Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon to be redeemed for a travel hammock with the above company. I placed the order and sent the check for the shipping as instructed, as there was no way of paying for shipping online on August [redacted]. I waited what I thought to be a long time not receiving anything or for my check to be processed and tried contacting the company online, via phone, and email ... all to no response. I've sent numerous emails with no response and have tried calling with no response, with first attempt on September [redacted]. September [redacted] I received an email from [redacted] stating Cautivador did not hold up there end and was refunded that "coupon". I again tried to cntact Cautivador about my check that is somewhere in there facility to be returned to me, still with NO RESPONSE. I then received an email from Cautivadora on September [redacted], stating that the [redacted] orders were all cancelled and to contact them via a special email or phone in referance to the shipping amount. I again tried to contact them with no response. Yesterday I receive an email referancing an "order" that has already been cancelld by THEIR company, stating they haven't received payment on. I tried emailing them AGAIN yesterday and no response. I just tried to call and no one picks up the phone, you must leave a message. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the horrible customer service. I do not have an order outstanding and do not want to do any business with this company.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate no further emails from this company as well as my check returned as this order was never fulfilled with their agreement with [redacted]. Review: On 7/**/2013, I purchased an [redacted] Voucher for a $49 Foldable Hammock to be redeemed at Cautivadora.com. I completed the purchased on 8/* with Cautivadora Order #[redacted]. When purchasing, I clicked the link to "Pay with Credit Card," provided my shipping information, but was NEVER directed to a screen to provide credit card information. I submitted an email to Cautivadora and was informed that I had to send a Money Order for payment. I submitted [redacted] Money Order #[redacted] in the amount of $22.46, which was cashed by Cautivadora on 8/**. My order still shows "Unpaid" on Cautivadora’s website. Multiple attempts to contact this company via phone (on-hold extensively with no answer), email, Online Chat, and Facebook have resulted in no responses. I am aware that this site has failed to complete orders which were done using a [redacted] voucher. Those [redacted] customers received refunds. On 9/** I received a joint email from [redacted]/Cautivadora stating that all of the orders with deals through [redacted] “are going out.” I still have not received my product, nor have I received a refund.Desired Settlement: Complete the delivery of my paid item, or refund my $22.46 shipping charges from Cautivadora. I will submit a separate complaint for [redacted] to be refunded the $49 voucher purchase, if Cautivadora is unwilling to ship the item to me.

Review: I ordered a hammock through [redacted] on July *,2013. I knew that the processing time may take a few weeks. It said it shipped over a month ago with no delivery. I have called numerous time to talk to them.

The phone is not excepting calls. I have tried online chatting with customer service. "All operators are busy at this time leave a message and we will e-mail you back." I have e-mailed 3 times now. I have not got a response

from Cautivadora. I spoke to [redacted] and they said they will refund the hammock amount but I am still out the $23.40 for shipping. I want my shipping money back since they never shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like my $23.40 back.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for a hammock with Cautivadora. The company send emails stating the product was mailed via UPS and later said it was not sent b/c they were negotiating with Fed Ex. This was long drawn out for a few months. The company did not come through witht he product. I filed a complaint with [redacted] refunded the coupon amount but when we placed our actual order with Cautivadora, we had to pay shipping and handling. Cautivadora said they would be sending a refund. I followed up and found out the email address was disconnected. I have left messages and later found the phone number was disconnected. The refund due is $16.48 shipping and $11.54 Sales Tax for a total of $28.02. I am unsure how to proceed to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the money I paid for shipping and tax for a product that has never been sent. Please advise.

The only thing I want is the money back for the shipping and tax that they charged me ($28.02). This was a [redacted] deal. Once, [redacted] learned Cautivadora was not fulfilling the orders, they credited everyone's money. So, the only thing outstanding is the $28.02 that Cautivadora charged. I received several emails ranging from "your order has shipped" to "we are negociating a new shipping contract with FedEx" to "we are sorry that [redacted] cancelled your order for the hammock, if you would like your hammock, please pay X and we will ship it to you." But, never did they reply to say they would be crediting the $28.02 charged. The original email addresses and phone numbers given have been disconnected. Everytime I call I get a recording and leave a message w/o anyone returning the call.

I don't know what else to do.

Review: On May *, 2013 I placed an order with Cautivadora for a bird feeder. I paid $25 for a [redacted] voucher for the bird feeder and $14.62 for shipping. I have never received the item I ordered, and now am unable to get any response from Cautivadora other than through [redacted] support where they have told me multiple times that they would be shipping the item. They have never provided any tracking information for these shipments and the shipments never arrive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the full amount of $39.62

Review: Cautivadora has failed to refund the money I paid them to ship a travel hammock as part of a Living Social deal. I have tried for months to get the funds returned to me without success.Desired Settlement: I want $27.18 refunded to my credit card.

Review: I ordered merchandise in June 2013, which the company failed to send me. I tried calling (number was disconnected) and emailing, all to no avail. Finally, I received an email nearly 3 months later saying they would cancel my order. I did receive a refund.

Now I cannot get them to stop sending me emails, despite MANY requests via their "Unsubscribe" link in emails, and several emails to their so-called customer service department.

I'm receiving at least an email a day right now!

Please help them honor their required "unsubscribe" policy!Desired Settlement: Get me off their email list, please!

Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal for a travel hammock from this company. Some time after I was charged shipping for the purchase, I received an email from the company stating the deal had been canceled, and I would be refunded the shipping charges put on my credit card when I originally ordered the hammock. I waited some time, and the charges weren't refunded. So I first contacted the company through a specific email account they'd created for that canceled deal. When I received a form response which had nothing to do with my request for refunded shipping charges, I called their customer service number. After leaving two messages with the voicemail (both calls took me to voicemail without being able to speak to a representative), I was never contacted by the company.Desired Settlement: I am a civilian government worker who has been furloughed in the shutdown. While $16.50 doesn't seem like a lot of money, I am in need of it, and would like to see this company refund my credit card that amount.

Review: 2 Separate Problems with Cautivadora:

1. Ordered 2 Travel Hammocks in July 2013 through a [redacted] deal. When [redacted] and Cautivadora decided to part ways, [redacted] refunded my money, but Cautivadora did not refund the shipping for the 2 hammocks (2 charges of $19.42 each, for a total of $38.84).

2. Ordered the same 2 Travel Hammocks as part of a Black Friday deal on 11/**/13. Charged immediately, but the hammocks never arrived (single charge of $109.26). I tried contacting them 3 times via e-mail and their on-line contact form, and several times via phone with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like Cautivadora to return the $148.10 I have been charged.

Review: My main issue is only one of many issues. At the beginning of July, I ordered a Hammock from the Cautivadora website. I have yet to receive the hammock and a delivery notice was sent to me on August *, 2013. It was shipping with UPS, but no tracking number was provided. I waited over a week to see if it would come in and it did not. I've called, emailed, chatted, etc. Nobody answers my calls, no responses to my emails. I've even tried contacting Corporate and Legal. This is a very poor way to run a business and they are clearly avoiding people. I am not the only person that this is happening to...that's the other sad part, this is a regular business practice for them.Desired Settlement: I would at least like a complete refund for my order. Tax, shipping and all. I do not expect anything else from a business like this. I don't foresee this business having the means to provide refunds and more to all of the customers that are in the same position as me. They should try, but unfortunately, they've damaged their reputation beyond repair in my eyes and in others, I'm sure.

Review: On July *, 2013 I ordered a foldable hammock from Cautivadora using a Living Social deal. I understood that under the terms and conditions it "may" take up to 6 weeks for the hammock to be shipped. On July **, 2013, I received an email from Cautivadora showing the my hammock had been shipped via UPS Ground. I called the company on August *, 2013 and August *, 2013 I spoke with "**" who stated that she did not know why the email said it had shipped via UPS when it should be coming Fed-Ex. She was supposed to be checking with a supervisor and getting back to me about the issue. On August *, 2013, I called again and spoke with [redacted] advised me that the email I had received was actually a lie, that my order has actually not been shipped at all and when I asked to speak with a supervisor he refused after arguing the merits of customer service policy with me. I was never allowed to speak with a supervisor. I then sent an email and received the response below on August *, 2013: Hi [redacted], We have just closed the negotiation with FedEx as a new carrier so we can ship items faster than UPS. We are still integrating the FedEx automated tracking to our system that is why tracking is not available yet. We are looking forward to have it finished sooner this weekend so we can also provide the tracking numbers of the items that have been shipped. We appreciate your patience on this. We apologize for the delay. But this big shift that we in Cautivadora has made to change Shipper/Carrier is a great step to deliver items much faster than the old carrier. We only need your patience while we are upgrading and integrating the automated tracking system for FedEx. Also, please always check your spam/junk mail folder for possible tracking number notification that FedEx may have gone ahead. Thank you! Review: I ordered a product (portable folding hammock) on 7/*/2013 was told my order was processing on 7/**/13. I was then told it would be an additional 4-6 weeks to get the product. I was okay with this. But then on 8/*/2013 I was told it had shipped. When I called to get a tracking order they told me that it had not shipped and would should within 3-4 weeks of the processing date (which was 7/**/13) it is now 8 days past this 4 week mark and I have heard nothing from the company. I have left over 7 messages, and 4 emails. They do not answer their phone any more, do not respond via email, and their "on-line" chat never works. I still owed shipping after applying the voucher, but could not include it on [redacted] without paying full amount of original cost of hammock and shipping. I was told to mail a check to their company which was returned as undeliverable two weeks later. Many other people have apparently had this same problem. This company will not respond to emails or phone messages. [redacted] supposedly has a 30 day refund policy. How can I get a refund when I am getting no responses. The second check that I sent for shipping in September just cleared the bank this week. Now I am out of pocket $76.75 with $59.00 for the hammock and $17.75 for shipping. The 59.00 was paid on August *, 2013 and the shipping on 8/** which was sent back (wrong address given?) then sent again on 9/**. I hesitated to send the shipping but since I was already out 59.00 I figured it was worth the gamble. This has been one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced with a company from which I have ordered anything and still very much hope to receive my hammock.

The same day I received an email confirming my purchase and stating that I would received an additional email once my item was shipped.

About 8 days later since I had not received an email from them, I called and spoke to someone on the phone. They stated that my order was

processing and that I would get an email within 10 to 14 business days from the purchase date with a tracking number. On 8/*/13 I received

another email stating that my order was processing but there was no tracking number or a date when my order would be shipped.

I have tried calling back on many different occasions at different times of the day and even left a message for someone to call me back but

no one ever called me back. I sent an email to [redacted] asking about the status of my order on 8/**/13 but have

not gotten a reply so far.

It has now been about 7 weeks since I ordered the item online and there is no email, call or item delivered.

Not being able to speak to someone on the phone and spending so much time trying to talk to someone has been very frustrating and a huge

waste of time. Needless to say, I would never buy from them again.Desired Settlement: I would really like for Cautivadora to ship my item and to send me an email with a tracking number.

Review: On July [redacted], 2013 I purchased a [redacted] Voucher for $49, good for a Travel Hammock sold by Cautivadora.com Later the same day I place the order for the travel Hammock on Cautivadora's web site. I used this voucher and then paid an additional $16 for shipping and handling. After hearing nothing about the status of the order for 2-3 weeks, I phones Cautivadora who told me that it would be 4-6 weeks before the product would ship and they could not provide a shipping date. This information was not communicate to me previously. On August *, 2013, I receive an email from Cautivadora that my order (#[redacted]) I ordered has shipped out to me by UPS Ground. No tracking information was listed in the email I received. After a week, the order had not arrived. So, I contacted Cautivadaora who told me that they have no control when an order will arrive and do not have the tracking information for my order. As of August [redacted], the order still has not arrived. Since that is well past the longest delivery time for UPS Ground in the USA, I have tried contacting Cautivadora multiple times over the last five days. I have been unable to reach anyone on their phone line (goes to voice mail), so I have sent emails and left on line chat messages. They have not responded to any of my inquiries over the past week.Desired Settlement: I would like them to: 1) Provide me with an honest and accurate explanation of what has gone wrong, where the item I ordered is, and that I will received the item within the next two weeks, or 2) Refund the money I spent on this item ($49 [redacted] Voucher and $16 S/H charges)

Review: In July 2013 I purchased two living social deals for a Cautivadora Travel Hammock (one for me and one as a gift). After several weeks I had not received the hammock, so I sent Cautivadora an email. On the [redacted] of September, they sent me an email stating they were having some issues and that the items would ship soon. Approximately a week later I got an email from Living social stating they were having issues with Cautivadora and they were cancelling the deal and reimbursing customers. I got the reimbursement from living social on the very next day, Sept 10th. That same day Cautivadora sent out an email with instructions on how to either reorder the hammock directly from them or to get a reimbursement for the shipping. On September 26th I sent an email to the designated email address asking for a reimburement of my shipping costs ($23.43 each hammock, for a total of $46.86). I got an email back stating I would receive the reimbursement in about 30 days. Now, nearly 5 months after my original purchase I still have not been reimbursed the nearly $50 shipping charges. I've sent a few additional emails, but received no responses.Desired Settlement: I'd like the $46.86 in shipping costs reimbursed!!

Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal, then was charged for shipping. After two months of not receiving item and sending multiple emails, etc. I finally received an email from [redacted] that the deal was cancelled. Then, there was an email sent by Cautivadora (which I am happy to forward - which sounded like a basement scam). I requested numerous times for a refund of the shipping, and to this date I have not received. I am happy to forward all emails and copy of the charge to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like their company investigated, as I believe they are stealing money from people. I would like a refund for the money the company charged my account. Thank you.
