Review: I placed an order for a Hammock on 7/**/13 with this online company. In the duration from August **, 2013 through today (September **, 2013) I've made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails in regards to the status of my order receiving no response.Desired Settlement: Because this company refuses to be courteous enough to answer my correspondences, I no longer want the product or wish to do any business with them. They are obvious some sort of scam that stole my money.

Review: There was a deal through [redacted] with them for a travel hammock. After about a month, [redacted] emailed me and told me that the deal had been canceled and I was refunded fully.

A couple weeks later I received an email from Cautivadora saying that have an even better deal, so I bought it right before Christmas. They processed my credit card, and I even got an email stating it has shipped, and NOTHING! The shipping email came December **, 2013. I've tried calling several times, and emailing, but no answer and the phone is disconnected!

I've read in [redacted], that a lot of people have had the same experience as I did. This is not right.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund, which is $54.63.

I have attempted contacting the company multiple times, including sending emails to their customer service. Review: I placed an on-line order with this company on Nov. **, 2013 for a travel hammock, after they sent an e-mail to me showing this item on sale for a special price of $39.99. I decided to order it on that day. I placed the order, received an order # [redacted] and waited. I have e-mailed the company at lease 4 times now to see what the status of my order was, and have had NO communication from them. I have tried their "live chat", but no one is ever available, and I left a message there too, but no one has contacted me. They already charged my Visa card on 11-**-13 for $51.14 which includes the shipping charge. I have looked on their website for a customer service phone number (or any phone number) to speak with someone, but I cannot find anything.

I am very frustrated with this company & feel like they are trying to steal my money from me because they cannot even send me an e-mail back to respond to my questions. At this point I would just like to get my money back ($51.14) and never deal with this company again!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

I received an e-mail from the company today stating that my item has been shipped, via UPS ground. I do not want to call this claim resolved until I actually receive my item. Review: [redacted] was running a discount deal on Travel Hammocks, I purchased TWO of these deals in the beginning of July. I immediately visited the website for Cautivadora to make my purchase, I was floored by the $16 charge for shipping (EACH CHAIR). The terms and services you have to agree to states that for deal sites, it will take about 4-6 weeks for delivery. I tried to contact them through out the month of July just to get confirmation on the anticipated ship date, but I never was able to get through, not by phone nor a response on email. August [redacted] I received an email stating my order was processing, I assumed that my chairs were being shipped, since it was within that 4-6 week timeline. Two weeks later I have had yet to receive either one of my orders nor have I been able to get any answers in regards to them. I reached out to the company on their [redacted] page where I received this response... Friday 6:51am Cautivadora We apologize for the inconvenience and that it has taken so long to write back. Your order did not ship yet. Cautivadora has not shipped any hammocks. Cautivadora was not paid for the hammocks by [redacted]. Cautivadora was depending on the money to get products shipped and was to be paid an initial payment a month ago but hasn't received any money. Please do not tell my boss as I will get fired but this is the truth and I feel people should know it is not fair that Cautivadora is being beat up when it is not our fault. We will refund your shipping if you would like. We have been receiving an average of 4000 calls a day and 3000 emails a day due to the hammock deal which sold 14000. Mostly people like you looking for the order. Sorry you could not get through. I immediately proceeded to talk to a represenative on Twitter, who told me that they had just confirmed orders were being shipped. Another represenative emailed me and told me that they were not able to get in contact Cautivadora and that they would be able to issue me a refund for the cost of the deals but in "deal bucks". I've spent $32 in shipping on top of the $98 I spend for the deals.... At this point, there is nothing on the [redacted] site that will interest me any longer. I've dont my research on [redacted], it's no secret that they have had their fair share of financial issues and predictions show that the company will not be around in 2014. I do not plan on accepting any type of deal bucks on their behalf. I suggest [redacted] find a more reputable solution to this problem and try to order something comprable for these customer. The customers should not be the ones having to clean up or trouble shoot this disaster. I'm hoping that enough people file a report so that something is done about this. 14,000 orders that apparently no one has received. If [redacted] never paid Cautivadora then what did they do with our money?Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I purchased by Thursday August [redacted], 2013 and refund on the shipping. If I don't receive them by Thursday August [redacted], 2013 then I would like the products I purchased and a partial refund for the trouble and non existent service and stealing my money.,

Review: I purchased a travel hammock in July of 2013 through a [redacted] Deal, I went to the Cautivadora website and paid the delivery fee. In August I emailed them requesting information on my delivery. In September I received and email from Cautivadora saying they had problems with [redacted] (Not my concern!) and that they would refund my delivery fee. Then I was sent a new email address that would be handling this matter, I emailed them [redacted] requesting my refund. I sent them another email today and get that its not a good email anymore. I tried their customer service number but no answer as usual.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back!

Review: On May [redacted] 2013 I purchased a bird feeder for 20 dls plus 21.40 for shipping the item was never delivered, I have called them on several occasions on the second phone call they promised the order had been shipped but it never arrived. I have given them an opportunity to fix the issue without any luck. I have left messages that never get returnedDesired Settlement: I would definitely like to be refunded for the amount of money paid.

Review: On July *, 2013 I purchased a $59 voucher via [redacted] for a foldable hammock from cautivadora. I redeemed the voucher and paid an additional $24 dollars for shipping of the product (a total of $83). To date, the product has still not arrived although I was sent a shipping notice on approximately August *, 2013 (via usps). I emailed approximately August **, 2013 with no response. A few days later days later I received another email (common, generic to all [redacted] customers) saying all shipments would be via fedex and we should have received a shipment email from fedex with tracking number; I received no such email. The email included a number to call for those customers who had not received a tracking number. I called the number and it was a recording saying it was disconnected. I also called another number from my original purchase slip, this number is intermittently "disconnected for repair" and on other days sends you directly to voicemail which is never returned. In sum, this company took my money for the product as well as shipping, did not deliver, and will not contact me to make amends.Desired Settlement: I would like them to immediately ship the product (expedited) or else refund the cost of the product and shipping ($89).

Review: Same as all others. Originally ordered folding hammock from Cautivadora.com in July 2013 with a Living Social voucher. Did not receive product after a few months, but received email about the LS orders could take up to months to deliver. In September received email saying deal with LS fell through, so they couldn't send out orders, Cautivadora later said it would offer the same hammock and honor same price, but had to do a new order. They gave a phone number (that worked, but I no longer have) and talked to nice girl who took my order. I actually did not get charged the $49.99 for the order (I had already paid for the shipping in July) until ** Nov, but no product, or email since. Order just says 'Processing' on website, but no tracking number. I have sent an email and request on their website to cancel order, but after reading others complaints doubt I will hear anything back from them.Desired Settlement: To get my $49.99 returned to my bank (debit charge). Although I had also paid 15.87 in July for shipping, I would be satisfied to just get the $49.99 back.

Review: I made a purchase with Cautivadora for a hammock through Living Social on 7/**/13. Long story short, many months went by and I never received the hammock. I have emailed Cautivadora numerous times, over 10 times, but no one has ever responded back. And I have called them numerous times, also over 10 times, and left messages (as no one has ever answered when I called), but no one has ever returned my calls. Now when I call the number has been disconnected! It is impossible to contact this company! I can certainly understand now why Living Social decided to cancel the orders with this company! Living Social was having problems with the company and canceled the orders with this company, and sent my money back for the hammock. But they stated that I would have to contact Cautivadora to collect my shipping fees back, as I paid the shipping fess directly to Cautivadora. I have been trying to contact them as they owe me for my shipping fees of $16.50 that I paid for an item that was never shipped to me! I would appreciate someone responding back to me, and helping me get my money back. This has gone on way too long! I made my purchase on 7/**, and still I have not got my money back! As my original complaint stated, I contacted this company well over 10 times by emails, and also well over 10 times by phone calls in which they never answered, so I left messages but they never called me back. They have had their phones disconnected, so no one can contact them. Which I can not understand how they are still running a business without a phone. But if you go to their website you will see that they are indeed still running a business, or should I say that they are still scamming people out of their money! They obviously have no plans to contact me or you. As you know, hundreds of people were scammed by this company, in the same way that I was. Could you please tell me if you were ever able to reach this company for any of those people? And if so, what did the company say in regards to the situation? And did the company finally settle the matter by paying back the money that was owed to those people. Also, when you contacted this company on my behalf, did you try to contact them by phone or by mail? I ask as I am wondering if they even have the same address now, since they disconnected the phone, they may not be at the same address as well in order to elude all of the people that they owe money to. Can you find out if they are still at the address they have listed for their business? Lastly, what can be done if they will not contact the Revdex.com back? I so appreciate your help with this matter!

Review: I ordered four Hammocks from Cautivadora - as they contacted me with a 'holiday special' on Dec. *, 2013. My debit card was charged on Dec *, 2013 for the hammocks and expedited shipping. The items never arrived. I have emailed numerous times with only one response - that was a response that said they were sent via UPS but no date, no tracking number. I called UPS and they said there is no way the items were sent if there was no tracking number included on the email. They 'online customer service chat' site is always offline and the telephone number for Cautivadora is disconnected. I called my bank to report fraudulent activity and it turns out that they have been trying to debit my acct over the month several times, including today. Due to a misplacement of my card - I have a new card so Cautivadora was unable to debit money. However on Dec *, 2013 they debited 206.36. Also, I ordered something from them this summer - two transactions - $145.66 each = $291.32 and those items were not sent either. I did contact Cautivadora and they said it was an issue with '[redacted]' from which I bought those certs for the items. The fact that my bank (BBT) told me that Cautivadora tried debit my acct today and previously - when I NEVER ordered anything from them - and they have not responded to any of my emails - have a disconnected phone - It seems very likely they are fraudulent and need to be reprimanded. The website is [redacted] the phone is [redacted](disconnected) and the address is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the items ordered from them over the past few months - and never received nor have gotten an explanation. That totals - $497.68. Cautivadora also need to be investigated as they have tried to debit my card several times (luckily unsuccessful) for no reason as I haven't order anything from them since Dec *, 2013. If confirmation of this fact is needed, I will have my bank speak to you.So a full refund and full punishment of this company is needed.

Review: I placed an order for a Travel Hammock through this company after purchasing a voucher on [redacted] on July [redacted], 2013. I attempted to redeem the voucher with the company and in doing so was required to pay $16.48 in shipping costs. This amount was charged to my credit card the following day. I received an e-mail about a month later saying the item was shipping but never got any shipping information or the item. I e-mailed them a few times with no response. After a couple of months [redacted] sent me an e-mail saying they would refund the price I paid for the voucher due to issues with the offer and I received the refund soon after. Cautivadora sent an e-mail asking anyone who was still interested in ordering the hammock to e-mail them or call. I was still interested so I did e-mail them and never received an e-mail back. I continued to try to contact them through e-mail numerous times since and have still received no response. Obviously I have since written off ever ordering the item and I just want to receive my shipping back. I have tried to call their customer service line and I have waited on the phone for at least 15 minutes each time before getting fed up with no one answering. I'm at the point where I even wonder if they have any employees in the call center. If required I can provide the e-mails I received and sent in this process.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my $16.48 for shipping costs that they are still in possession of for the shipping of an item I never received and the order was canceled for.

Review: Customer Service will not respond to my multiple voicemails and multiple emails to the phone number and email they gave us to contact them. My issue was a result of a promotion deal that wasn't fulfilled AT NO FAULT OF CAUTIVADORA, but [redacted] Promotions on a technicality of some sort between them. [redacted] PROMPTLY refunded me my purchase price. I had not been refunded the 19.95 shipping I had paid to Cautivadora directly. Cautivadora eventually sent out an email offering to still honor the promotion to the [redacted] customers with an address to send payment, and email and phone number. They made no mention of refunding the shipping fee to those who did not want to re order. I left many many messages and emails stating I would like to re-order the item because it was a birthday present for my son. After relentless attempts and much patience exausted I realize they not only are not responding to my re-order of the item (that they themselves claimed they would honor); but now I just want my 19.99 back. I am reporting that this company and/or their partner "[redacted]" (as stated in their email) are willfully retaining my 19.99 shipping fee with no attempts on their part to refund it ,nor to fulfill their claim that they would allow the [redacted] Promotion customers to re-order if they chose to. This order was placed in July. Cautivadora and [redacted] officially cancelled the promotion in Sept. Cautivadora sent out an official "order cancelled" email in Oct. All the while not answering any of their phone lines (I would hold for HOURS literally!), nor answer any voicemails or emails after months of my attempts to re-order and to then refund my shipping fee.Desired Settlement: Refund my shipping fee for crying out loud!

When completing the purchase through Cautivadora, we were charged an additional $23.40 for shipping. The order ([redacted]) was cancelled by both [redacted] and Cautivadora for unknown reasons. [redacted] refunded our money, however, despite over a dozen phone calls I have been unable to speak to anyone regarding being refunded the shipping costs from Cautivadora. Review: On July [redacted], I ordered a piece of merchandise from this online company. I have yet to receive it. They do not answer the phone. They no longer answer messages or emails. Review: I ordered two "Foldable Hammocks" from Cautivadora through a [redacted] online deal/coupon on July *, 2013. Silly me - I was hoping to be able to use these hammocks this summer! I received an email from Cautivadora on July ** 2013 acknowledging the order. I then received an email on July **, 2013 advising that my order was processing. A couple of weeks later I emailed them to find out the status of my order and I received only a standard "we've received your email" response. No updates, whatsoever. In August, I emailed them again to find out the status of my order and again, I got the standard response, but nothing acknowledging my questions. Towards the end of August, I began calling the company at their ###-###-#### number. That number NEVER makes it to a live employee. No matter which option is chosen, you only get transferred to a voice mail. I actually sat on hold for over 15 minutes at one point to just see if I could get to a human being. No such luck. So, here it is, September *, 2013, and I still haven't received the hammocks, a refund, or contact with a human being.

I am so embarrassed because a couple of my friends ordered these hammocks from this company because I posted on FB about how awesome they looked. Now I feel like a complete it for recommending this shady company with their shady practices. I feel like they have stolen my money and they don't even have the decency to respond to a simple email.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to receive the products that I purchased...immediately. I've been waiting since July and now there's just such a sour taste in my mouth from this company I wonder if I'll even enjoy these hammocks. I would also like, at the VERY LEAST, to have the shipping charges credited ($39.18). Review: In association with a [redacted] Voucher, I paid shipping charges and taxes amount to a total of $27.55 to Cautivadora on 7/**/2013 for a foldable hammock. This amount was charged to my [redacted] on that day. Having not received the product, I e-mailed Cautivadora on August **, 2013 requesting an update, to which I received no response. I called them on August **, 2013 at 9:00 AM and was informed by customer service that no one was there that could help me, but someone would call me back. No call was received. On August ** I wrote to Cautivadora via Facebook and was informed that they would cancel my order and refund me the money. The money has not yet been received. I have filed a complaint with [redacted] about this issue as well. According to the [redacted] website, I am not alone as numerous people are complaining about the same issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the $27.55 that was charged to me by Cautivadora returned promptly as I have neither received the product nor the promised refund.

Review: Since July * , I've been waiting for news about my order of a Hammock, so I can use it during summer days, but apparently they will ship this order on a colder season. 18 days later, I feel like I'm talking to the walls, and got email from your company yesterday 07/**/13 , asking me the order number. It feels that i'm dealing with unprofessionals. . Facts are: 1)my initial request to apply the credit were ignored, 2) my order was canceled without my approval, 3) my refund of $157.53 was not received 18 days later, 4) the second order was never fulfilled, but I was charged again and no answer about where my order is or when it will be shipped, 5) I was promised a follow up about my order and never got back to me, 6) over two weeks after my order was placed, I've received an email from your company asking me to provide the order number , which is a MESS. I found it very difficult to deal with this company and I had to take actions. Also, none of my emails were responded , except on facebook messages, which doesn't work anymore either. ofDesired Settlement: I want to receive full refund for both orders immediately, and because a coupon from living social, another company was used, I want Cautivadora to be fully responsible and reimburse me the value of that coupon, which apparently cannot be refunded. It's been only GRIEF dealing with their customer service for the past 18 days. Please keep an eye on this company, as they failed to fulfill orders as it was false advertised.

Review: I ordered a hammock from Cautivadora two mints ago. They charged me for shipping as well and have not shipped my purchase and refuse to answer my emails.Desired Settlement: I want this outfit shut down. What they did was nothing short of theft. I want the company exposed as the fraud they are and I want to be compensated for my time trying to get a resolution to my purchase.
