stating my order had been cancelled. I checked my bank account, noted the charges from Cautivadora had not been refunded and immediately called Cautivadora customer service number; to date no call back, no hammock and no refundDesired Settlement: I would like Cautivadoraa to immediately refund me the over-charge, accept the LivingSocial coupon and send me the foldable hammock I ordered prior to August **, 2013.

Review: Hello: Cautivadora offered a "Living Social" for a hammock, which I purchased several weeks ago. They charged me for shipping immediately, and then said it shipped fed ex. No tracking number was provided. and then they have yet to deliver. no response. no one answer phone or emails. this place is a scam. get these guys shut down!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on my item, and shipping costs.

Review: I ordered a travel hammock through a [redacted] promotion. I then paid directly shipping charges to the company. Issues came up between merchant and living social etc and I requested my order be cancelled and my shipping refunded. I can't get any response from company since then, nor have I received my money. this company seems very shady

Review: On July [redacted] I purchased a living social deal ($59) for a foldable green hammock. On July [redacted] I went on the site to make the purchase and use my deal and was notified of a $16.00 shipping charge. On 7/* my Amex was charged $27.54 for tax and shipping. I did not receive any acknowledgment of the purchase until an email sent on 7/** which listed my order as "processing." It is now 8/**, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not heard anything back. When calling, I am automatically sent to a "customer service voicemail." When emailing I get an automatic response. I have not gotten any response back from a live human.Desired Settlement: I wish to cancel this order as I do not wish to do business with a company with such poor service. I have also contacted living social to have my deal refunded. I would like the tax and shipping paid to Cautivadora refunded as they have not fulfilled any service at this point.

Review: On 7/**/13, I placed an order through the Cautivadora website for a foldable hammock. I was given order number [redacted]. The site later said the order was shipped a few days later but there was no tracking number given. In the last two weeks, I have sent four emails and left two messages with their customer service contact information. I have heard nothing back. Their customer care phone number goes immediately to voicemail. This experience has been extremely frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I had ordered to be sent immediately along with a tracking number for delivery.

Review: This company emailed me with a couple different shipment sent messages and never sent out the product. It seems that they disagreed with [redacted] and tried to make a deal with each customer through email to sell the same product, but never sent it out when asked for. I do not know what the argument with [redacted] was, but I have asked for my shipping back many times and they have not responded to my desire to get my shipping back. I did not refuse the item as originally ordered. Cautivadora decided not to honor the original order and sell the item directly from them to the customer. I did not feel comfortable with what they were doing. [redacted] put my money back for the item but Cautivadora has not returned my shipping of $23.40. They have never responded to my request to get it back. They refused to send the item as originally requested and now they seem to feel they do not have to return the money and they do not seem to feel they need to respond to my request to receive my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my $23.40 back and them to get a low grade from Revdex.com.org for not my money, refusing to respond appropriately, and not honoring an order. They never answer their phone. Right now I have been on the phone for over a half an hour. There is no way to contact them and get your money back. I have many email requests for my money back and all I have gotten back is an offer to buy the item directly from them. I want my money back and their rating to go down.

Review: As many other people I purchased a travel hammock through a 'Living Social' deal that was offering travel hammocks. I purchased the deal and went to http:/[redacted]/ and finished with my voucher and paying $17 in shipping. (July **, 2013) Then later in July I get an email stating that LS will be refunding our money because the contract didn't go through with Cautivadora. THEN, I get an email from Cautivadora stating they can give us the deal blah blah blah. So, I purchased the deal through them directly, I mean if LS was going to purchase it then it should be ok, right, WRONG. My mistake. Well, there I went. I purchased the hammock at the new deal and paid another $17 for shipping (still had not received the fist shipping cost back) Thinking I would email them and be able to get the first shipping cost back I was ok with it. Well, it is April **, 2014 and still haven't received anything. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response!Desired Settlement: I want my TOTAL purchase price and all shipping returned. This really should become a class action suit and if I had the money to pay for this lawsuit to take place I would do so. This company has stolen money from A LOT of people. Reading online some of the people who went through the same thing as me the company has made thousands!!!!!

Review: I paid for two items (Travel Hammock) as gifts, and the items were never delivered, however my account was debited for the items.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of the money I paid for those two items.

Review: I purchased a Cautivadora voucher for a travel hammock through the deal site Livingsocial. There was an issue between Cautivadora and Livingsocial so the deal was cancelled. Livingsocial refunded the voucher price to my bank account. Cautivadora, on the other hand, had charged my account for shipping before the product was ever shipped. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company regarding a refund of the shipping costs, even when using a "designated" email address that was supposedly set up to address the issue.Desired Settlement: A refund of the shipping cost.

Review: On April **, 2013 I ordered a Mosaic Bird Feeder from the website. On May **, I received a partially shipped message to my email. Another week has passed, so I decided to email the company for a tracking number for the package. I received no response, so I called the company. They had told me that they were having issues with UPS and that UPS had my package. I asked for a tracking number, and they immediately emailed me one, along with an email that my package had shipped. This occurred on May **. I checked the tracking number with UPS today, and also called. UPS said a label has been made for my order, but they have not yet received my package from the seller. I tried calling the company about 12 times today, was put on hold, and then sent to a voicemail. My credit card has been charged the day my order was placed.Desired Settlement: I would like the package to be delivered because it was a Mother's Day gift that is now long overdue. If it cannot be delivered I would like my credit card to be refunded.

It was not the full amount I paid, but I took it over not getting anything. I have since called Cautivadora, left a voicemail and sent them another email but I have received no response.

Review: Confirmation of order 7/*/13 Order processed 7/**/13 Order has never been shipped. Customer service does not return emails or voice mails in a timely manner. Customer service refers to hidden policies regarding shipping. Company charges for shipping but never ships product. Review: I ordered a hammock from this company back in July, via a Living Social coupon; Order number: [redacted] Order Date: 7/*/2013 It is now short of 8 weeks since I ordered and still have not received my purchase. I have been in touch with them twice--the first time I was told orders take 4-6 weeks. The second time I was told that my order was in process. They say that they will send out an email when the order will be sent; I have not received anything as yet. They also informed me that at the time of my purchase, I had to "sign" an acceptance that I had read their policy about how long it may take to receive the product (hammock). That link never worked and so there was no way as a consumer that I could see how long it would take. I have been reading about this company online, and apparently there are quite a few people who are in the same situation--out of $100.00 and no productDesired Settlement: I would like to receive the hammock I ordered. If they send it, I want a tracking number. Again, what I have been reading online is that consumers are told the order has been sent but not tracking order was given and the product never arrived.

I contacted Cautivadora on 8/**/2013 requesting a shipping tracking number and received a message stating the following...

"We have just closed the negotiation with FedEx as a new carrier so we can ship items faster than UPS. We are still integrating the FedEx automated tracking to our system that is

why tracking is not available yet. We are looking forward to have it finished sooner this weekend so we can also provide the tracking numbers of the items that have been shipped.

We appreciate your patience on this. We apologize for the delay. But this big shift that we in Cautivadora has made to change Shipper/Carrier is a great step to deliver items much faster than the old carrier. We only need your patience while we are upgrading and integrating the automated tracking system for FedEx. Also, please always check your spam/junk mail folder for possible tracking number notification that FedEx may have gone ahead."

As of 8/**/2013, I still have not received the hammock. Again, on 8/**/2013, I emailed Cautivadora the following: "I still have not received my Order # [redacted] or a tracking number requested on August [redacted]. Either ship my order or refund my money. I AM GETTING VERY UPSET"

I have never received a response (or hammock) despite numerous attempts to contact Cautivadora via email and phone.

I would like a resolution to my problem...either received the hommack or a refund.

I will never do business with this company again and advise everyone to never do business with this company.Desired Settlement: Cautivadora has the responsibility to answer customer phone calls and/or emails and ship the product the customer has paid for in good faith. I would like an answer as to the status of my order and I would like to receive the product.

On 8/**, I received an email update that the item would be shipped via FedEx and that I would soon receive a separate email with the FedEx tracking number -- and to call the "Living Social Hotline at Cautivadora" if I did not. On 8/**, after not receiving the FedEx tracking info, I called the hotline, but the number has been disconnected. I then left a message in a general Customer Service mailbox on 8/** and sent an urgent email on 8/**, and I have yet to receive any replies.Desired Settlement: I want the item I ordered before the end of the summer season.

However, I had already redeemed my purchase with Cautivadora and had paid $16.00 for shipping. I have been emailing Cautivadora because they offered the hammock at the same price. I was planning on still purchasing it as I had already paid for shipping. However, I have called and emailed many times and have not heard back. When I dial their [redacted] number I am on hold until I finally give up and hang up. I am no longer interested in getting the hammock.
