Review: I purchased a deal through [redacted] for a foldable hammock with Cautivadora. [redacted] then gave me a certificate to use at the Cautivadora site. I went onto Cautivadora's site and ordered the hammock on July *, 2013. $17.70 for shipping was charged to my credit card on that date. I allowed 4-6 weeks for delivery and no merchandise was received. I then started to try to contact Cautivadora via email on August [redacted]. I have email, called, used their "live support" and tried some form of contact for 14 days straight. No return calls, emails or concern. No product and no updates.Desired Settlement: I would like my hammock or a refund, please.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for a travel hammock at Cautivadora. I redeemed my coupon and paid an additional sum for shipping with Cautivadora. At this point, I received an e-mail notifying me of my purchase. This was back in July. Beginning in August, I started to contact Cautivadora via e-mail, phone, and Facebook about my order and received no response. On September [redacted], I received notification via e-mail from both Cautivadora and [redacted] that the order had fallen through. [redacted] immediately refunded me the cost for the hammock. Cautivadora stated if they were contacted, they would refund the shipping cost. They even e-mailed a special number to call. I called. I e-mailed. I Facebooked. I received ZERO response. By the end of September, I had chalked it up to a loss; I figured it was my mistake. I received an e-mail today which pushed me over the edge stating they had not received full payment for my purchase. This company will not respond to me in any way shape or form, but they will try to get money from me. They need to be stopped!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the shipping costs for the product I never received.

Review: I buy a hammock through this company through a [redacted] Coupon. The order placed included full price and shipping instead of the agreed amount through [redacted]. I attempted to contact Cautivadora's CS department via phone and they do not answer any of their lines no matter how long I wait. Nor do they answer when you leave a phone message (which they say you can leave at any time you are in queue). Eventually I get a curt email response pointing me to the FAQ that doesn't really explain or answer my question. Weeks later I get emails from [redacted] that the deal has been canceled and they are refunding my money. Three days later I get an email from Cautivadora telling me that because of errors by [redacted] they canceled the agreement with them but would still offer the item to people who had ordered it through [redacted]: "We are sad to inform you that [redacted] has unilaterally canceled the Travel Hammock deal. Due to [redacted]’s failure to meet certain contractual obligations, Cautivadora was unable to ship the hammocks. We were trying for many weeks to resolve this issue with [redacted] so that we could ship the hammocks to you, and expected the issue to be promptly resolved, which delayed our response to you. We are just as shocked and surprised by this outcome as you are. We will promptly refund shipping to those of you who no longer wish to receive the travel hammock. For those of you who still wish to receive your hammock, we are offering them directly from us on special for $49.99, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. We are closed today, but will be open tomorrow morning. Our customer service team will be open 24 hours a day starting tomorrow for the next few weeks. We also have a special e-mail just for you called [redacted]. That e-mail will be reviewed 24 hours a day. We also have a special extension set up for you which will be active tomorrow morning: ###-###-####, extension 9. When I used their site they did not have a link to be able to pay by credit card so I left the order alone. I then received mail that said "order incomplete" and asked me to send check or money order, call them, or send them an email. As before, no response to any of the above systems including trying to call the special line they set up, that goes to a VM.

After spending 20 min in their queue yesterday and sending 2 emails I received notification of cancellation of my order.Desired Settlement: I would like this hammock. I have not seen anything like this before and it would be just the right item for me. I'd like them to keep their agreement, contact me, and have this done in an efficient manner.

Review: I ordered 2 hammocks through [redacted] which I had not recieved after 6 weeks. I tried to contact cautivadora several times by phone and email but no response. As a matter of fact I am holding right now and it has been 30 minutes. Anyway, I finally contacted [redacted] and they refunded my initial purchase for each of the two hammocks. However, that still left the shipping charges that cautivadora charged my credit card that I have yet to recieve. We did recieve one email which tried to keep our business after [redacted] apparantly dropped this company I would assume from lack of delivery. They were trying to get people to still purchase the hammock and giving them an alternate way to purchase. I howerver did not want the hammocks anymore at that point. In the email they said for those that did not renew the order they would promptly return the shipping charges. That email was on September ** but I have yet to recieve my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like two refunds of $19.49 on my credit card within two weeks.

Review: I placed order [redacted] on 7/* after purchasing a [redacted] deal on 7/* for two travel hammocks. I was charged $118.00 from [redacted], then another $176.85 from Cautivadora. I received an email saying the order was processing and have heard nothing more. The [redacted] deal said the hammocks would ship in 3-4 weeks, now several weeks later they have not arrived.

On 8/** I contacted Cautivadora via email after leaving several voicemails that went unanswered. I asked that my order be canceled and the $176.85 be refunded. [redacted] did refund the $118.00, but said I needed to contact Cautivadora to refund their portion.

On 9/**, I received the following email:

On 9/** I was finally able to reach a live person on the number listed above and also received an email that said my order was canceled.

It is now 11/*/13 and I still have not received a refund for the $176.85 I was charged. I have tried calling their customer service number and it says they are closed for Columbus Day (which was last month).

I just want the $176.85 refunded and have made numerous unsuccessful efforts with Cautivadora.Desired Settlement: I would like $176.85 refunded to my [redacted] card ASAP as I never received the travel hammocks and have spent hours trying to contact Cautivadora and resolve the issue.

To add insult to injury, I did receive an unrelated email (perhaps mass email) advertising their Black Friday specials, yet have heard nothing about my order that I have asked be refunded multiple times.

Review: I ordered a hammock through Cautivadora in the beginning of July. I paid for the hammock through [redacted]l and the shipping through Cautivadora. Cautivadora has never shipped the item and when you try to contact them, you can never get through to a person. I have left emails, web messages and voicemails. No one has ever responded and no one has shipped the item.Desired Settlement: I would like Cautivadora to refund me my shipping charges of $21.79.

Review: I placed on order for a glass bird feeder as a gift for my father back on 5/*/13. On 5/**/13 I received an email confirmation that the product had been shipped but it was never fulfilled. The product never arrived and Fedex wasn't able to track it because Cautivadora never fulfilled the order. I attempted to contact customer service by email and phone, however there was no response to emails or calls. I finally posted a message on [redacted] publicly on 6/**/13 and was told in a private message to send an email with my name in the subject line. I finally received reply saying that Fedex had lost some packages and they were resolving it, then it would be shipped out again. I was also told that some customers state their packages weren't received so they can receive extra products. I explained that they have a record of the Fedex shipments and according to Fedex the product had never even been fulfilled for shipment. I was told they were sorry and would contact me when the product was re-shipped. I contacted Cautivadora again on 7/*/13 after not hearing back for 3 weeks. Again they did not respond to any emails or phone messages, but instead I had to publicly address the issue on [redacted] and I received a response that it was in the process of being re-shipped. After several months of countless attempts to contact customer service, being blocked from sending messages on [redacted] and no delivery of the merchandise ordered, I contacted Cautivadora using a friend's [redacted] account and was told the item was in the process of being reshipped. Then Cautivadora blocked my friend's account on [redacted] also so I couldn't contact Cautivadora using her account. After almost 5 months, I still have never received the product that I purchased. Cautivadora was also giving away free times on the [redacted] page that were being shipped and responding to customers about there contests while I wasn't abel to contact Cautivadora or leave messages about an issue with an item I paid for that was never shipped. I have copies of all the correspondence with the sales reps names and dates.Desired Settlement: I would like for the order/product to be delivered and I would also like for Cautivadora's business practices to be investigated.

Review: Placed two orders with a voucher purchased from [redacted] for Grill covers and have not received the items. I have tried emailing them multiple times and calling over and over with no response. These were supposed to be delivered to a family member so they could be picked up. The company made up shipping numbers but never dropped them off or had UPS pick them up which UPS verified. Company attempted to say they were delivered but UPS verified they lied. Called my credit card and they got a hold of them and they finally had someone call and I gave them the new address but still nothing has come. Review: I placed an order using a living social voucher on July *, 2013. I have not received the item and have made multiple attempts to contact customer service for information regarding this order. I have tried calling and online connections and left messages on both but they have not responded (or answered) any of my attempts.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to respond in a timely manner, ship the product in a timely manner and if they are unable to do so, they should refund the money and living social voucher ASAP.

Review: I bought a $57.00 voucher from Eversave website on 8/*/13 to get a traveling hammock from Cautivadora (voucher AB-[redacted]). I ordered the hammock from Cautivadora website ( order # [redacted]) and they requested shipping and handling fee of $15.53, since their website did not have credit card access they told me to mail them a check, so I did. Check was mailed to [redacted]. I called several times, nobody answers the phone. I've e-mails sevral times and once got a response, about the S&H fee only. I have not received the product and their phone (###-###-####) is disconnected. I contacted [redacted] to see if they will return the $57 to my charge card but I haven't heard back yet. I am also calling my bank to see if they can put a stop payment on the check of $15.53 since it hasn't cleared as of yesterday.Desired Settlement: Full refund of monies sent to [redacted] and refund of monies sent to Cautivadora. I saw in [redacted] that several other people have made complaints about this company. They were still advertising this product on their website as of Black Friday.

Review: I ordered two travel foldable hammocks from Cautivadora, using [redacted] vouchers for part of the payment. There was extra charges for shipping that weren't previously disclosed, and I ended up paying quite a bit out of pocket. In any case, it took weeks to get a "processing" status from the company, and then silence. Finally I contacted the business, who stated the wrong order date for me, offered me a "cut in line" to ship sooner for more money, and told me shipping would be 4-6 weeks from when I ordered. Four to 6 weeks came and passed, I contacted the company to no avail on two more occasions. I gave up trying to contact them and disputed the charges with my bank. No hammocks, and plenty of money out of pocket. I believe this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want this company out of business. They lie and fabricate stories, offer to let you spend more money, and you never see anything.

My credit card was charged immediately. On August *, 2013 I received notification via e-mail that my orders had been shipped via UPS-Ground. One week passed and no delivery made. Contacted Cautivadora's Customer Service for a tracking number. Was told that I'd have to contact Federal Express for the number, even though it states that it was shipped via UPS-Ground. Two weeks passed and still no delivery. Now I'm unable to get a hold of Cautivadora's Customer Service and they're not responding to e-mails. Now three weeks have gone by since they supposedly shipped my orders and I'm still unable to get a hold of Cautivadora. If you do an internet search, you'll find multiple complaints on this same issue. Today Living Social made a full refund (minus shipping) for the purchase price of the coupons.Desired Settlement: An immediate full refund of $38.84 (19.42 x 2) back to my credit card.

I heard nothing until 9/**/13 advising that this deal was canceled through [redacted] and would be honored through Cautivador directly. They provided an email and phone # to call. I have since emailed them on 9/**/13 and called both on 9/**/13 and today, 10/*/13, with no response or offer of resolution. At this point, I'd just prefer my money back for the voucher and additional paid for shipping that never occurred.Desired Settlement: Refund for the purchase of the Vouchers, $118 and shipping, $21.87 x 2; total $161.74.

Review: I cancelled an order before it was shipped, yet was charged a shipping cost even though item was not shipped. Multiple email complaints got nowhere. It's now over 3 months since I placed and cancelled the order and still no refund was received. I've been getting all kinds of email from them, first that the item has been shipped (it hasn't), then that the order was cancelled (3 months after the fact) and several "bear with us" letters from customer service, none of which solved the problem.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my Paypal account.

Review: I ordered a travel hammock from Cautivadora on the phone with one of their customer representatives. They assured me that the shipment should be delivered within 3 days of the purchase. I reeived an email from them that the purchase was made and order details however, I have not ever received a shipping email from them as promised, nor my merchandise. Their suppoused 24/7 customer service email as well as their special phone line that they had set up for this particular deal ( travel hammock) goes to their "voicemail" and can never be reached nor do they respond. If you can address them with this issue as I either want my merchandise that I paid for or the money returned immediately, it would be more than appreciated. They need to have legal action taken upon them.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my travel hammock delivered to me or have my full refund given back to me immediately.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I have not received any contact from the "business" Cautivadora since you tried contacting them.

Review: On 7/**/13 I purchased 2 vouchers through [redacted] for 2 portable hammocks at $59 each ($118 total). The deal was that you would purchase the vouchers through [redacted] and once you received your voucher/coupon number you would then go to Cautivadora.com and use the voucher/s to order the items (that were already paid for to [redacted]). So basically, I would just need to pay for the shipping and handling of the items. When I went to Cautivadora.com and entered my order and voucher/coupon information I was charged a total of $293.50 ($129.99 for each of the 2 items plus $33.52 for shipping) They then gave me a credit of $129.99 as the credit for the [redacted] voucher. So the total that was charged to my Credit/Debit card ended up being $163.51. I quickly tried to contact Cautivadora.com via the phone number that they provide in their website but was not successful in speaking with anyone. After various attempts to contact them via phone I finally sent them an email through their website customer service informing them that I was charged in error and that I already had paid [redacted] for the vouchers so I should have only been charged the shipping. Cautivadora.com responded by email stating that only one voucher was used when I entered my order and that they will cancel the order so that I can re-enter the order (each item as in individual order) so that I would receive the correct charge. They also stated that the cancelation of the order would only take 1 to 3 days to go through. I waited until 8/*/13 and sent them another email (still no luck using the phone number they provide) informing them that the cancellation still has not gone through and to please expedite so that I can re-enter my order. I received an answer via email stating that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they would expedite the cancellation request. I waited a few days and still no cancellation. I sent another email (still no luck in speaking with anyone on the phone) on 8/**/13 instructing them to cancel my order. No word as of yet and I still see my order showing in process and no cancellation. I also contacted [redacted] (as they are the company I originally bought the vouchers from and they keep referring me back to Cautivadora.com and have been no help at all. So in short, these two companies have taken/stolen from me ([redacted] - $59 and Cautivadora.com - $163.51 a total of $222.51) and no product has been shipped or the order cancelled which is what I've been trying to do as I no longer want the product or do business with either of these 2 companies.Desired Settlement: I would like my order completely canceled and a full re-imbursement on the product as well as the shipping and handleng that was charged as well.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] voucher for use on the Cautivadora website for (1) adirondack chair. The voucher was purchased in May 2013. The same day the voucher was purchased through [redacted], I used the voucher and ordered the adirondack chair through www.cautivadora.com. I had to pay an additional $61.11 for shipping, directly to Cautivadora. It is now Sept 2013 and I haven't received the adirondack chair. Tried calling the company directly through two numbers provided. One number is disconnected, the other number goes directly to voicemail. I have emailed the company through their customer service website twice to inquire on delivery. The only response I've received is "we are looking into it". I've already contacted [redacted] and received a refund on the voucher since the product was never received. I am filing a complaint through the Revdex.com to receive a refund on the shipping costs for an item that was never sent and thus never received. This company is running a scam.Desired Settlement: I want Cautivadora to refund to me via cash or credit the shipping cost that was charged on my credit card for an item I have not received.

Review: I placed an order with Cautivadora online for 2 travel hammocks and the invoice totaled $103.18 including shipping. The order was placed on 12/**/2013, I still have not received my order (today is 3/**/2014) and I have sent them numerous emails and left numerous voicemails and they have not responded. They have also since taken down their website which leads me to believe that the company went out of business. They basically stole $103.18 from me because that money was charged to my credit card and they have never delivered any products...Desired Settlement: I would like them to reimburse me for the total charged to my credit card $103.18.
