Tried to change my address online and clicked on a link of what I thought was USPS and from there I was redirected to a different website that was a third party website. They had no information of a $79.95 charge and said I was only to be charged $1.05. I tried to contact them through vie email and call of there customer service and have not heard anything back nor got ahold of anyone when I have called.

I was looking up to change my address and which usually charges me $1.05 to change my address. So the first thing that comes up is this falsely fake advertising called addresschangeforms.org. So I'm thinking it was as change of address I pressed it. And to find out on my bank account statement that I was charged 79.95. And this was back on May 10,2020 and we are now on the 13th of June and still nothing. After I just spoke to them like a week ago. And I still can't receive my refund back. I am a disabled person who is just trying to get by. Just to get screwed over and taken advantage of as well.. Can someone please help me out with this matter.

I used change my address to change my address and was informed that I would be charged $1.05 for doing so online, however, ChangeMyAddress charged me $79.95 without my consent and without warning. The money has been withdrawn from my bank account.

Sleazy operation. I realized it as such as I was filling in my CC information. My CC was denied, yet they then hit my account twice trying to get the 79.95. Thank God my bank recognized it as a scam and blocked the withdrawal.

Run away from this company.

Tried to charge me 79.95 not 1.50 to verify my identity. My credit card company flagged the charge & declined it. I didn't realize I wasn't on the UPSP site. It was the email from my credit card that showed me the actual fee. Very deceptive.

Total scam. I was charged 80 dollars for their “movers package”. No price was stated on the site and the layout is deliberately designed to visually look similar to the USPS change of address form site. I didn’t know about the charge until I checked my account to confirm what I thought was going to be a dollar from ***. Instead I found a much larger charge pending. I called their customer service and she was patient and reportedly said she’s dropping the price down to $9.95. I’ll be awaiting the statements to back this up. Either way, they are deceptive in their search results and website design with the clear intention of making a profit off of people in the midst of moving.

This malicious website pops up as the first ad for a change of address. After not being able to see a purchase amount clearly on multiple screens, I was charged 79.95 for a change of address. They claim to have a money back guarantee within 30 days, but their customer service department is impossible to reach. If you could please get back to me for my refund please do.

They tried to charge me $80 to change my mailing address - but they didn't say how much it would cost anywhere leading up to the transaction. Clearly a well put-together scam. Good try aes!

I searched online for the *** address change form, and this website was the first link. I filled the form out, thinking I was using the *** site, which charges $1.05 for an address change. Just checked my account and I was charged $79.95. At no point did I agree to this price, or was I even made aware of it.

I thought I was changing my address through the *** , and later realized I was charged $79.95 to do so after being directed to this 3rd party website. Nowhere was this price listed and I assumed I was going to be charged the usual $1 or whatever it is from ***. When you call the number for support, you only get an automated response that begins asking for personal information.

I was attempting to change my address online and was charged 79.95. When does it cost 79.95 to do an address change. I have attempted to stop payment with my bank and nothing has occurred to resolve the issue yet. I've tried to call and only get an answering machine. I feel completely robbed. This was a waste of money that I had not intended to spend especially when the economy is in such crisis!!! I want a refund!

I was directed to a 3rd party address change service site, and was charged $59.95 although they only mentioned a $1.05 fee for the service. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no response.

I was attempting to change my address online and was charged 79.95. When does it cost 79.95 to do an address change. I have attempted to stop payment with my bank and nothing has occurred to resolve the issue yet. I still ended up going to the post office to do an official change of address, this was a waste of money that I had not intended to spend anyway especially when the economy is in such crisis

I thought I was proceeding through *** as I intended but yours was the first that appeared. I proceeded and was charged 80 dollars for this service that should have cost 1 dollar. I am in the same boat as everyone else. I thought I was filing a change of address with the ***, but somehow ended up on this website. I was charged $44.50 and I would like a refund.

I don't recall ever reading how much the service would cost me, if it was in there, it's in fine print somewhere. The amount being charged is ridiculous when the *** does it for one dollar.

I went online to change my address through *** and somehow ended up on this website not realizing it wasn't the same. I entered my credit card information to pay the $1 fee. Today (2 days later) I receive an email from *** stating that I didn't complete my change of address and gave me a link to the website so I check my account and find a charge for addresschange*** $79.95. I DID NOT authorize this charge. Even the email confirmation I received stated NOTHING about a $79.95 charge.

I was charge $80 for a change of address. Being this my first time moving I saw that *** only charges $1.50. I was looking for a way to do it online and this was the first to come up instead of the actual site. After doing research I saw they were not really legit.
