Review: I purchased two Living Social on-line coupons (like a Groupon) for a sports themed grill cover for sale by this on-line department store on May **, 2013. The order was confirmed (via email to me) to be in processing on May [redacted]. Approximately three weeks later, I tried contacting the company as I had not yet received my product, nor any information regarding the shipment or a delay in shipment. I quickly discovered their customer service line, and any other options chosen from their phone menu, resulted in the customer being sent to voice mail. I left multiple voice mails and sent an email. In response to my email, I received a response stating they were experiencing heavy volume and to please allow about 72 hours for a customer service representative to respond to my inquiry. The next email I received was two to three days later stating my product had been shipped via UPS. A few days later, now it's about the end of June/beginning of July, I tracked the package. No tracking info on the package. I called UPS and they stated the sender has printed a label to create the tracking number, but they have no record of picking it up. It is not in their system anywhere. I then called Living Social to see what my options were regarding this matter. They tried to contact the company and received the same recorded message/voicemail as did I. Living Social eventually made contact with this company, and I recieved a voice mail from them last week. Unfortunately, I was unavailable to take the call. I called them back, left a VM, and never heard back. Today, July **, 2013, I tried calling again and someone actually answered the phone. I inquired about my order, and she responded by, what clearly appeared to be, reading a prepared response. When I asked her to stop reading and speak to me person to person so I could know if/when I was going to recieve my order, the line was disconnected. Even though I've been able to speak to a real person once in my 15-20 attempts, I still have no idea what has happened to my order and if/when I'll ever receive my order.Desired Settlement: I believe they have a responsibility to explain what the delay has been, why they haven't notified me of the delay, and to deliver the product as promised. I also think they should provide a partial refund or credit for my troubles and their complete lack of customer service and accountability. More importantly, I think they should be held accountable or liable for instituting a viable customer support system. It is virtually nonexistent and consumers are being taken advantage of. This company takes your money, doesn't deliver, and then is impossible to contact or reach for updates and answers. The product looks great and I'd love to have it, but at this point, I have more of an issue with giving this company my business. They don't deserve my hard earned money.

Review: I ordered two hammock's through Cautivadora and Living social July [redacted]. I ordered a blue one and a red on. I have recieved emails letting me know that the order has shipped, however it is now the end of september and I have not received a product. I have called numerous time however I cannot get through. I have emails numerous times as well and cannot get a response back. The most recent email I sent was today 9-**-13 and it bounced back. I would either like my products or I wan my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check sent to my house.

Review: On 7/*/13 I purchased a [redacted] voucher that was redeemable for a Travel Hammock from Cautivadora. In addition to the voucher purchase from [redacted], I would have to pay Cautivadora's shipping costs. On 7/*/13, I submitted my voucher to Cautivadora for the Travel Hammock. Cautivadora immediately charged my credit card for shipping charges in the amount of $17.68. As of today, 9/*/13, I have not received my order. I contacted Cautivadora on numerous occasions without response. This company still continues to sell this product on other deal sites, as well as on their own website, and yet they can't see to fill my order?!Desired Settlement: At this point I no longer want to product. I would like a full refund of the shipping charges, which is $17.68.

Review: Ordered a hammock from this company 2 months ago, and still haven't recieved it. They keep saying it was shipped but they never provide a tracking number. Looked up reviews on [redacted] and there are many people in the same situation. Also saw the same stories on ripoff report. Product price is through living social which I can get refunded. Review: On Dec **, 2013 I ordered an item directly from cautivadora.com and received an order confirmation email. My credit card was charged for the item on Dec **, 2013. I received an email on Dec **, 2013 indicating the order was shipped. No tracking information was provided. I called the company to inquire about tracking information but the phone call was never answered, it kept ringing and ringing with no answer. I emailed customer service 2 times after this requesting shipping information but received no reply. I submitted a Chat request through the website inquiring about the order, requesting a refund. I received no reply. Today, I tried to access cautivadora.com but received a page indicating "Oops! This link appears to be broken."I never received the item I ordered. Review: July 2013 I purchased a folding hammock through Living Social for 49.00 to be shipped by Cautivadora. Then Living Social cancelled their contract with Cautivadora and refunded the money. Than Cautivadora offered the same hammock directly for 49.99 plus S&H. I paid through Pay Pal then had to send a money order to the company for S&H in the amount of $16.01. I received an email that it shipped on December **, never received and sent many emails complaining about not receiving the shipment - no reply - also phone calls - no reply. I believe this company is a fraud as see on a goggle search.Please advise. I continue to send emails to Cautivadora and no response ever. I forward the email stating that they shipped my item on December ** and never a response. Phone number not in service. I am sure this company is a fraud! I did contact Social Living which had originally offered the folding hammock through Cautivadora then stopped dealing with Cautivadora and credited my money through PayPal. Then Cautivadora contacted me directly and offered the product directly from them but did not accept Visa. I paid shipping chg (16.01) through money order. My hammock payment of 49.99 I believe was paid through PayPal and I will contact them also.

Please help to stop this company as they are still offering this item as I have received emails stating so.

Review: I have made several attempts to contact Cautivadora both via e-mail and their stated [redacted] number. I have been informed their [redacted] number is temporarily disabled, which does not surprise me given the number of unanswered customer complaints filed against Cautivadora. I have requested a response from Cautivadora to my e-mails and my order ASAP but they have not acknowledged any of my communication attempts. My experience with Cautivadora has been very poor since the original [redacted] travel hammock deal that was subsequently cancelled. I have made two other attempts to order the travel hammock through their website and have already been charged for the order. I have yet to receive the purchased product from Cautivadora.

I am contacting the Revdex.com of NY to formally document Cautivadora's consistently poor business practices. I doubt Cautivadora will review and respond to my communication attempts since it appears they have not responded to over 130 similar customer complaints filed against them over the past 12 months. Their"F" rating with the Revdex.com is well deserved given their incredibly careless and wreckless performance over the past year, and their complete disregard for their consumers.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is either delivery of the two (2) green travel hammocks I purchased from Cautivadora (and have not yet received) or a full refund for the undelivered items.

Review: I placed an online order with Cautivadora on 7/*/13. On or around 7/**/13, I contacted the company by both phone (calls were NOT returned) and by email. I received an email stating that my order should ship within 4 weeks. On 8/*/13, I received an email stating my order had been shipped via UPS ground. Yesterday, 8/**/13, I received an email stating my order was being shipped via Federal Express and I would be notified when it shipped. I understand Cautivadora had a surge in sales due to their deal through Living Social. However, had I been aware that 6 weeks later I would not have received product, I would have never ordered from Cautivadora. I feel like their customer service support is very poor. I called several times and was unable to reach a person. I was only able to leave a message. I emailed twice, when I stated that I would like to cancel my order if it would not ship soon I finally received a reply.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would just like to have the product I ordered. Review: I placed and order through [redacted] for a portable hammock sold by Cautivador.com.. I purchased the item and was charged 59.00 by [redacted] for a voucher that I applied to the item... The order was place on July *, 2013 at 0914 hrs. As of todays date, I have contacted their customer service approx 8 times and have left messages 7 times... I spoke to a human one time and after explaining my situation to her, she promptly hung up the phone on me. I called back and yep got a voicemail. I called again today 7/**/13 1030hrs and again got a voicemail but this time I could not leave a message because the mailbox is full.... Review: Short Version: Ordered a product that they never shipped. Can't get a hold of anyone to tell me what is going on. Long Version: I ordered a product from them on 7/*/2013 with a living social coupon, on the living social deal it said: ships in 7-10 days. Once that window had passed I contacted their customer service (after many, many failed attempts at phone calls) they told me that with bulk orders, such as living social deals, the products can take 4-6 weeks to process. Really annoying that this happened and I had to dig into their terms and conditions to see if they actually had something in there, but fine... I could have done a bit more research before I bought. After a little while passed and I tried again (after many, many, more calls and emails) I got a hold of customer service and asked to speak to a manager to get expedited shipping, they told me it would cost $70 EXTRA!! But I had bought the deal for my wife for her birthday that had long passed, so I was considering it. The customer service agent put my request in and said that they would contact me, that was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing. I tried again a few times after that, expecting the same difficulty contacting them, and I got what I expected. They told me the exact same thing. Now after, more than 7 weeks have passed and all of my phone calls go straight to voice-mail, I am left wondering where my stuff is and if I basically just got robbed?Desired Settlement: I just want the product or my money back from both living social and the merchant.

THeir phone number listed on the website goes directly to voicemail and there is no way to talk to a live person. Sent an email and received a response within 48 hours indicating:

" It appears here that your order [redacted] placed 7/*/2013 is "processing" which means warehouse already received the order infromation and in the process of shipping the item any time soon....voucher orders take 7-10 business days of order acceptance and another 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I was informed that I had to pay separate shipping ($19.59ea.) and that it could take 6-8 weeks for delivery. It has now been 9+ weeks, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted the Cautivadora customer service several times. The first time - Aug ** I was sent a generic email to all [redacted] customers who had purchased the deal. You will be receiving an e-mail confirmation that comes direct from Federal Express with your tracking number, in addition to an e-mail that comes from Cautivadora noting that your order shipped. Review: We placed an order in May through Cautivadora online and still have not received our Adirondack chairs. We have an email saying they have been shipped on August * and still have yet to receive a tracking number or the chairs. We have tried to call Cautivadora over 6 times in the last few months and have never spoken to a real person or received a return phone call. Our multiple emails have received one response that said that our chairs were sent to the warehouse and would be shipped soon. We were then sent a UPS tracking email, that contained no tracking number. 13 days ago we received another email from Cautivadora saying that the shipping was now going through Federal Express instead of UPS. Review: I purchased a hammock from a Living Social promotion, completed my purchase online with Cautivadora.com. This purchase was completed on July [redacted]. Six weeks later, I am still waiting to receive my purchase. I have tried to contact the company via [redacted], e-mail, and phone and they do not answer. I have read other complaints online and it seems that I am not the only one still waiting for their product. I feel like I have been ripped off and am now out the money on shipping and handling via Cautivadora and the promo code via [redacted]Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a refund of my shipping and handling ($17.68), along with the promo code from LivingSocial ($49.00). Or the product I ordered, along with a discount on the extreme lateness of the shipping and handling. I appreciate any help you can provide me and the rest of the group of people I saw online that are as equally frustrated as I am.

On July *, 2013, I took advantage of an offer through [redacted] for a travel hammock through Cautivadora [redacted]. I ordered two. After several weeks, I had reached out a couple of times to the company and called the company and was informed that the hammocks would be sent within 3-6 weeks.

On 9/**,2013, I received the following email;

We are just as shocked and surprised by this outcome as you are. We will promptly refund shipping to those of you who no longer wish to receive the travel hammock. For those of you who still wish to receive your hammock, we are offering them directly from us on special for $49.99, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. We are closed today, but will be open tomorrow morning. Our customer service team will be open 24 hours a day starting tomorrow for the next few weeks. We also have a special e-mail just for you called [redacted]. That e-mail will be reviewed 24 hours a day. We also have a special extension set up for you which will be active tomorrow morning: ###-###-####, extension *. I then attempted to order the hammocks with this new offer. I received an order confirmation, then received a notification that the items were listed as unpaid (I was not charged anything extra), however, there was no option for me to pay. So I reached out to the company again to place the order. I have attempted to call several times only to hear recordings suggesting the phone is temporarily shut down, and eventually that the phone service had stopped. At one point, one poor gentlemen answered the phone and informed me that he had a new number and was receiving calls all morning from people looking for Cautividora. As I made repeated attempts to re-order the hammocks, I eventually received an email that suggested both of my orders had been canceled on 11/**/13. I immediately reached out to question why and once again received no response to inquiries. I have sent over a dozen emails trying solve the problem and either complete the order or get my money back. This is the email I sent them on 12/*/13. I still have not received a response.

I have even responded once to this email informing me of the unauthorized cancelation and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have attempted calling only to find most recently that your customer service number is not in service. All I have tried to do is complete the purchase for the discounted offer you provided after you cancelled the [redacted] deal, which means, you have some of my money from the original order and I was trying to pay you more money to purchase the hammocks and you have made it impossible! And even with this unauthorized cancelation, I still have not received my refund for what I did already pay. And to add insult to injury, I am now receiving emails from you for the same specal.

I am reaching out to the Revdex.com but I still expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
