Absolutely a scam.
It looks like the *** website and also has obviously paid for search engine optimization services as it is at the top of any change of address *** search. I entered my info and then, only too late, realized that it didn't seem right. I checked my online banking services and found a charge for $79! A quick *** search revealed the business to be a scam. I called customer service and asked for the transaction to be voided. Initially, I was told that the services had already been rendered so I could only get half of it refunded but still keep the services. I said I didn't want the services but rather a full refund. Then I was told that I could get a $70 refund and still retain services for a one-time charge of $9.95. I again said I wanted a refund. I was then told that I could keep the services for a charge of $1.95. I said I wanted a refund. Finally, I was told that the whole transaction would be voided. I have received email confirmation stating that the whole transaction has been voided. We shall see if that actually happens. And we shall see if any other fraudulent charges crop up later.
Definitely a scam.

This is an absolute scam! 0 stars should be an option. The exact same thing happened to me as everyone else, that's clearly their business plan. I don't understand how they haven't been shut down yet. I think I'm going to have to cancel my credit card in order to have the REOCCURRING charge to stop... They say they have nothing to do with this service that charges you monthly (even though they say on their site they offer it), but then wouldn't they be STEALING your credit card number and giving it to another company?

Absolute scam. The website will attempt to charge you $79.95 and it suggests that it's linked to the post office. They don't tell you how much you will be charged before you enter your card information either. The only reason I found out was because my card was declined (thank goodness) by my card company and they sent me a notification. The post office will charge you $1.05 to check your identity in order to transfer mail services. It DOES NOT cost almost $80 to change your mailing address. This website/company is a dishonest disgrace and should be forced to close!

Company is a 100% SCAM!! They some how appear to be linked to the Post Office and when you change your address they try and charge you $79 for a free service through the post office. No where on the website does it say the amount it will charge, it never gets approval to charge you anything, and they even send a receipt with confirmation # of order but again no charge amount shown. Luckily my bank fraud department caught it and didn't approved the charge so got it canceled but I reported them as a scam to Revdex.com not sure how they can legally charge you with out approval of amount, or even disclosing the amount.

This is a lie. No where did it state the $79 fee during the process and it does not require an accept click to charge the card w amount shown. You don’t know the amount until it hits your bank, not even the receipt email sent shows the charge amount. You are stealing from people and your reviews on line reflect my experience happens over and over to multiple people. Nice try but you are a scam for $79 for a free service. The post office does charge a tiny fee so that is what most people assume the credit card information is for but your site never states the charge fee amount OR requires an “I accept the fee if $79” button anywhere. My original complaint is valid and supported by multiple other reviews. Your company rips people off for a free service and you take advantage of seniors and others who aren’t aware of this or don’t know how to cancel a charge once realize they have been scammed.

This site is awful! I thought I was going through the *** site because the difference between the real site and this site it .com vs .org. They charged my card 79.95 without ever telling me of the price.
When I called to get a refund Bob gave me the run around trying to explain the fee as being apart of their new movers package. My finace took over and tried to get the refund from them. Bob was one of the most rude customer service people we have ever interacted with. He was talking over my fiance and yelling at him daring him to turn them in. He offered A 50% refund before hanging up on us.
We called back and talked to another person and had to ask multiple times for the full refund back. They eventually agreed even though the website says 100% refund within 30 days. Were waiting now to see if the refund goes through and I will be talking to my bank about watching out for future charges from them.
Do not get tricked by them!! Avoid this site at all costs!!

My wife placed a order and checked her bank account and was charged $79.95. I called and asked to cancel the order after realizing it was a complete rip off. The lady over the phone said she would give me 50% off the original order I said no thank you cancel the order. She again claimed to give me a great deal of $9.95. I declined and asked for a full refund. She denied my refund and said she would refund everything but $1.95 because the $1.95 was the amount used to change my address and the company would not refund the $1.95. Complete and total scam. I had to cancel my card and have my bank send a new one for my wife. Please stay away from this scam.

I was told by your company over the phone that you could not provide a full refund for my request. I am sure you record your phone calls for training purposes, so review the call and listen to the customer service representative deny me a full refund because of company policy. I had to cancel my card and order a new one.

I am now a victim of theft. Yes theft. I had no clue they would keep charging my card. Now I have a negative balance and they will not give me my money back. Do they even actually change your address? I called customer service the lady talked over me and would not listen. Who has to pay a large amount of money just to change an address.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They charged me $79.99 without putting it clearly out in the open and then refused to refund all of it, only $70 of it. This place is a scam to take your money.

I was completely unaware that this service was charging me $79.95 to change my address. I was under the impression that I was at the *** website. Everything looked legitimate and I didn't think to question the transaction until my bank made me aware of the suspicious charge.
When I called to ask for a refund, they tried to convince me to keep their services at 1/2 off. I declined. They then said they'd refund all but $1.99. I declined and they finally gave me a full refund.
They admit that they are a 3rd party service and gave me a list of things they claim to do for the $79.95 fee--none of which I needed.
Very deceptive site. Beware!!!!

This is awful and extremely predatory to new movers or the like. I blame myself for thinking this was the *** website which is my mistake.
They will charge you 80$!!!!!! for an address change and a bunch of other stupid services.
Lucky chase messaged me about it and let me know something was off, they asked if I paid 79$ for "Counseling services" to which I thought someone had stolen my card # or something. But I looked and saw it was them!!
They put tiny print saying the price which I didn't see neither did they mention the price when buying which I should have seen as odd.
I immediately called their customer service number and requested a complete refund. Very shady business. They try to give you a 50% refund at first but I kept insisting that I wanted to have a 100% refund until finally I got them to the 1.05 for the address change but wanted a complete refund.
I got the refund but buyer beware. And dont let them push you to just a 50% refund, its so predatory, I cant believe this thing actually legally exists. Just awful.

I went to the postal service website to change my address for a dollar. I don't know how this company did it, but they managed to get a pop up or something from the government website taking you to their website. You put in your credit card info that you have done every time you moved, except this time you find out you're charged 79.95. Obviously the first thing I did was call my bank to report fraud, who would send me a new bank card. The second thing I did was call this company to give them a piece of my mind, but they didn't answer (it was the weekend). Monday rolls around and I was asleep with my kids (it was 7am). I recieved 3 calls back to back from a West Virginia number. After talking to him, he offers to refund me 50%. I inform him I've reported them to my bank. Then he offers to refund everything, except the dollar they spent to change my address with the post office. Anyways just want to give everyone a warning to be careful with these scam artists. They call themselves a business, but it's a scam. All of the services they offer you can do yourself for free, aside from changing your address with the real postal service for dollar.

I was informed that it would cost $1.95 to change my address. Checked my bank statement & they charged me $79.95. Called and they said they’d refund me $78.00, but keep $1.95 for the change of address. I agreed. Then they charged me ANOTHER $1.95. Also they said it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund and it has been 10 days...no refund.

This website is a complete scam. Their use of a .org website is completely misleading. I went through their entire process without realizing they are a private company. At the end it asked for payment info, believing I’d be paying the standard $1.00 (as it wasn’t clearly listed otherwise) I filled out my information.

The next day I discovered a $79.95 charge in my account. When I called, I was chastised for not allowing the women to go through her entire sales pitch to me. Each thing she listed they do, can be done for free on your own.

First she said she could give me a 50% refund. When I refused, she offered to lower it to $9.99. When I pointed out that the drastic drop is proof this is a racket, she hid behind their Revdex.com status to prove they are not and then offered me the service for $1.95. Finally she agreed to offer me a complete refund.

This site uses deceptive tactics to charge insane prices which are clearly not based on the cost of services rendered.

Looks like *** site.
Is NOT *** site.
Charges $79.95.
Their "new mover services" don't mean anything. You can place your own number on the national do not call registry for FREE so don't even reply telling me you were doing me a favor.
This is a scam through and through.
The only thing I will say is that my card was fully refunded immediately when I requested a full refund and they "cancelled my account" however I will be CLOSELY watching my card for future fraudulent charges.

I went online to change my address, as I have done routinely for seven years. Usually I get the *** website and Get charged one dollar for the service. The first website that popped up was https://***.org/index.html that made it seem as though they were affiliated with ***. I was greeted on the website with 'Address Change ***. I thought this website is *** I put in my information and when it asked for my credit card information, I thought it was the *** $1 for a change of address. I received an email that looked similar to past *** emails. My bank card alerted me to the $39.50 charge on my account. I felt scammed and immediately contacted them to cancel the service and asked for a refund. They cancelled their service but did not cancel the *** forward, which I had mistakenly marked as permanent. Nobody can fix it. They washed their hands of it. My primary PO can't fix it, my local PO can't fix it, I can't fix it with my confirmation code and *** Customer Service can't fix it. I finally was told after my fifth inquiry to get a PS 3546 form. I sent it in today. Hope it works.

I believe this is a totally deceptive practice once I try to verify my number they could not find me in the system at all but I show on my card with Card Services as pending transaction they tell me it would take 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue that the money would be put back on my card when they did figure out what was going on they would email me. Even Card Services thought this was something wrong with this told me to get confirmation, us address update refuse to give me confirmation unless they reimburse my charges of 39.95

this company leads you to believe you are working with the *** and charges you $79 to change your address online. the post office charges $1 for this service... it is clearly set up to scam people as they are in the process of moving and probably not on top of all their cc charges and will miss the window to complain or over look it.

This site is deceptive and should be shut down. It is the FIRST link that comes up when looking into changing your address. The site looks markedly similar to that of the ***. You enter your credit card information with the impression you are being charged a $1, which you are; then, you will see a credit card charge of $79.95. When you inquire for a refund, they will offer you a 50% refund because of their "additional services" like being placed on the ***. It's baffling a company like this can be allowed to exist when they operate under such blatant and obvious fraudulent and deceptive advertising practices. They use "***" throughout their website and copy the look and feel of the *** Change of Address interface. The guy I spoke with when requesting a refund either really desperately needs a job and knows this place is a soul crushing joke of American enterprise, or hes a complete *** who thinks he's entitled to steal from people by capitalizing on the ease of use of the internet and trust in a real American government institution.

Thought that I was on the *** site to change my address, I wasn't suspicious when it asked for my card number because I'm accustomed to a $1 charge from the *** site for change of address. I checked my bank account today to make sure my rent transfer went through and I was missing $80! Went on a paper trail chase and found myself back at this companies website where I found in small print on the bottom that they charge almost $80 for their "service" I just wanted to change my address, I don't care about junk mail I just stick it in the recycling bin. The lady I spoke with said they could refund me down to $10 but that was about as good as they could do. It is what it is. I'll be much more careful in the future.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I completed the application to change my address I thought I was on the *** sight. As soon as I received confirmation of the address change AND the $79.95 charge I immediately called the company. The first gentlemen I talked to told me the change had already been made even though I called within 5 minutes of making the change. When I questioned how this could have been done that fast he hung up on me. I immediately called back and the same gentleman answered the phone and as soon as I started explaining my situation to him again he hung up on me a second time. I immediately called again and this time a woman answered the phone and told me my order was cancelled and the full amount would be refunded in 5-7 day (which their website states if you are unhappy with their services they will process a full refund within 30 days. When I asked her for the mailing address she told me she worked for a 3rd party and didn't have an address or phone number for the company, REALLY! It is too bad that now days no one knows what customer service means!

In researching your order placed on 12/12/2018, it appears you contacted our Customer Support Center same day and requested a cancellation of your order and a refund. We never charged your account, but placed a hold on your account in the amount of $79.95 per our Terms and Conditions. Upon your cancellation, we voided the transaction completely, which lifts the hold on your account. A copy of the voided transaction was sent to the email used when ordering.
