Didn't offer a way to see price and was first google result when searching "*** change adress." I thought it would only be one dollar. I didn't sign up for any other services so they did nothing. I am not going to pay $80 dollars for a $1 service. I thought it was the offical *** website. And also your price was not clearly marked you are preying on the less tech savy people. The website is misleading, disclosing only in the fine print that they are not associated with the ***, and that they charge $79.95 for their services, and not the standard $1.50 like the ***. Their helpline is infuriating and it's impossible to get a hold of customer support to get a refund. This is clearly a scam designed to take advantage of people.

This company is the first AD link that pops up on *** when searching "change address". I did not realize until submitting the application that this was not a company affiliated nor a part of ***. I found the reviews on Revdex.com about this company, and am now highly concerned I will be getting charged above and beyond the *** charge of $1 (the major complaint is $80 fees!!), and I am also highly concerned that an external business now has my information including address and card. I attempted to contact the company, but their system is impossible to get through, as the BOT could not understand my name, nor would let me speak to a representative when prompted. Their follow-up text line is nonsense and unhelpful. I put in an email complaint, but am expecting to not get a response, judging by the Revdex.com complaints and my experience so far. Highly shady company in it for the money of busy, distracted people just trying to change their address to receive their mail. An impressive scam!

This company advertises like they’re the legitimate ***. Upon searching things like “Change a dress online” or “change my mailing address”, this company’s site is the first to pop up. They are very misleading, looking like the actual *** site which only charges $1.05, but instead, they charged my card $80. I called customer service and was told I would be able to speak to a live representative, but it was an automated phone call the whole time. The only three options they had when calling their “customer support” was to ask about a charge on the card, dispute a charge on the card, or cancel the order. I of course tried to talk to a live rep and never got to, but was still informed that half of not my full order would be cancelled and returned. The money never returned I to my bank account.

I moved recently and needed to change my address. I thought the website was legitimately connected to the ***. Further, the site told me it would only charge $1.50. Later I found a charge for $59.95. I want an immediate refund and an investigation into their fraudulent business practices. This company is scamming thousands of people and should be shut down immediately.

I submitted a change of address for $1.05 and was charged $79.95. I tried to contact them via e-mail but I would get to the end and it wouldn’t submit my message. Then I tried calling and it said the wait time was an hour or more and I don’t have that kind of time right now to sit on my phone for an hour. So I e-mailed postal one to try and have it redirected that way and they must not have even read my e-mail because they gave me the same website portal that wasn’t working and phone number that has a hour or more hold time. This site most definitely false advertised. At no point did it mention how much they were going to charge to change my address. I was told it was $1.05 to change my address. This site popped up first, says it's verified by ***, so I went ahead and filled everything out just to get hit with a $60 fee. The charge fee also isn't listed anywhere! Then I go to contact them and there's no contact information whatsoever. The confirmation they send you doesn't have contact information either. I want my money back!!

When attempting to change my address with *** this is the website that I was directed to through a google search. I have done so in the past and only cost one dollar. I was charged 80 dollars for this and recommend everyone ensure they are on the ***.gov website. This site is a scam and to attempt getting a refund it is all automated and hung up on me. I used change my address not fully reading their site. After I was billed 79.95 I realized my mistake and tried to cancel transaction (within 5 minutes of original transaction). No one answers phone. Not cannot understand issue and never transfers you to a live operator. This is a scam

I went to do an address change and was told on the billing page that I would be charged $1.00 immediately for changing my address using their services. Exactly one week later, I noticed a charge on my bank account for $79.95 from this place. This site is a scam. No where on site is there a price for services. Did not know there was a cost of 79.95 to change an address. This is not an official *** site and is not affiliated with the ***. I called to dispute and guy over the phone offered to give me 50% of my money back until I demanded my full payment back.
