Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They have replied yet again with the same canned message they use on all of their Revdex.com complaints It is not valid for my complaint nor is it valid for anyone else's complaints What legitimate company tells customers to do a chargeback instead of finding a way to issue the refund that a customer is owed? In my case, I am requesting a payment from goods I sold on their website from back in February There is no charge for me to issue a chargeback on I would like to see some action from the Revdex.com on this issue instead of the constant back and forth of the same information that I've had with the business In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We apologize for this mix upIt seems that the seller was delinquent and did not fulfill on this orderWe have attempted to process a refund from our credit card processor but have had issues with themWe want to provide refunds to customers who deserve it, so this situation is frustrating to us as wellWe have advised customers to contact their bank to request a charge reversal or file a chargeback to ensure that their funds are returned to themOur apologies again

We have tried to re-process the refund, however the customer may still need to take the issue up with their bank to receive a refund

Unfortunately going through your bank is the only way you will be receiving your funds back

We're very sorry that the customer is unhappy with his purchase, but we can't be held responsible for our customers' misinterpretation of the websiteI've attached a screenshot of our seating maps that clearly shows that only the section and row are guaranteed, and that also mentions that the view is further determined by the seatWe believe we provide enough relevant information for customers to make the purchase of their choice and will not refund tickets because of a mistake that is no fault of oursAlso, we are a ticket reseller, therefore, because of the nature of the ticket industry, we sell tickets that are above (and sometimes below) face valueIt is also industry standard that the ticket brokers do no sell tickets by seat number, only section and row I hope this was sufficient information to defend our innocence in the matter

We've reviewed the problem and determined that the customer service agent that initially responded to the complaint did not fully understand what had happened and therefore could not offer the proper solution at the timeWe later offered to refund the customer the difference in ticket prices to which he refused by requesting a full refund of the ticketsWe've since offered him a full refund and looked into the technical issue that caused this mistake in the first place
