We understand the frustration of this issue, but our hands are tied as the credit card processor has not released the funds. The only means is if the buyer gets the funds back by disputing the charge.

We have tried to re-process the refund, however the customer may still need to take the issue up with their bank to receive a refund.

I am very sorry that this business is having issues with their credit card processor. I hardly feel that is my responsibility. My suggestion to them is to send me my refund via [redacted] to my email address they have on file - [redacted]. I will pay for the [redacted] transaction.
That will bring this situation to a quick resolution.

We have been working to resolve the issue, however, it seems that the only certain way for this to be resolved is for the cardholder to contact their bank and file...

a chargeback for the funds. We are simply unable to provide a refund via the normal method. Again we apologize for this inconvenience.

You should have been updated on payment along with all the other brokers. The only up to date answers would come from the CEO or Broker relations manager , [redacted] or [redacted]

We sincerely apologize for this issue as we have had widespread issues with our credit card processor and processing refunds. This has affected a large number of our customers. We have been working to resolve the issue, however, we are simply unable to provide a refund via the normal method. The credit card processor is a financial institution that is separate from our company. We work with them to take funds but they have been the source of the problem. Again we apologize for this inconvenience.

We apologize for this mix up. It seems that the seller was delinquent and did not fulfill on this order. We have attempted to process a refund from our credit card processor but have had issues with them. We want to provide refunds to customers who deserve it, so this situation is frustrating...

to us as well. We have advised customers to contact their bank to request a charge reversal or file a chargeback to ensure that their funds are returned to them. Our apologies again.

The issue was that the customers transaction was too old to be refunded via normal methods. We contacted the customer to update him with that information. He was refunded on March [redacted] after we got the necessary information from him.

this was their first response. I cannot have the funds charged back as it was on my [redacted] and it is over 120 days old. this is exactly the same response they as the initial one. all of their emails areidentical. I can still not get a hold of a person at this company nor a response from emails. seems like a fraudulent company.

Not acceptable! Your business practices are fraudulent and illegal.  I want my money back! It is not up to the customer to go to the bank and beg them for a charge reversal. It is up Charged.fm to process a refund. If I don't receive my refund of $214 immediately  I will continue to write negative reviews on every website I can.

They have replied yet again with the same canned message they use on all of their Revdex.com complaints.  It is not valid for my complaint nor is it valid for anyone else's complaints.  What legitimate company tells customers to do a chargeback instead of finding a way to issue the refund that a customer is owed?  In my case, I am requesting a payment from goods I sold on their website from back in February.  There is no charge for me to issue a chargeback on.  I would like to see some action from the Revdex.com on this issue instead of the constant back and forth of the same information that I've had with the business.

The customer is right in requesting a refund because did not deliver the tickets under the conditions originally agreed upon. We worked hard to make the tickets available to her given the error in delivery, but understand the anxiety that comes with not having your tickets the day of the event. We...

There will be payment sent but it has not been sent yet, therefore you cannot receive any tracking number if nothing has been sent yet. Once it is sent, you will receive notice.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund via any other method. The bank is able to file a chargeback for this order.
