We're sorry for any inconvenience that we caused you. Our company was dealing with many fraud, tech and bank problems at the time of purchase and we were not able handle things as well as we would have liked. We've sorted these things...

out, though, and handling customer service with the best foot forward now. 
 
We paid the following to each:
 
~ The amount in ticket sales. 
~ Any Banking Fees incurred
~ Interest on the money as if the funds were sitting in a money market CD.

We do apologize for this situation, but this is not a scam. When the bank processes a chargeback, they do not take the financial loss, they actually take the funds from our account to give back to you. We have contacted them, and they refuse to fix the problem to allow us to refund customers and...

instead told us that a chargeback will be the only way customers will receive their refund. The fund still come from us, just via a different method. Unfortunately our CC processor has not fixed the issue so this is the way it has to happen. Our apologies. But again, this is no scam, and the only taking the financial loss when you file a chargeback is us.

This has been forwarded to our accounting department for payment. We have also put a technical representative on fixing their reporting. We also encourage the seller reach out directly to our corporate department if they are not satisfied with this response at [redacted].

I have already contacted [redacted] and they said the charge is older than 60 days and the refund must come directly from the company. charged.fm asked for the full credit card number and I sent it to them.  They must issue the full refund of $214 to my [redacted]. Their Customer Service is responsible for taking care of this. It won't be over and I won't quit complaining until a credit shows up on my account!

This is ridiculous and just another way to pass the buck. We sent this email to Abraham H[redacted] on April [redacted] 2015 and have yet to receive an answer.You asked for patience and to understand that you aren't going anywhere as a business. Well we did what you asked and have waited for 2 1/2 months for payment for order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. As we said in our previous emails to you that we would have to stop broadcasting our 500 plus listings to your website until payment has been received. When payment is received we will start broadcasting our tickets to your website again.[redacted]The last email we received from ChargedFm was on May [redacted]. It was a generic email that was sent to numerous ticket brokers. It said that they were back and better than ever. There was no mention of paying us for our tickets that they sold. Here is the email we sent to Abraham H[redacted].We will be more than happy to list our 500 plus listings on your website again as soon as payment has been sent for the two orders from January. order numbers were [redacted] and [redacted]We have not received any emails from ChargedFm since then and our Point of Sale service provider, [redacted], has removed ChargedFm from the possible sites that ticket sellers can list their tickets on.Stop passing the buck and pay us for the tickets you sold thru your website.

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of New York over tickets not received (Complaint # [redacted]). Charged FM responded in a email on April ** by saying I would be refunded my money within 2--4 business days. After checking with my bank I have still not received my money back for my tickets as of May *.
Desired Outcome:
I would like the $140.00 dollars that my tickets cost .

I have contacted my credit card company and been informed that since my purchase occurred on 12/**/14 it is too late for me to challenge the charge as Charged.fm suggests.  As a result, I request that Charged.fm reimburse me for the full amount via any of a number of acceptable payment mechanisms including check, [redacted], etc.  Accepting my payment, failing to provide the tickets purchased and then keeping my money because Charged.fm is having trouble with their credit card vendor is ridiculous.  I ask that they return the money they owe me ASAP and then pursue an appropriate remedy with their vendor on their own time.  Delaying my repayment any further only compounds the terrible customer service Charged.fm has provided me thus far. -- [redacted]

[Your Answer Here] I can tell you that I am sure they are saying exactly what I want to hear.  We have filed a dispute with the credit card company and am waiting a refund. However, if they are waiting for Charged.fm to respond to them, they will be in for a long wait, just like we have.  I still cannot understand why after numerous efforts between phone calls and emails spanning the last several months that now they are willing to refund.  It was only because their backs are against the wall.  We tried contacting them for several months prior to me getting the Revdex.com involved and we got nowhere.  Please know that I believe this company thrives on scamming people, and there are many more like us.  I have read the reviews, and most are not kind.  There are several people in my shoes that are still waiting for a refund.  If the refund does indeed come, I will never do business with these folks again, and I will continue to rate them in a extremely negative fashion.  Its been a week since we filed the claim, so I will see what happens and get back to you if the refund does finally show up.  Btw...I do not believe about there processor being down for refunds.  It certainly works when they charged our card. I work with processors, and if they go down, they go down for all activities.  Just wanted to let you know that their excuse is bogus...  Again, will wait to see if we get a refund and will inform you if we do.[redacted]

I bought tickets in Feb. 2015 for a concert in Nashville to take place on Aug **, 2015, which was also my birthday, from Charged.fm. I had never used their service before but wanted to secure good seats early as possible and they were the first to offer. By the first of August they had not sent the...

tickets as promised and had made no effort to contact me, so I began trying to contact them. After almost two weeks of efforts on my part they finally responded with an email saying they could not fulfill the agreement and offered a refund, which I immediately requested. Since that time, and after more attempts by me to contact them, the concert has already passed with no refund or response from Charged.fm. They charged me $546.50 for two tickets which I never received and took the money from my bank account within days of the order. When they acknowledged they could not produce the tickets they should refund the money just as quickly or make some kind of attempt to explain why not. I hope that this issue is resolved promptly and does not take legal action to resolve.

My bank will not process the chargeback request for me.The company can send me a refund check to my address they have on file.

We have verified that the customer is correct that the seller was delinquent is providing the tickets. The seller will be reprimanded for breaking the terms of use. We apologize to the customer. We attempted to process a refund but encountered issues with our old CC processor. We will continue to...

rectify on our end, but we ask that the customer contact their bank to request a charge reversal or file a chargeback in order to ensure they receive their refund. Our apologies again to the customer.
